This place is in a convenient location and is open fairly late. Instead of getting a table we opted for the bar. The young lady serving us this night was very efficient with filling drink orders for the tables and all orders for the bar. I had the 6 oz. Steak and 4 fried Shrimp combo which was rather good and cooked as requested. My husband ordered the appetizer trio fried chicken bites which were very good, standard onion rings and a marinara three cheese bake with pita bread. He also had the salad bar. The salad bar is something I avoid; too many hands, unclean ones at that in the pot! This location is perfectly situated in a business park and nestled between many hotels, including the one I stayed at. I ordinarily would seek out something local. But after a long day of sightseeing, it was nice knowing we could just walk across the parking lot to something familiar. This location was somewhat quiet on a Saturday night. We received adequate service. One friend got the salad bar and I opted for a grilled chicken sandwich and salad. I enjoyed the endless flavors of the avocado, melting cheese, and sauce. Came in this week since it was conveniently located next to my hotel. Can't say I remember the last time I was at a Ruby Tuesday. It's been awhile. When I came in I was pretty hungry since not eating all day. When I came in, place was sparsely filled and the host seemed so disinterested that I was there I had to ask if they were still open. She mumbled yes and sat me down. My waiter came and was casually dressed in a hoodie sweatshirt. He was nice and attentive. I decided on getting the garlic sticks. These were the highlight of the meal. Hot, soft, tasted fresh with the normal dipping sauces. For the entree I got the jalopeno burger. Let's say even though that it did come in a timely manner, it was a underwhelming experience. Food temp of the burger was incorrect, burger was overcooked and dry. The French fries were ice cold. To the restaurant credit, I did not inform them just because I was tired and wanted to eat and get back to the hotel. Who appeared to be a manager was dressed in some old blue jeans and a shirt. Sat in this place for 25 mins and the waiter passed by us at least 5 times, never even acknowledged us, he had 2 other tables, 1 with 2 people and another with 3. Don't know if the guy was on a "go slow" agenda, or just incompetent, but he would only work one of his 2 tables at a time, then decided to clear a table without even looking at us. Look I get it if you are busy just tell folks you are and most people will cut you some slack and understand, but don't just ignore them, this guy was something else, just pathetic. This location is very close to home which is a plus. Considering it's next to the airport, parking was excellent as it was Saturday night. We got a seat fast and the waiter appear okay good but he did not give us eating utensils. I had the stop someone else who was very polite. The restaurant was not very clean as the dining area had trash on the floors throughout the area I sat. The waiter brought out the wrong drink sangria (white) and but it was sent back and gave me what he asked for sangria (red) and it was okay but a little strong! The appetizers came of fast. I order Thai shrimp which could've my been better if not they were a bit too salty. The spinach dip was good, but the chips seems stale smh. I thought about just walk out, but we stayed and waited for our food. Now let's get to the entrées. I had the glazed salmon with Mac n cheese no bacon and broccoli my date had the double chicken smothered in gravy topped with mushrooms with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese with bacon on top. The plates look good. Omg my salmon was so damn dry hard and no real taste. It was a nice size but I was NASTY! I didn't event eat all and it's crazy because I love salmon. The glaze was good but that it smh the Mac and cheese yuck! I ate it as I was hungry but it was loose and don't look like it was baked macaroni cheese and lastly the broccoli omg yuck I didn't eat that either. I'm like where they get the broccoli from cold and mushy! Smh My date like his chicken, My he did not like the mashed potatoes as it was cold and taste like it's not fresh or homemade Yuck!! It is understandable why this location has gotten such poor reviews. I ordered a draft and it arrives spoiled. I asked them for a bottled beer instead. I waited patiently and it had appeared the waiter had forgotten my beer. Then after delivering a beer to the next table he realizes he forgot my beer. He goes to get it and them comes back and asks if I want ice in my beer because the bottled beer I asked for was not chilled. I opted for a cold bottled substitute which was my third choice. My beer that arrived was a draft beer in a mug. Then the waiter tried to give me someone else's burger when I ordered the salmon. Then after my salmon did arrive it was provided with the wrong sides. A gentleman was seated across from me during this time. He waited several minutes and nobody came to take his drink order. He waited several more minutes and still nobody came. He eventually just got up and left. When my side of sweet potato fries came they were cold. If you are choosing this restaurant because it is close to one of the hotels nearby and you just want to walk to a restaurant rather than drive I then highly suggest you instead find a local restaurant that will deliver to your hotel. read more

This is literally the only restaurant waking distance from the Philadelphia airport hotels. The food is your typical American, nothing to write home about. The service was a bit below average. The restaurant was empty but they still make you wait 5 minutes for a table. Seemed to be a bit unnecessary. It comes down to this being the only place to eat in the area. We were in a hurry for lunch and I haven't been to one of these in a while. The set up is still the same although you can pay electronically at the table which is nice if you're in a hurry. Our waiter was pleasant and efficient and the soup and salad I had were good. I'm more of a local guy vs chain but it was a decent lunch for a decent price. This location was a bit of a challenge to enter the lot if you aren't familiar. Best to drive past and turn at the traffic signal to get in and out. read more

We went to the restaurant on April 25th, 2024. 7:30pm or so. We spent a good couple of hours at the restaurant, it was extremely busy. Nevertheless, they managed to get our order within 35 minutes. They offered drinks and the salad bar as soon as we came in. I had the honey glazed salmon bowl and my wife had the deconstructed kabobs, but she asked for the rice pilaf to be substituted with mashed potatoes. They didn't get it right but agreed to give her mashed potatoes on the side and she was pleased. I think the salad bar is the highlight of this place, as I could get extra dressing for my salmon. I wish their non-alcoholic drinks were broader than just lemonade with something, I had the raspberry lemonade, although a berry drink would've been more welcomed. The music was really nice, and I heard quite a variety of singers but some of my favorite singers weren't played: Santigold, Kylie Minogue and Kate Bush. We ordered sliders(2) with side of fries. Fries are good. Sliders are very dry. Con: - poor service!! That's why it's 2 stars. Waited couple minutes while listening to a waitress complaining that should be her table because some customers sat at the bar... after seated at a booth and given menu, we waited 10 minutes before our server showed up. We had to stop somebody to ask. After she took our order, she left. We still had no silverware. Children meal came out quickly. For my husband and me, luckily we ate salad bar. Ribs and sirloin came out 40 min later. After we finished the meat, dessert took another 20 minutes. During the 90 minutes dining experience, waitress did come by a few time to refill water. - asked for baked potatoes as side. 15 minutes later somebody from kitchen inform us it will be one hour wait for baked potato/sweet potato. Switched to onion ring. - no highchair available. Given booster seat but did not work well on booths. Their booth seat is like a dome shape. My 3 years old kept sliding off booster seat. - slow WiFi. Conclusion: biggest turnoff is slow service and the place is not even busy. Kids don't have that patience. Yes. I will return but probably take out. Get the ribs. read more
