I will start by saying the hostess told us that she was making people wait 10-15 min between tables, because they only had 1 server at lunch time. There were two other groups in front of us, so I asked is that necessary if we just want the self serve salad bar? One of the groups said we just want salad bar also. The hostess decided to seat the groups after the waitress said it was fine. We only waited 5 min or so, but in that time we learned that this establishment is under staffed, they only has five serves for the entire restaurant and three bartenders. The salad bar looked ok not great but not horrible, so I decided to go through it one time. I probably would not go back but it was not the worst meal I have had. Horrible service and filthy nasty environment. We arrived just after church, the place was not to busy. Sev waiters and waitresses walked by us for about the first 15 minutes, then finally someone stopped to ask about drinks, and we ordered. One water, one half and half tea. 22 minutes later another waitress stopped and asked about drinks and dropped off the menu. All we wanted was the salad bar, which looked as though someone had a free for all fight. What a mess, but we made due. We finished making our salads and returned to our table. No silverware! After about another 15 minutes of waiting, I finally got up and located and retrieved the silverware myself. Still no drinks. When we were just about finished with our salads, our drinks showed up. This is probably the worst Ruby Tuesday I've ever been to. We came at 8 pm so there were barely any other diners because it was an hour before close. Service was fine and it was the food that was the issue. I'm assuming no one ever eats off of the salad bar, because almost all of the items looked or tasted old. The lettuce was wilted, the artichokes slimy and the ham cubes were gray. Upon tasting my salad creation, it also didn't taste as good as other locations because of how old everything was. We decided not to get seconds. At least my chicken tenders and tots ended up being decent. We also ordered the Three Amigos (chips w/ salsa/queso/guac) off of their new cantina menu. The cup of queso was barely filled halfway and the salsa and guac had zero taste. We had to ask for a new queso because it was ridiculous that everything else would be filled up except for the queso. I mean, the cups were small enough already! Overall I would not recommend this Ruby Tuesday location. Sad, because I usually love their food and I know they're going bankrupt nowadays. Server was stressed. She was the only one working. I ordered the special which was a smashburger with fries plus unlimited garden bar. I ordered the burger without a bun. Received a burnt hockey puck. Unable to eat. Server told me that if I only paid for salad it would be $14.99 versus the $8.99 offer. Disgusting. Manager came by, showed him the pics. We placed an order online & we did curve-side pickup. We were there for 30 min. We called 50 times no one pick up the phone. if you don't know what is curve side pickup do not do.. this is the second time we had a worse experience first time there cook was missing & manager was cooking food & burning food. Friendly staff. I liked their fish and chips believe it or not. I usually go especially for their salad bar which at this location seemed somewhat sparse but I think it's mostly because the bowls of each item was smaller than in used to. Still a good buy. BTW, it is a little hard to see from the road as their sign is party hidden by trees. Look for the Burger King sign right next door. read more

I have nothing but praise for the server who waited on us on 1/2/24 for lunch. She was the only one working as a server. She also acted as hostess. She handled it like a rock star. The customers were all so understanding of her situation. She seated us, took our orders, got our drinks, our food and was pleasant doing it. She was amazing!! We felt bad for her. Ruby Tuesday's is Ruby Tuesday's where ever you go. I use to love this place back in the day when they had the chicken tenders and shrimp meal with the two side orders. Back when the potion size and quality equated to the price. Nonetheless it's still a good place to eat when you're out of options or in the middle of nowhere. Another reason I like Ruby Tuesday's is because of their endless salad bar. If you're looking for a healthier option making your own salad is the way to-go because most pre-made salads have the same nutritional facts as a burger. So at that point you might as well choice that burger. I order something new I've never seen. Asiago sirloin and shrimp. The peppered sirloin is topped with an Asiago cream sauce. But the steak is like the size of a hockey puck. Aside from the size of everything this was really good. I never thought to put a Parmesan cream sauce over a steak but now I might have to take that idea for myself. The shrimp at Ruby Tuesday's is always good even know better than restaurant chains that specialize in seafood. Mash potatoes were alright, they were a little gummy for my taste (almost like a paste). The grilled zucchini was good but I wish there was more. Overall this place is a one-time visit or a place where there's nothing else to eat in my personal opinion. The empty parking should have been the first clue. The "Join Our Team" sign should have been the second. The host was helpful and kind. Our waitress was kind and gave us an extra chair for her purse. They went back and got the price changed, then had issues with the gift card. I finally went in to get everything resolved. Wife snuck out of work today and we got together for lunch. We both wanted salad bar, so in our brain-storming the closest place we could think of was Ruby Tuesdays. We were seated quickly, but it took a few minutes before we got any service. I noticed that our waitress had just double sat and she was helping her 10 top.
