I do not like this new Ruby Tuesday's menu. I bought a gift card for $50 got an additional $15 card to go along with it. I will never be returning to Ruby Tuesday's even though I have $65 between the two cards. They have decided to Pork up their menu. I love this Ruby Tuesday's before they made these changes. And I even have a free meal at their location on Donelson Pike in Nashville Tennessee. My husband picked up our Togo order. I had the smokey mountain chicken it was a nasty cut and covered in fat. Just nasty had no flavor and the barbecue was gross. The mashed potatoes had no flavor and the rice pilaf had to be 3 days old. My husband had a burger plain with Swiss cheese and he said that it had no flavor and only ate a few bites. We also got our 2 year old the mac and cheese kids meal. She only ate a few bites this was a 40$ meal wasn't worth 15$ and we won't be going to that location ever again. When it's a Saturday night and the parking lot has 5 cars beware, that is probably the employees car's. I wouldn't recommend for anyone to waste their hard earned money here. read more

I live relatively close to Lebanon's Ruby Tuesday, so we frequent the restaurant fairly often (probably 2-3 times/month). I really like the selections on the menu, for both lunch and dinner, and, for the most part, enjoy the taste of the entrees. However, the service at this restaurant needs to get better. Most of the time, when we arrive, there is not a host at the front of the restaurant. I would normally expect that servers passing by would greet us and say something like "Good evening, your host will be here shortly", but that does not happen, we usually have to wait, with no interaction from any staff, for a couple minutes for the host to appear. And even then, the host will often times just look at us, look at the table map, and then, finally, grab menus and tell us to follow him/her. Once we arrive at the table and sit down, it is usually about 5 minutes or longer before our server comes and asks us for our drink orders. The servers are usually very nice and courteous, but simply do NOT COME AROUND OFTEN ENOUGH! The last time I visit Lebanon RT, I was looking for our server, to ask about getting more barbecue sauce for the ribs I'd ordered (I had asked for more sauce when I ordered, but it didn't come out with the meal), but I not only did not see our server, but NO server or other staff in our area for about 5-7 minutes. I'd expect that at least someone would walk through the section of the restaurant every 2-3 minutes, but this is simply the biggest problem with this restaurant--it is very hard to find staff to serve your needs! Even at times when business is slow! Lastly, while I do like the taste of the food, it often comes out lukewarm. This has happened the last 3 times I have eaten there, not just for me, but for the others in my group, as well. Ruby Tuesday in Lebanon--PLEASE improve your customer service, or you will continue to lose customers. The problem is attentiveness, not courteousness. We got the worst service ever , first the restaurant was empty and we had to wait for the hostess who was no where near the entrance after we found a waiter she can running and told us she was sorry and trying to look for a table when clearly they were 4 parties in the whole restaurant after we sat down it took our food 1 hour to get to us we had to flagged down our waitress for our refills and our check . Great time with my wife. The waitress, Ashley, was super! She was very friendly and was very helpful with the menu. She took care of our table and many others. That used to be my thoughts on the l-town location of Ruby Tuesday, but not anymore. I have been their 3 times now in the past 6 months and the service is much improved. Tonight Donna was my server and she was exceptional. She went out of her way to honestly tell us if she liked or disliked the menu items. When my wife ordered something that she had not had Donna came back and really seamed to care about my wives review. (The idem in question was zucchini sliders and they were horrible. Tasted like cheap guacamole on toast.) That aside the rest of the food was great. My creole talapia was fluffy and not greasy. The Salad bar was high quality as normal. I only hope that if anyone else goes here that the salad bar will still be top notch and they will get a server as good as Donna or else future reviews of this place will only be 2 stars. Passing through town and wanted a hot meal that was not from a drive through. Thought RT would be fun since I did not know they were still around and I have not been to one in many years. Now I know why you dont see them around any more. At least this location: mildew smelling dining room, filthy bath room. How do you mess up spinach artichoke dip? They figured out how to do it and I know that the dip portion comes from a frozen puck. It was cold and the chips were measly and greasy. The chicken sandwiches looked and tasted like they were left in a dirty deep fat fryer for five minutes too long. On the brighter side the waitress was nice and she really tried to do her job and that was appreciated. This will be our last time at any Ruby Tuesdays. read more

I have no idea how they stay in business. They are never crowded, usually less than 1/3rd full. That said, good food for a fair price. They tend to revamp their menu frequently, so if you have a favorite meal, it could be gone the next time you go in. We've stopped going for that reason. read more

Wow! What a turnaround! When we moved to Lebanon we ate at Ruby Tuesday a couple times and it was really below our expectations. Reluctantly we gave it another chance an it has become our weekly favorite!! The nightly manager (Mellissa) bartender (Kristin) and others were top notch. First of all, our so called "hostess" greeted us with attitude--lounge or bar area--and when we finally got to our table in the "dining" area, we asked for water and again she gave us attitude--I'm not your waitress--the waitress came and got our order. The "hostess" in the meantime was running her mouth with a couple of friends! The place was NOT busy, there was only one other diner besides us! The two brand new waitresses were doing their best hiding. Only one poorly trained waitress, ours, trying her best, but it was obvious that she was either inexperienced, or just plain untrained! With that many inexperienced wait staff, the manager was clearly at fault, not the waitresses! My complaint is with the main manager, not his/her "underlings"! Of course the manager will place the blame on the waitstaff when the blame belongs to the manager. As for the hostess with the attitude problem, all I can say is, honey, you need an attitude adjustment or else get out of the restaurant business". Ordered to-go food. Spent $70 on two steaks and a chicken sandwich. They didn't give us any dressing for the side salads or any bread that I specifically I requested. I called them to let them fix it. The "manager" suggested I drive 45 minutes back to the restaurant for the items they left off my order. I DON'T THINK SO. After declining that option, I was promised two free meal vouchers sent via email for the inconvenience. Got absolutely nothing, they never sent a thing. Hostess in the restaurant had to finish typing/sending her text message before she would look up and acknowledge my presence when I went to pick up the food. We ate there on a Monday afternoon and they were not busy. I ordered the grilled pork chop with a spicy sweet glaze, which ran onto the sides. The meat was mostly fat and sides ruined because of sauce. I ate the salad bar and that night and next day I was extremely ill with food poisoning. Haven't been to this Ruby Tuesday in quite a while and after this visit, will not be returning. The last time I visited the salad bar was awesome, great selection of everything you could want on a salad. We arrived around 12:15 for lunch, all my friend wanted was a salad, and lots of it, with lots of choices, but that is not what she got. Hardly any lettuce, no fruit whatsoever, no crackers, no cottage cheese, very small selection of pasta, no soup. Was not impressed at all. although our waitress was very nice, we were very disappointed. We could have gone to shoneys or ryans and had an entire meal for 7.99 with a dessert. Me & the wife went to dinner at RT's 4/13/18, Very bad , my meal was the half rack ribs & "4" sad shrimp that accompanied it ! For 19.00 (my meal alone) No salad, 1 very small side of mashed potatoes(that was, by the way, the only item that tasted good) I asked the waitress (after I ordered, oops!) if we get any bread & the answer was a flat NO, I hate a greedy establishment where everything is designed to up-charge you. I've ate ribs in multiple restaurants in Lebanon & Nashville & these were the worst ive had, the barbecue sauce had very little sweet to it (ordered the traditional sweet sauce) like they were even trying to save money on sugar (glad I didn't order iced tea! as I like mine sweet) shrimp- Tasteless,small & not enough. I weigh 145 lbs soaking wet, not a real big appetite, good thing or I would have had to order their very small (saw a few delivered to other customers) 7$ dessert!
