Start off great service, 10-out of 10; quality of food perfect 10 -out of 10; Wait staff 8 - out 10, ( our complaint is the food came too quickly for us to finish our starts, before we even got our meals.

My out laws had their portrait hanging on the wall. ;) haha

Having lunch with my in-laws is always an adventure, at times they act like out laws. Longhorn consistently provides excellent service, with staff members going above and beyond to make sure you have a great dining experience. And their food has always been delicious. Of course their decor is fun to play eye-spy with my little eye.

Picture is worth 1000 words Do better Longhorn You are a steakhouse and this is what you bring out? This location has really gone downhill Our appetizer came at the end of meal after we asked about it and I was never offered another drink the entire meal

Great for afternoon dinner. The ambience is perfect. Clean, normal noise level and good music. Kinda cozy and not overly crowded. Jenny is our server. She has a warm friendly smile and very knowledgeable about the menu. Everything we had is fresh and appealing to the eye. Ladies restroom is clean and fully stocked. My only complaint is my stomach is not as big as my eyes. Lol! However, that's what doggie bags are for.

We are regulars. Tonight's experience felt like we got the B-Team. Service was struggling. Phone rang off the wall the whole time we were there but no one answered it. Seemed like dozens of employees running around busy. One of our two ribeyes was over cooked. Didn't mention it since it already seemed like the ship was sinking. Appetizer dish remained with us (empty) throughout entire meal. We never received our bread. It wasn't bad, just not the level of service we are used to. We will be back. Just hoping this was a fluke deal and someone is on vacation. We sat at the bar.

You can get a good steak dinner at Longhorn Steakhouse. Located all across the country, you can enjoy their meals almost anywhere. Nothing is overly inventive but popular items are prevalent. Their sides are good.

    20oz Ribeye, with Mashed Potatoes

I have been to this Longhorn location several times. Every time we've ever been the service and food have been good, and the environment is relaxed and friendly, but myself and a couple friends dined in on Wednesday the 27th of September and it was beyond anything I've had at a longhorn. I ordered the 20oz prime rib done medium rare with mashed potatoes and when it arrived it astounded me. The steak was perfectly done, it was tender and amazing and one of the juiciest steaks I have ever eaten. The mashed potatoes had an excellent substance to them, and the butter in the middle wasn't excessive or limiting. Overall it was an excellent meal, and it came out in amazing time. I have never been so satisfied with a Longhorn before, and it was an amazing meal to eat with friends for my birthday.

Thanks Longhorn, I'll prepare my own Filet from now on.

*To go Orders* This location and the manager "Q" are an incredible disappointment and shining display of the high level ineptitude plaguing so many service industries nationwide. Three times in row, I have Ordered Flo's Filet thinking I would treat myself to some good quality steak but each time we received a terrible, obviously reheated and overcooked sirloin. Called the store manager and has the audacity to argue and tell us to bring it back in to show them. I advised I would gladly send photos to them as this terribly overcooked and gross meal was sitting on our dinner table while trying to feed the kids. Completely asinine behavior. My poor judgement gave them three separate attempts to get this right but hard no.

It's is a complete joke for no other reason than they just don't seem to care. Not a staffing issue as I've seen in other reviews in my particular case. Came in yesterday (Saturday) morning alone for breakfast. There were two other tables of 2-3 people in the whole place when I arrived so place was maybe at 10% capacity. Both tables already had their food. There was no staff present when I walked in so I sat at the bar, the bartender was also not present. I sat there for 10 minutes or so before anyone came out. The waitress that did eventually come out but walked by me to check her tables and didn't pay me any attention and then disappeared into the back again. She went back and forth a few times continuing to check tables and not address me or send out the bartender. As I was about to leave she came over without a word, dropped a menu, didn't take a drink order and walked away. I've been here for 30 minutes or so now finally and have a menu and no other acknowledgement I exist. Finally the bartender comes out from the back and asks what he can get me. I ask him for a cup of coffee and before I can say anything else he disappears into the back. I was fully ready to order but figured he was grabbing it and coming right back. He was literally in the back ANOTHER 20 minutes and when he finally returned without the coffee he said he was making a fresh pot. He finally returns with the coffee (in a paper to go cup? This is a sit down morning brunch) and takes my order. I ordered waffles and waited. I've been here nearly an hour now in a practically empty restaurant and just now ordering. Another table comes in, gets sat, and eventually gets their food. I'm still waiting. The bartender pops back out for a second, sees me looking royally pissed at this point and I point at the new table eating and motion back at him like what the hell is going on? He walk over and says "I burned all your waffles and had to start over." Ok... what's it take to cook a waffle... 2-3 minutes? We're 90 minutes deep at this point. Finally someone else appears with my order. Again I will be fair, when I did finally get it the order was pretty good however at this point I had a 10-15 minutes before I had to be somewhere else. I wasn't expecting breakfast to take two hours. I ate about half of it and asked for the check. They dropped it without a word and I paid and left. Let me say I grew up working in restaurants and bars and I can be very understanding of a full restaurant that's understaffed and doing their best. THIS WAS NOT THAT. They literally just did not care. To say this place is grossly mismanaged would to be implied that someone is managing it at all, which doesn't seem to be the case. The food was good but not good enough to deal with this again anytime soon.

It is right on the water so not only will you see others driving there you will also see those who live on the water boating to it. Whenever I eat here I always want to either move into a houseboat or get a house on the water so I can just boat up to it in my shorts and boat shoes. The food varied in quality depending on the time of day and day of the week you go. You will find it is lower during the week than on the weekend, but it is never bad. I have never had a poor food experience, I just find the cook and the seasoning is different during the week. We have ordered just about every combo on the menu and usually enjoy it all. **For the new rebrand, still see if you can be seated in the area facing the water, that way you can look out at ducks and such while waiting for food and eating. Parking is still plentiful but usually full close by, if you have someone with a handicap and no handicap sticker drop them off and loop around to find your spot. While you are waiting for your table you can go outside and feed the ducks and enjoy the outside atmosphere. They have a speaker system outside so you can roam freely and still hear your name when called.

I pulled up Yelp (of course!) and noticed that Ricardo's had solid reviews and was less than a mile away, so off I went. Ricardo's sits in the middle of a good size plaza that sits across from Wal-Mart and features retail, office space and other eateries. Parking is plentiful give the plaza, so no issues from the outside. Walking in, the vestibule features a cool neon sign that says "Live everyday like it's taco Tuesday", which was pretty cool and set the vibe, so I thought. I walked in and the Associate behind the register was face down in his phone, and after a few moments of me awkwardly standing there, he finally looked up and led me to a booth. Once sat, the waitress was very quick to greet me. She was friendly and helpful when needed. I started my meal with a bean dip, which only comes in one size, large. It was a bit much for just one person and honestly would be for two. I am not one to complain about "too much" food, but with this, I definitely suggest they offer a small version, as they do with queso. In follow up for my meal I went with the lunch Arroz con Queso with Chicken. After 15 minutes, my waitress comes by to ask how everything is and noticed I had not gotten my food yet. She apologizes and runs to the kitchen and returns with my plate. I could tell by her reaction and the luke warm temperature of the food that it had been ready and waiting back there for a few minutes. In addition to the temp, I was a tad surprised at the service size of the dish. I get it was off the lunch menu, but it was still priced over $10, and it was honestly the size of what you expect from a children's portion. Which is funny given my previous comment on the bean dip portion. All in all, the food was okay. It is your standard locally owned Mexican restaurant fare. Lunch ran me around $20 in total. Overall, Ricardo's was just okay in all facets from service to food to price.
