I was in Gallatin this week for work and ate at Logan's Roadhouse for the first time. Their food is delicious! Those bread rolls? Chef's kiss. But what stood out to me the most was their customer service. Kayla/Courtney took my to-go order. She was genuinely so pleasant and friendly that I felt the need to give her a shout out here. Absolutely exemplary customer service. Thank you so much for the great experience! I will definitely be coming back the next time I'm in town for work. read more

We stopped in for dinner tonight. I should have noticed that their parking lot was on the empty side, but I didn't. Walked in and immediately sat down. Lots of empty tables. (Second missed clue). The menus were messy, and drink menus was super sticky. (Third-Degree missed clue). On a positive note, our waitress was great, its the food. The dinner rolls were delicious. The steak... not so much. It was cooked medium rare which is what we asked for, but the color was a bit wierd. The texture was wierd and the look was wierd. Almost congealed looking. Kinda like they cooked it frozen. Not very flavorful either. Now I ordered the salmon and shrimp. The salmon was good, but the shrimp looked wierd. Not pink. I didn't even try. My son had coconut shrimp. That was good. Did I mention our waitress was nice. I'd won't go back. The 2 stars are for. The waitress. Only on for the food and a zero for the cleanliness of the restaurant. Wish I noticed my clues earlier. Before we wasted $96 on this meal. Never again! read more

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE from our sever Robert! We walked in right at 11am and he treated us as if we had been friends for many years, he got our food out in under 15 minutes! The food was 4.5 only problem was the bottom of my bun at a little batter on it, but it wasn't hard to pick off that part, and finally is a quiet and the lights where dim. Definitely made my boyfriends 19th birthday a one to remember read more

We came here for dinner. It wasn't too crowded. We were seated in the bar half of the restaurant. We got bread to start which wasn't anything special, but the rest of the food was really good. I had a side combo, which included a plain baked potato, a chili and broccoli. I added a caesar salad. All of it was excellent. I really loved the chili. The broccoli was well seasoned. Caesar was just right. My hubby had teriyaki chicken. I thought the portion was a little small, but he enjoyed it. I would definitely come back! read more

Gallatin,TN. JULY 9, 2026 My husband chose this restaurant for his Birthday Dinner. Upon entering the restaurant, there wasn't a hostess to greet us. There was only one other party in the restaurant. After a while a young lady greeted us and seated us. She informed us that she would be our waitress. She promptly took our drink order. Once she returned with drinks we were ready to order. Simple orders: steak with baked potato, salad with honey mustard, Fried shrimp with baked potato, salad with ranch on the side. Appetizer was also ordered to start. Salads arrived along with rolls. No appetizer. Shortly later we noticed another waitress already serving a couple that arrived long after we had arrived and ordered. Ended up she served them our meals. The gentleman started eating his meal (which was mine) and the woman inform waitress that she did not order steak. The waitress picked up the plate and brought it to our table and set it in front of my husband. Mind you it had already been at the other table for a bit. That's just nasty and wrong. This other waitress then informed me of the mix up and my meal would be out shortly. I told her that the appetizer never arrived. She brought it out and told my husband that she didn't know where our waitress was. This waitress returned to our table 3 times to inform me that my meal would be out shortly. At that time my husband was nearly finished with his meal, I told the waitress to forget it and to cancel my order. I didn't want to eat alone. I kindly told her I was very disappointed and felt a portion of our bill should be comped. She said she would speak to the manager. Manager never came to our table, but waitress said the restaurant would cover the meal. So many things were wrong with our visit. My husband can eat there again if he wants, but I will not be returning. Subpar service and management in all aspects. read more

Ordered for delivery. The teriyaki chicken was cold and dry served over a tsp. Of rice that looked like Minute Rice. The "LOADED" sweet potato had no toppings. The green beans were obviously from a can and not even seasoned or drained! The potato skins were dry and hard, with no flavor. They can with less than a tsp of sour cream. The rolls- 6 rolls can with the equivalent of a single pat of butter. Loaded potato " bowl"of soup for just under $6. It was the size of a cup of soup. Photo shows a size comparison between what I received and what I normally receive a bowl of soup in from delivery. All this after the order being delayed due to the notice that it hadn't been prepared on time First time ordering from Logan's Roadhouse and it will be my last- very disappointing. read more

We were completely ignored. Nobody acknowledged our existence. Then once the takeout server came out she had a couple of different orders and she threw them on the counter. She asked what her name was and then told us it was 10 minutes for bread. She didn't even wait for a response she just walked away. read more

The food is as tasty but not amazing. The service was nice if a bit slow. This is the cleanest Logan's I've ever been to. The prices are way higher now and no happy hour so I didn't like that. The rolls were still good tho. read more

I can see what Longhorn was slammed and no one was at Logan's. We wanted steak for dinner and sadly it was horrible. Ordered a steak cooked medium, it came out well done so they did a recook, the recook came out medium rare so I said it was fine. Not only was it the thinnest "12oz" I've ever seen but it was also horrible, not the "quality cuts" they say they have. Only ate half because the other half was fat. Sad that a Logan's is just not great at all. Service was good though. Definitely not coming back to this location. read more

Before I quit as a server I killed the biggest roach next to the drink station. Today was the day I quit. Fuck that hell hole

Great steak and awesome service. The waitress was friendly and helpful and knew exactly what to recommend for us.

09.08.2024 Attempted to play an order this afternoon on the phone. The person that answered "uh, what you ordering" really!?!? I know staffing challenges exist; customers surely have the choice of where they want to spend their dollars! It was very off putting and downright ignorant! If they don't have any type of etiquette, that's not the job for them! Guess, I'll cook tonite. Not many choices around here. read more

Service was super slow tonight cause the Manager must of sent everyone home for the night. Servers were unhappy with management and complaining to each other and the bartender had six tables plus the bar. As a result service was slow, food was cold from being in the window too long and food quality was not good. Chicken breast was small, charred and overcooked. read more

These reviews are comical. The food here is legit. Pleasantly surprised. Lived in much bigger cities and have done the high end trendy restaurants all over the country. If you are a transplant to Gallatin from NY or Chicago and you want some decent food, Logan's delivers. My wife kept commenting how surprised she was with her steak. Kudos to the team there who have to read the stupid crap reviews. You guys do a solid job and your food is solid as well. read more

I was staying at a hotel in walking distance and was really in the mood for a steak. Man, what a disappointment my experience was, sad to report. It was 7 when I walked in, there was a 30 min wait, plenty of free tables and no spots at the bar. So I hung out for a bit and finally snagged a table at the bar. I sat for a good 5 minutes before I was greeted but when she did come over she was friendly enough. The fresh bread was amazing, as always. I ordered the trio with steak, crab cakes and grilled shrimp and the baked potato soup and baked potato. The soup came out cold. The crab cakes were mushy and tasted weird, (and garnished with scallions which I explicitly asked to be left off everything) the shrimp wasn't cooked very well and the steak was seared to hell and burnt but still very red inside (for well done). I asked for to go boxes and literally waited 10 minutes for that, they tried to take the plates away and I mentioned I'm still waiting for to go boxes. The bartender went and hung out with someone she's dating I'm assuming on the other side of the bar and I continue to wait for a check, I eventually flagged someone else down to help. I have enjoyed Logan's in the past, I def think today was a miss. read more

We went on a Sunday afternoon. I can't get good salmon everywhere. Today our meal was wonderful. Service wonderful. Best salmon I ever had. Later on in the week I wanted my salmon again. Just don't come here, plain and simple. I came here with my family.... the restaurant was empty... but for some reason, we waited over an hour to get our food. Also the waitress kept forgetting stuff. My husband ordered 4 diff types of beers and after ordering each one.. the waitress would come by 15 mins later just to say that the tap wasn't working or they were out. He finally got a beer after the 4th order (almost an hr later). Again, if you don't want to wait and die at this restaurant... just go somewhere else :) read more

I it would let me I wouldn't give no stars if possible. The only thing was good was our waitress. They served my little girl raw chicken. My husband steak was not cooked it was so dark bloody meat. Curbside delivery. Empty parking lot. Food not delivered curbside as ordered. Waited. Went in 20 minutes later to find it sitting on the counter and a server acting like they were doing me favor. Servers and managers were nice. Unfortunately, the kitchen staff was much more concerned with listening to loud music and talking about NFL games than making sure that the correct things were with orders. We picked up from Long Horn. They left my wife's French Onion soup off of our order. I did not want to go back so I called and was told to come by the next day to get my refund. I was expecting a refund and a $10 off coupon for my next visit. When I talked to the manager the next day it didn't go that way. She only offered me a bowl of soup. I really didn't want a bowl of soup. They didn't seem very concerned or try to make me a happy customer. I now know why there Yelp rating is so low. read more

Went for my birthday "Reward". Was trying them again after walking out the previous time. Walked out again tonight. No one at hostess stand when we walked in. Once we were seated, no one even acknowledged us for 10+ minutes. Extremely disappointed with this restaurant in Gallatin,TN. Along with another couple, my husband and me attempted to have dinner here on July 11, 2020. We were greeted by several hostess and were told that we must have a mask on. I proceeded to explain my breathing difficulties. It didn't matter. Let's just say that it got ugly. We understand the mandate and are law abiding citizens. The manager got involved, our friend got extremely upset (he and his wife have dined here almost weekly for years.) The manager did not handle this situation well - at all. We also understand that we all are weary of this. Perhaps it would be wise to fully understand the mandate that you are enforcing. We took our business to Longhorn. read more

Save your money! Go to the chili's next door and have better food. Visiting from out of town and decided to try Logan's.. I got the peppercorn bacon chicken sandwich. No peppercorn sauce on it, just a bun with a piece of dry chicken with cheese on it. Half way through eating it I wished I just got a McDonald's chicken sandwich. Fries tasted as if they came in a bag and tossed in the microwave. I also got the brisket rice, which was just a mash of soggy rice with a bbq flavor... 0 brisket in the rice, and no utensils to eat the rice with.. Also, I ordered a half dozen rolls and they never came with the order. What a joke this place is... I really wish I would of looked at the reviews before I ordered from here. read more

Not sure how this place is still open. First and foremost the server was very nice. Actually, all the people were nice. Got there at 6:07 tonight July 3rd. We had to sit in the bar because they did not have enough servers, we counted 3 maybe 4 servers. Ordered an appetizer 50 minutes it arrived cold. Asked if just to be microwaved, 15 more minutes. DO NOT ORDER THE BARBECUE PLATE. my daughter and I got it and it literally looked like cat food. It tasted ok but could not get past the look. They were very kind and got us a plate of ribs to share. I feel terrible for the staff. I'm sure they have done all they can to recruit but still horribly understaffed. Need to take that barbecue plate off the menu. We need good restaurant in Gallatin. What a shame. read more

Went with a large group, which is always a challenge, BUT the poor server was clearly brand new, and the senior staff members did nothing at all to make it easier on her or more pleasant for us. Much of the food was prepared incorrectly, then the light fixture went out mid-meal. The wild part was that no one on staff acknowledged it or made an effort to get them back on until someone went and asked them to. I'm not sure if they are short staffed or what is going on, but it was definitely a disappointing visit. read more
