Chelse D gave excellent service our drinks stayed full and she was so pleasant. Let us know the specials so that we got the best prices. We enjoyed the cheese dip and chips as the appetizer. My husband had the Ribeye loaded baked potato he said that he didn't need any sauce for his steak it was so good. I had the American smash burger and loaded fries we both added the salad bar. It was clean and everything was fresh. So yummy. The fries were seasoned perfectly and mouth watering. I called and spoke to the manager and asked who the line cook/ chef was and his name is Allen. This place was an absolute joke! Waited literally 12 minutes at the front deak to be seated. I was hoping the service wasnt that bad but boy was i mistaken. Im still waiting an hour and 5 minutes later for a friggen burger. This is insane. Part of me wants to walk out and the other part wants to wait to see if this weak kitchen can get my order out and by what time it comes out. I wish i could give this a 0 star well the waitress brought our receipt out and not one single discount on the receipt I told her there was no way I was paying for this, and she went in the back and got a manager, who then comped the meal and apologized. Went with our family for dinner and got served the wrong order that wasn't even looking appetizing. However, Barry and Chelsea hooked us up by remaking the correct order, which was absolutely delicious and comping dessert for the mistake. I really like this place; but I purchased a sirloin steak and zucchini.... I didn't even get to finish before my stomach immediately started hurting, I threw everything up; and I was stuck in the bathroom the rest of the night, I felt horrible!!! Constant vomiting; and runny bowels..... Driving in blinding rain, we stopped for dinner with their but one entree get one free coupon and it was tasty. Our waitress, Jill, was very friendly and personable, we will ask for her again. They are taking Covid precautions and paying by credit is handled at the table,,,, plus for this feature. Now, the food revue----Awesome. Asiago steak and shrimp and the sausage and shrimp pastas were our choices for the night. Large portions, great flavor on the entrees. Not the greatest experience. I understand being short staffed 100%, however we ordered bottle beer, (tap was out) it was flat and hot that cold. My daughter's pasta was runny with water at the bottom of the bowl, the chicken was burned. My oldest daughter ordered a Ruby Relaxer drink. The 1st one was mainly juice, the 2nd had food on the inside of the glass. Got another, the manager stopped by, apologized for it happening. Did not offer to take anything off. Possibly could have comped the App, or offer dessert. Literally $153 meal, that 2 of us did not finish. After my daughter getting a dirty glass I was done. I have never ever left a bad review in my life. Being a restaurant manager myself, I understand things happen but I would have definitely handled the situation differently. I apologize for leaving such a review but these are things restaurants need to be made aware of. Here Friday 10-25-24 around 5:30pm, We were seated promptly right near and in clear view of the salad bar. While eating I was able to observe the person restocking the salad bar, a guy brought stuff out and refilled the containers using the same utensils the customers use , he was not wearing gloves and did s very sloppy job. The topper was when he refilled the red grapes , one spilled out onto the surface of the bar, he picked it up with bare hand and threw it back in the bowl. Someone will eat that! I came in a couple of weeks ago, and went to sit at the bar. As I approached, the lady behind the bar ( A very pretty African American woman) said: "Can I help you?" I said: "I was wanting to grab a quick drink." She then proceeded to tell me how she was going on break and I would have to come back in an hour. Could she not have asked anyone else? I do not recommend coming here.Service is so slow, It's like no one works here, when I went here today I walked in, waited for someone to help me get my online order which took well over 20 minutes, the person who tended to me was like the only person working there other than the cooks, and when she finally was gonna give me info abt my order, she skipped me and tended to the people behind me. Next thing, the food sucked. My burger bun was BURNT, and somehow, my burger pattie was both over and undercooked. The only good thing they gave me were the fries I didn't want, I ordered tator tots. Horrible experience. I've waited several days to complain just couldn't let it go. Had a nice morning shopping with my cousin and thought we'd stop in for lunch around 1pm. There were a few people there but pretty sparse. Pretty sure there were two waitresses for the whole restaurant and someone seating people. The waitress rang my order wrong and an hour later I'm informed that now they can make it for me. I said just give me what they fixed. Ridiculous. Got chips and queso with steak. Laughable. The toughest two tablespoons of meat if that I've ever eaten in any restaurant. Of course the waitress apologized but not another thing was done. Didn't even ask us if it was OK. Can't believe I paid nearly $38 for two appetizers and two sodas. I couldn't even eat it. 3 bites of tough meat terrible cheese sauce and chips that tasted like the lowest quality tortillas ever, not helped by the dust they sprinkle over the chips. I hope the franchise owner knows what's going on. They'll be closing if they aren't minding the store. Only my second yelp review ever. Obviously we won't be back. What a complete disappointment eating at this restaurant. Not only was the service slow due to lack of employees, the food was less than par. The salad bar was lackluster and overpriced and the burger was small and tasteless. The ambiance of the restaurant is very outdated and dreary. In addition to this, the floor, tables and booths were filthy. I don't know how management would think the condition, service and the food served is acceptable as it's clearly not. There are plenty of other restaurant establishments in the general vicinity so I definitely recommend going elsewhere. read more

Came here the other day for lunch, got seated right away and had a very friendly waitress but thata the best part of the lunch ended. We hot the spinach artichoke dip appetizer which was super salty, then got the endless salad bar with our entrees which was a huge disappointment cause nothing was restocked at the salad bar and what was out there didn't look fresh at all. For the price of the food the quality is horrible, portiosn super small and just no flavor with anything of the food besides salt.. Our entree were just ok but small. I now see why this place wasn't busy. We would not eat here again read more

We love Ruby's and eat there on a regular basis . Decided to order tonight for a pick-up and the service was quick, order was complete and hot. We did feel the bill was a little high and our order was through Yelp. Got on Ruby's website and discovered that the website's prices were lower than on Yelp. I think this is ridiculous. When I typed in the restaurant's name, "order now" popped up. So I ordered. Will never make that mistake again. I should have investigated further before ordering. We paid $10.00 more because we ordered from Yelp and not the website. Very disappointed. read more

We picked Ruby Tuesday because my husband loves their salad bar. We were staying at one of the hotels near the interstate so drove into town. We walked in with no one waiting to be seated and thought we would be seated fairly quickly. That's wasn't the case, we were never greeted, had a server look straight at us and continued on her way. We waited and waited but no one ever showed up at the hostess table so we eventually walked out and went to Chili's who gave us excellent service. read more

Health department warning. Salad bar had not been properly cleaned and had rotting food down edges. Floor was sticky everywhere, not been properly mopped. Burger was served almost raw. Ketchup bottle brought to table was literally hot! We now understand why there was almost nobody there this evening. It's a shame. We have never called the health department on any restaurant before, but this will be a first. My shoes are STILL sticky, as I walk into a nice, clean Culver's, for my dinner. read more

We hadn't been to this Ruby Tuesday in awhile. We wanted a good salad, so we went today @ 4:30. We walked in and waited awhile for the hostess to come to the stand. After standing there watching numerous employees talking and ignoring the people that had come in waiting to be seated. I saw an employee come out from behind the bar, so I asked if he could get the hostess. He stared at me with no reply whatsoever ever and walked away. I now know why this place is always empty and why we stopped going. Not to mention the salad bar did not look good at all. Never will we be back. read more

So, I've had negative experiences here in the past. We had a positive experience last time, and we decided to come back again tonight with all four of our kids. We should've brought the kids on TUESDAY night, since kids eat free (one kid per adult entrée). Good to know for next time. The smokehouse burger was EXCELLENT. The wifey is always happy with the endless garden bar and the spicy chicken sandwich. All of the food was delicious. It was not very busy there at all. The host was busy maintaining the garden bar while we all stood by to be attended to. When things don't start off well, I usually have a hard time looking for the positive. But it all worked out okay, and we were happy with our visit. We'll return again on a Tuesday night. read more

The food was mediocre. The hostess was not wearing a mask when we arrived, it was sitting on the station on the menus. She put it on when she noticed us and gave us those menus to use. The table she sat us at was dirty. There was a bottle of ketchup just tossed into the booth seat across the isle from us just ignored by the staff. The server did not write down out order. He had to come back and ask me if I wanted coke or diet coke. He also acted surprised when I wanted the salad bar and my husband did not. We were also brought cheeseburgers when we asked for hamburgers. Plus he brought us the check and had my husband pay before I had even touched my burger. On top of that the way he instructed my husband of how to use their card reader not only pressured my husband into tipping on the card when we wanted to leave cash but also tip more than we felt like he deserved(over 15%). This was definitely not the most pleasant dining experience we have had and this was our first time back in a very long time because of an unpleasant experience there in the past. read more

Waited 30 minutes after the food was supposed to get our food and I asked for them to cancel and refund the money because they never Started our to go order and they refused. $50 on dinner we never got. The one person working said there was 2 more orders and they would rush mine but at this point I had waited long enough. I asked for contact information for the manager she said her last day was yesterday. Asked for the corporate number or the bosses boss and she refused. Do not order from there do not go there until the restaraunt either sells to new ownership or gets a decent manager. read more
