Dirtiest Chick-fil-A I've ever been in.. employees are trying to clean the floor and wipe tables, but didn't seem to keep up.. flies buzzing around a lot of flies buzzing around overhead menus, which are not far from where the food is prepared. It was really gross. Also, this has no reflection on the restaurant, but when you park your car to walk into the restaurant, you have to weave through the bumper-to-bumper traffic in the parking lot and walk through drive-through line and it's not very safe. I ordered 3 meals and all the drinks were missing. I ordered the family meal and I received no treats that came with it. My order today, the fries were missing. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have a special diet and I eat ONE thing on the menu. The grilled nuggets. I travel the country and have been to Chick-fil-A from coast to coast. I get one thing: 30count grilled nuggets. It's an unusual order, I understand that. Sometimes the attendants say they don't offer that. I am also nice the first time and ask them to double check, as I order it ALL OVER THE CONTRY. I have NEVER been turned away, Becasue it is something that Chick-fil-A offers. Well this place was busy and the attendant was nice and no fault to her- she did ask the manager. The manager was a young female who didn't even care to check the system or give any soultion. She was busy with things in her hand and just shook head no. Dumbfounded I asked if they were serious, I do this all the time- the attendant was nice and apologize. The manager is a joke- I was then getting upset. The manager should have saved her employee by speaking to me about alternative options (there are some, like two 12 counts) but nope. I left and told them I would leave a bad review and that they lost my business. Here is one of the god damn HUNDREDS of receipts I have from Chick-fil-A all over the country where I buy GRILLED NUGGETS 30 COUNT. UPDATE: LOOK AT MY NEW RECEIPT! I've never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A, and even if i had it gets resolved quite well. I came through the drive thru today to get dinner for my family and the staff was being quick and a little too pushy, making me feel rushed. I normally understand the quick pace but this came across rude. On top of that the wait was longer than usual and i was missing sauce. My wife and I always joked that we didn't even have to check the bag before we left to ensure all of our order was in it because, after all, this was Chick-Fil-A not Taco Bell! This was our first time ever in a Chick-fil-A and we were so pleasantly surprised. The gentleman behind the counter did a great job with our order and was very nice. The food was delicious and we loved the healthy side options for kids meals - a fresh fruit cup to own all fruit cups! Kids meals came with a Highlights magazine. The spicy chicken sandwich was top notch for a fast food spot. Being the vegetarian in our group, I had the southwest salad with chicken off to the side (enjoyed by others in our group!) and they did it perfectly. I won't refute prior reviewer's issues with service here, but I will report that our service was outstanding and we watched that same level of service throughout the restaurant. I've just recently begun visiting this Chick-Fil-A as they are giving out free coffee (hot & iced) all month (3/2015) long as a promotional event for their relatively new coffee offerings. By relatively new, I mean almost a year old now. The coffee is rather tasty, though it isn't on par with say Ugly Mugs, Portland Brew or Bongo Java (Yeah, Starbucks didn't make the list). For fast-food coffee it isn't a bad choice by any means and they are using Thrive Coffee which is an excellent organization focused on providing fair wages for their coffee farmers. If you're wanting a quick brew and find yourself near a Chick-Fil-A, make the conscious effort to support a good cause rather than stopping at McDonald's or Burger King where they only care about the bottom line. Rants aside, the establishment is clean, the staff is friendly and service is quick. They are all friendly there and more than ready to help satisfy their customers.The chicken sandwich I ate there (free coupons FTW) seemed to be on par with other Chick-FIl-A sandwiches, which is to say flavorful, hot and deeply satisfying. I also noticed that the BBQ sauce has recently lost high-fructose corn syrup as one of its ingredients, so that is awesome! It also seems to have a larger seating area than other Chick-Fil-A's which I have visited, which is great when you're trying to avoid sitting next to giant families with a number of rambunctious kids. This location is alright, but service always seems to be slow, even during non-busy hours. But whatever, sometimes you have to take a minute to make something good. It's on the pricey side of fast food, but it's typically better than almost every other place that deals in chicken. I'm not sure if I got a series of bad orders, but it seems like the food has been getting greasier and sloppier. It's fast food, sure, but I've had sandwiches that were loosely tossed in a box, or the bagged sandwiches looked at though they were assembled by a blind man (which is something, a bun, chicken, and a couple pickles are the primary ingredients). We were on vacation heading back to South Carolina and decided to stop for breakfast and go through the drive-thru. My wife and I are making our first trip through the South, and we've never eaten in a Chick-fil-a (none where we live) and have heard great reviews from our friends. We stopped in Lebanon for lunch -- turns out they were still serving breakfast. We explained to Tiffany(?) that this was our first CFA experience and we wanted to try their signature meal. She gave some suggestions but said it would take a few extra minutes since they were still in breakfast mode. The lunch items were great and Tiffany gave us several complementary breakfast items so we could try them too... also excellent. The restaurant was spotless and the staff was super nice. This place has it together! It's actually a pleasure to come here. No matter how long the drive-thru line is, it moves right along. They always seem prepared, since I've never had to pull over and wait for something. My order has a couple of special requests and every single time it has come out 100% correct.
