    Cedar City Brewing Pineapple Cider
    Elizabeth N.

This is a small place right in Lebanon square. There's not a ton of parking, but we got lucky with a spot right up front! Walking in, there are huge brewing vats exposed and a multi-level restaurant. You go up to the counter to order from menu with lots of options and an extensive beer and cider menu. We went with the Pineapple cider because we know it's awesome from going to ML Rose! I had the spicy pimento smash burger which was cooked to perfection with just the right amount of spice, would definitely order again! My husband had the mushroom Swiss smash burger and he loved it (I don't like mushrooms, so I didn't try it ) my son got the chicken tenders and fries and he enjoyed that as well. The wait staff was very helpful since we told them it was our first time there and made some good recommendations for us. They are also quick to clear tables once you get are finished. We didn't feel rushed to leave and were easily able to get more drinks by walking up to the counter. Would definitely come back and highly recommended if you're in the Lebanon area!!

I've been here about 5 times. Food is always decent. I ordered a Cobb salad this time, and I was looking at the digital menu above the cash wrap with no descriptions. For whoever creates the menu, a cobb salad is never made with lunch meat, but a chef salad is . Just for you...

Super busy on a Saturday afternoon, I spent about an hour or so sipping at a beer and waiting to meet up with my friend. Order and pay at the counter, where they pour beers and hand out table cards. When your food is ready, they bring it out. I had a delicious Kolsch which they call "Lake It Easy" and from the barstool upstairs, it was nice to watch the comings and goings. Parking was a challenge but I lucked out when someone left just as I came in! [Review 1216 of 2024 - 531 in Tennessee - 22239 overall]

Top notch service. Great smash burger and the Orange Pilsner is amazing! Perfect weather for the front windows to be open.

My hubby Daniel enjoying a beer....

Great specialty burgers, wings and flatbreads. Wonderful tasty in-house brewed beers. Nice, comfortable homey vibe.

Pretzel bites and beer cheese dip. Mexican lager.

Went to Cedar City for the first time on Monday trivia night. Over all atmosphere was good. Ordered the Mexican lager and pretzel bites first. Food came out quick and was hot and fresh. Tasted amazing. Then ordered bacon ranch flatbread which was also delicious. It was overall a good experience, everyone was friendly, very quick at cleaning tables, checked on people throughout the night. Service and vibes were 10/10. Definitely will be back!

Amazing food, beer, and ciders. Great service and small town feel on the historic square with cute boutiques to shop! The salad with blackened chicken is my go-to, but ordered the wings with lemon pepper seasoning and they were perfect! My dad said they have the best honey mustard he's ever had!

Very nice place to eat, was very happy with our decision to eat here. Stand up counter order style, the gentleman doing the orders was very pleasant and helpful. Our food was delicious & quantity were generous. I didn't have any complaints. We'll eat here again as we're in Lebanon occasionally.

Mushroom and Swiss. 8/10. Fries 7/10

This was my first visit here. My wife wanted to try the burger of the month topped with Birria and pico. I got the mushroom and swiss. Both were double smash burgers and both burgers were very good. This place is also a brewery, so I grabbed a fresh beer while I was at it. The inside is a bar vibe. The noise level was a bit above moderate. The place was packed and they had some music playing. There are several huge TV's and upstairs seating also. You place your order at the counter and they give you a number then they bring the food to your table. All the staff were friendly and the food came out in about 15 minutes. Its located in the square in downtown Lebanon, so there is free limited parking. There are other places in the general area that sells their beer. Speaking of, I got a very tasty German Amber Ale.

The beer and pizza both delivered, and the space offers some excellent people-watching, especially when it's busy. We went over Thanksgiving weekend, so the place felt packed and energetic, which probably pushed it beyond its usual crowd level. Service was friendly and upbeat, though slower than I expect for this type of casual brewery environment. Nothing disastrous, but long enough waits that I noticed. The ambience leans "indoor picnic": * Bright lighting * Long communal tables suited for large groups * A central stack of kegs arranged in a pyramid, likely doubling as a seasonal "tree" It feels like a natural fit for happy hours, big family outings, or a group of friends meeting up. There were a few kids running around causing minor disruptions. Given the family-friendly vibe and location, I considered it more of an expected annoyance than a real problem, but it's worth noting if you strongly prefer a kid-free environment. Overall, I recommend TailGate Brewery as a casual, lively spot with good beer, good pizza, and a social atmosphere--just go in expecting some noise, a crowd during peak times, and service that leans more friendly than fast.

Need less to say we continued inside. I'm no sure if this is handicap assessible as we walkeeld up a lil incline to steps. When entering we were looked at in a way that was not warming. However, a voice came from the bar area with directions. We chose to to the flight. The choices were selected with a little help from the bar. They came out pretty quickly. The tasting started and it out of 5, only one did not have a nasty and strong hoppy/bitter after taste. The select were Passion fruit, Hippies and Cowboy, Southern Wit, Urban Hiker, and Wildwood. As we spent our time no one seem to as if we needed anything or if our selection were ok. We got some "why are you in here type" looks. I was not impressed by this brewery. The customer service and my sensing of being not welcome was high. Note we were the only patrons. I would not return.

Meanwhile, the other members of my group, all around the same age and carrying valid IDs, were able to order drinks without issue. As an Asian customer, I left this establishment believing I was racially profiled. I was singled out, denied service despite presenting valid identification, and never given a legitimate explanation for why my ID was supposedly unacceptable. Since the incident, I have found multiple reviews from other customers of color describing experiences that raised similar concerns about profiling and disparate treatment. The entire experience was humiliating, unprofessional, and unacceptable. There are plenty of businesses in Nashville that can verify IDs without treating customers this way.
