Interesting place, no table service per se except for food delivery. Nice menu of food and beer. Stopped in on Father's Day with family and enjoyed a cold Pint of their IPA. They have an upstairs and a third floor room in addition to the first floor. Great for the kids at a large 2nd floor table to control the children. Been in Lebanon for 28 yrs and never really like to go to eat around the square as parking is a pain --- but I wanted to try this place heard good things about it since they opened a few years ago! it was nice waitresses, etc. were very friendly food was good however, I had a sandwich and two beers didn't pay much attention when I checked out because you have to go to the counter to order your food pay your do not have waitresses to come to your did not pay much attention to the but I was charged for three beers? Didn't realize that until after I got home now either I made a mistake or thought I had three beers, but I only had one and a half. I didn't even drink my second beer. read more

This is a small place right in Lebanon square. There's not a ton of parking, but we got lucky with a spot right up front! Walking in, there are huge brewing vats exposed and a multi-level restaurant. You go up to the counter to order from menu with lots of options and an extensive beer and cider menu. We went with the Pineapple cider because we know it's awesome from going to ML Rose! I had the spicy pimento smash burger which was cooked to perfection with just the right amount of spice, would definitely order again! My husband had the mushroom Swiss smash burger and he loved it (I don't like mushrooms, so I didn't try it ) my son got the chicken tenders and fries and he enjoyed that as well. The wait staff was very helpful since we told them it was our first time there and made some good recommendations for us. They are also quick to clear tables once you get are finished. We didn't feel rushed to leave and were easily able to get more drinks by walking up to the counter. Would definitely come back and highly recommended if you're in the Lebanon area!! read more

Not in any way dog friendly as the page states. It's ok not to be dog friendly, it's just that their page says they are. That usually implies a patio or something. There is not. There are half a dozen single chairs pushed up against the outside front of the building with no table or railing and really no way to order or get service out there. I just moved to town and I'm in a hotel with my dogs waiting on my household goods to arrive and move to my new place. Dogs can't be alone in the hotel room or I would have left them at home. Only came here because it said dog friendly to be basically turned away. Maybe take dog friendly off your page or explain it better. I gave an extra star because they were nice about it. Really disappointed because I think I would have otherwise really liked this place. I would happily return to try again once I'm moved in and settled without the dogs, but today this was my experience. read more

Great find on a business trip. Food was excellent, of special note the pretzel bites and "beast master" flatbread. Beer selection is admirable. The seasonal banana pudding cream ale was fabulous! Super busy on a Saturday afternoon, I spent about an hour or so sipping at a beer and waiting to meet up with my friend. Order and pay at the counter, where they pour beers and hand out table cards. When your food is ready, they bring it out. I had a delicious Kolsch which they call "Lake It Easy" and from the barstool upstairs, it was nice to watch the comings and goings. Very enjoyable location with great food and even better staff! Beer was very good, with a number of types.

My husband has visited hundreds of breweries and when we walked into Cedar City, he said, "Now this is my kind of brewery!" Great vibe. Lots of TVs, food cooked onsite, plenty of room. We were there on a Saturday afternoon while a University of TN football game was on, so it was pretty busy. There were no open tables, but the second floor had a lot of standing room with a ledge that wrapped around the entire floor, so it was comfortable to stand and have a place to rest your drink and food. The surrounding area is very cute. Parking might be a little tricky, but we were lucky to find a space nearby. We definitely will return! read more

Went to Cedar City for the first time on Monday trivia night. Over all atmosphere was good. Ordered the Mexican lager and pretzel bites first. Food came out quick and was hot and fresh. Tasted amazing. Then ordered bacon ranch flatbread which was also delicious. This is the prototype for a perfect brewery. Many breweries get a handful of things right. Others get one or two things so perfectly right that it outweighs their shortcomings and still amounts to a great experience. Cedar City Brewery gets absolutely everything right in terms of what a brewery should be, in my opinion. A brewery should be a casual place with good beer, good food, good prices, a good ambiance, friendly casual service and a well designed space that incorporates the vessels and tanks. That's what Cedar City Brewery is. If you're into breweries (like I am) and dream up in your head what the perfect brewery space and atmosphere looks and feels like, this is it. It's this casual space that makes you want to relax with a beer in your hand all day there. There are TVs all around and it's clean and you're surrounded by the machinery. The food is amazing. Beer is amazing. Prices are great. There's a deal basically everyday. I try to make it once a month for the burger of the month. The Oktoberfest burger was one of the best burgers I've ever had. Too bad I live over an hour away. Otherwise I'd pretty much live at this brewery. read more

This was my first visit here. My wife wanted to try the burger of the month topped with Birria and pico. I got the mushroom and swiss. Both were double smash burgers and both burgers were very good. This place is also a brewery, so I grabbed a fresh beer while I was at it. The inside is a bar vibe. The noise level was a bit above moderate. The place was packed and they had some music playing. There are several huge TV's and upstairs seating also. You place your order at the counter and they give you a number then they bring the food to your table. All the staff were friendly and the food came out in about 15 minutes. Its located in the square in downtown Lebanon, so there is free limited parking. There are other places in the general area that sells their beer. Speaking of, I got a very tasty German Amber Ale. read more

Good local place. Great selection of drafts including beer and ciders. I had the mushroom Swiss burger. It was a juicy smash burger with two patties, and plenty of cheese and sautéed mushrooms. If I had a criticism I would say there needs to be some salt put on the patty to bring out the Umami more. My wife had the flatbread and she said it was good. I'll find out tomorrow when I have the leftovers for lunch. It did have a good crispy crust and plenty of sausage. I saw the wings on another table and they looked good so I will try them in the future. Plenty of specials. Tuesday when we were here it was $4 pints from 4-8 and given I was drinking a 7.0 abv IPA I could have gotten into trouble. If you're in Lebanon TN or even close I suggest you try it out. read more

The smash burgers are really good especially the one with the pimento cheese. With really quick service, getting to the food to the table after ordering . You have that cool atmosphere where it's like a brewery but also a restaurant if you wanted to bring the kids in. The location is great as well in the little downtown area of Lebanon plenty of little local shops to visit before or after stopping in at Cedar City. The beers we had were nice too. read more

We were in the cute little downtown area of Lebanon today and I saw this place on the corner. Big, bright, modern and airy. It's a mix of industrial and homey. Nice set up. And they are brand new! So new they're not yet offering flights. But Kat behind the counter was very happy to offer up a few tastes so I could pick my beer. I went for the Sweet Tater beer, which is generally not my style, but was really good. And they are offering a really nice looking food menu (unfortunately we had just eaten before finding this place). Not a huge place, but big enough for some groups, with a couple of upstairs areas and seating in the front looking out on the square for people watching. Kat was very welcoming and friendly, and was easily able to answer all my questions about their beers, food and operations. The only thing stopping me from giving them 5 stars is that their beer selection is slightly limited at the moment. But I expect that will change in the near future. And I love that they're doing seasonal as well! This is an awesome addition to the area, so you NEED to come by and check it out. read more

If you are looking for tasty beers in a cool trendy spot...stop in. I was excited to try the food, but they fell short for me. I ordered the cheeseburger with spicy pimento cheese, The burger was small and the spoon full of cheese had a mild spice at best. The Burger did little to give me the taste I wanted. New, local spot on the square. Indoor and outdoor seating with tv's scattered throughout. Ordering is done at the counter and then staff bring the order to you (food and drink). Downside is you have to go back to the counter to order additional drinks. Upside is they will let you open a tab. There are many tables downstairs and a lot of bar type seating upstairs, but it does get crowded on the weekends, so plan accordingly. Good for groups to hang out and chill if you don't mind some in the party to stand/gather around the group. Good selection of beer should satisfy most folks. Food menu is somewhat limited when compared to a full-fledged restaurants, but they do have a good selection of choices. We ordered the burger/fries and the hot chicken bites with fries. Burger was very good, and the fries are shoestring type. Very well seasoned. Chicken bites were spicy, but not to hot to set you on fire. (The spice is a dry rub with average medium heat.) First off, the beer is outstanding. Really clean, well executed recipes. My favorite was the American Pilsner. The East Coast IPA was dank and resiny but not overly so. The West Coast had a strong malty backbone like the old school IPAs that made the style popular before people went crazy with hops. The pimento smash burger was outstanding.
