Especially enjoyed the tasting aspect with instructions on how to do it correctly. Every staff member encounter was pleasant and engaging. Nice selection at the gift shop and delicious drinks available at the bar service. Zero complaints... Keep doing things the way you're doing them! Highly recommended

He's so gentle and loved people(it's the neighbors dog) The Tour here was short but very educational and our tour guide was great and loved his humor and he truly knew his history and every small detail about Whiskey. Their outside area had benches and lawn chairs that made the place pretty chill. Love the vibes and they even had live music that was so relaxing to listen to while enjoying a drink. His voice was just magical. There are a lot of areas to take pictures and really enjoy the gorgeous scenery and green beauty. They have a nice little shop with some really fun stuff you can take home from Bottles, kitchen towels, bottles and fun Re-purposed glass bottles made into candles they have a lot of neat things. Their bathrooms were very clean and love the vibes inside. Their tasting here was such a fun experience with our tour guide Sir Paul Bisset he was a Gem honestly if you are able to ask for him before hand do so.

Now the star of the show was Malik ( hope I'm spelling it correctly) he was a joy to the experience that I had. We walked in at the right time for the group tasting. He gave us recommendations on how to pair the moonshine that we were tasting and very funny. Whenever I'm in Nashville, this will always be a stop for me. And I'm sending my friends as well

Pretty busy inside around the bar where they do tastings, lots of tables in the next room with a couple food windows and bars set up. Outside, bags games and other outdoor games with surrounding tables and a Daddy's Dogs stand. A coupe more outdoor rooms with bars and such. We found a room in the back that was fairly empty. Three sides open to queue up to for placing an order, the bartender was doing his best but had no concept of who got there when, so he kept waiting on people that had just walked up while others had been waiting their turn continued to wait. I ordered a seltzer type drink that was refreshing on the warmer than usual day. It was fun, sitting around and watching all that was going on.

I like supporting local, instead of any sort of "chain". Overall a solid place, close to home,…read moreand I will be back. The rub last night was they had two bartenders. One knew how to keep track of the different checks/couples, but some folks from our group, felt like we were "bothering" her. The other bartender, just seemed pretty aloof to what was going on. Again, nice place and we will be back, but when you have an intimate/small setting like they do, I would make a small suggestion of being a bit more personable, and being able to keep better track of customer checks.

I like a little of everything - smoky, peaty, sweet - as long as its reasonably smooth and well balanced. Given this preference, I tend to know better than to go with cask strength whiskeys, but I tried their maple wood finished cask strength to be a good sport. And to my surprise it was just perfect - like the extra concentration (57.7% vs the standard 40%) added more flavor rather than more burn. I think it was about $100 a bottle so I grabbed one and decided to check a bag so I could bring it home - it was that good.

Our company, of about 10 of us, did the tour and tasting and our tour guide Jake was fantastic. We enjoyed learning about the history of the company and his humor throughout the tour. Also, he answered any curveball questions we threw at him. The staff at the bar walked us through the flight and were able to educate us on all of their products. We will definitely be back and booking more tours in the future for our company.

They do offer a tour and tasting and tell you to plan around 1-1/2 hours totally. They start on the hour and we arrived to late to join a tour and due to time constraints could not wait until the next one. Luckily we were still able to do the tasting for $18 per person ( same price as the tour and tasting!) and absolutely worth it!! We had Keely as our guide through the tasting and she was amazing! There was another bartender as well, Kalani ( spelling?) and the two of them worked amazingly together making sure everyone sitting at the bar was taken care of. The tasting included 6 and they allow you additional as well so you can try others you didn't get or just get another of the ones you enjoyed. All were really good with that smooth whiskey burn that warms from the inside out well being full of flavors! We had a hard time picking out which bottle to buy since we enjoyed them all but finally settled on one and headed to our event. Absolutely put this on the list if you are in Chattanooga!! You won't regret it!! Will absolutely go back, amazing experience!
