It's a bourbon based drink that is served with a small paper plane clipped to the edge of the drink. So good!!! There is ample parking because it's located in downtown Murfreesboro. Service is exceptional and the ambiance has a cozy speakeasy feel. As for food, this last time we enjoyed the bruschetta with hot honey and the crab dip with bread. However, anything I've had there has been delicious. One hundred percent cool place to unwind with a good cocktail that never disappoints.

You are greeted at street level--I recommend reservations--then escorted downstairs to your place at the bar, surrounding bar tables, or a few larger group tables. The menu has several creative concoctions but we like to try old reliables--classic cocktails--to see the quality of the bartenders. I'm impressed, the classics were spot on and nicely balanced. The food items were more plentiful and tasty--even the oysters were solid (for such an inland venue as the Boro). Looking forward to many future visits

I am shocked that during my recent visit I visited this restaurant for the very first time! The servers were very kind and patient while we made our group order. I decided to order the chicken strip combo with mac & cheese and collard greens. I also ordered a Pilsner beer to drink. Prices were very reasonable. Before tip I think I spent less than $25 on the whole meal! I was also served so much chicken that I ended up taking some of it home. Everything was so great and I look forward to returning for future visits!

They have flavored syrups you can add to your sodas, ice cream if you want a sweet treat after- truly delightful to find a little restaurant like this. Walked in pleasantly as soon as we entered, she was willing to answer any questions about the menu and brought the food to us when we sat on the back patio. I had the buffalo chicken wrap, husband had the hot chicken Caesar wrap- both were sooooooo delicious if not a wee bit messy be prepared to use napkins! The coleslaw inside of mine was sooooooo good, the mixture of flavors was incredible. Definitely a nice lil joint for a chill meal, will absolutely be coming back.

The queso was great with just enough kick but the chips were cold and seemed stale. Which isn't a surprise with the crazy humidity lately but it's something that ought to be checked and addressed when needed. The Taproom burger was tasty and made with very fresh ingredients. The pretzel roll and all the toppings made the burger a challenge to get a bite, messy in a good way. The bistro burger was great and I had half of my partner's for lunch the next day. It was great as a leftover. I ordered my fries crispy, but the kitchen didn't get the memo, again. The booth was very comfortable and the room was delightfully cool but not cold. It was quiet enough for conversation but not so quiet that you're afraid to break the silence. Tips: Check their app - "hops for pops" scored a free draft pint on fathers day. Expect some great burgers.

The patrons are kind and social, it's a small setting so we sat at the bar and had some Bee's Knees. My friend got hers with Tanqueray but I got mine with Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey which I recommend. Our bartender Olivia also went above and beyond, and we felt so comfortable here. The fried apps we got were vegetarian friendly and I'd suggest this place to anyone staying nearby in Murfreesboro.
