    Winner! A hat & a drink

I came here for a bingo night my last night in Tennessee and we had a great time! It's a cute spot that's nice and open and bright. We had 2 winners at our table that night which is some pretty good odds considering it was a full house. We did order a cheeseboard and a pretzel to share that we snacked on while we played. I wish i lived nearby I'd come every week.

    Great Beers

Great beer and the Hotter than Pepper Sprout Smoked Jalapeno Porter makes me drive over an hour for its calling. Great people - shout out Adam S, and who doesn't love the open air concept.

This place is huge and there's plenty of patio space. We sat at the bar and had some beer. Place was packed. My beer was decent but my boyfriend loved the ones he tried.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon. They have some nice tables outside to sit at and some inside as well. They serve some pretzels, pickles and jerky to eat. Many beer choices! They serve 4oz, 10 oz, or 16 oz pint. It had a friendly atmosphere. The bathroom has some fun 80s trivia for entertainment. And a phone next to the toilet!!! Would definitely come back here again!

Wide variety of styles in the flight.

Visited during COVID19. They had tables outside which made it easy to enjoy. We were visiting from out of town. Decided on a couple flights to get a complete sample of beer. Their NEIPA was very good. I also enjoyed their Brown Ale. The service was ok, it was bar service and took your order outside. The customers were very friendly. We meet a group there for a Friday Happy Hour. I got a great dinner think recommendation of Fish and Chips from a local spot in the same shopping center. Solid brewery.

Great local spot for beer in Hendersonville. We stopped by yesterday evening and got two flights to try. We enjoyed all of our tastings and especially liked the Street Sweeper IPA and the Fuzzy Foot peach ale. There's a decent amount of space indoors and a few picnic tables outside as well. The brewery is located in a strip mall but is surprisingly quiet and chill to sit outside and enjoy your beer. We will be back to try more!

Excellent spot! I love that the gps has taken me a different way each time! (Exploring the area!) Rotating beers with a few starring roles. Couple of food options near by (you can bring food in). The TN Jerky they have is also tasty! They have bar class on Saturdays as well as trivia on Wednesdays! TVs Incase you want to catch a game! Super friendly staff!

Super friendly and very good craft beer. We went for a short ride in a beautiful Saturday and found our way to this hidden gem of a craft brewery in Hendersonville. Ver nice small and at this time of day (3:30ish pm) perfect spot to enjoy a cold beer. I opted for a 5 flight of different styles($14.00) that they offered from a Pilsner to red ale. I have to say loved the BS IPA, Jimmy Chimpo and Cotton town brown. All very different styles of craft beer but very goood. They have some munchies but no kitchen for food is available. They do have very informed and friendly staff working behind the bar, so if you have any questions, they are helpful and they do let you have some tasters to help you pick out the right pint. Definitely would go back there when I take a trip to Hendersonville again!

Excellent beer. Great spot to enjoy out-of-town time before a wedding. The Street Sweeper IPA and Sneaky Pete's Ale were delicious. Thanks.

Super nice bartender named Mark. Broad shoulders and very quick to change a blown tap. Can't recommend this place enough! Thank you Mark

    What night is trivia?

Trivia is every Thursday night starting at 7:00. See you there!

    Is Half Batch dog friendly?

They usually have some outdoor seating, but I don't think dogs are allowed inside.

My family and I have been Mug Club members for over three years across four different locations, and we've visited every TailGate taproom except one. This opinion isn't based on one bad experience, it's a pattern we've seen across the company. As Mug Club members, we've watched the value of the program decline. They advertise 20 oz pours, yet the pours often seem noticeably short. Members were invited to a Mug Club appreciation party that advertised free beer, pizza, and a free t-shirt, only to find the free beer was limited and the "free" shirts cost $20+. On an earlier visit this year, happy hour for mug clubbers was still being advertised until 5pm, but after ordering four more beers we were told happy hour had actually been changed to end at 4 p.m. instead of 5 p.m. without any formal notice, communication to mug clubbers, nothing. We weren't informed until after we were charged full price for not 1, not 2, but 4 beers. Taken together, these experiences leave customers feeling misled rather than appreciated. The most disappointing part is the attitude toward loyal customers. Hearing "you'll be back because you're Mug Clubbers" says a lot about how ownership views the people who have supported the business for years. Loyalty feels expected rather than valued. I also have concerns about how employees are treated. TailGate advertises health insurance, yet many non-management employees reportedly aren't scheduled enough hours to qualify for those benefits. It appears that Wes (the owner) is more focused on controlling criticism and the overall narrative of the company than addressing the issues that generate it, leaving employees/managers to deal with the fallout. TailGate built its reputation on great beer, great staff, and a loyal customer base. The employees continue to deliver on that. Unfortunately, ownership's bait-and-switch approach and apparent disconnect from both customers and staff are hurting a brand that many of us genuinely want to support.

I ordered the lasagna (definitely on the cheesy side, but still tasty!), and while I can't remember what my husband ordered, we both enjoyed our meals overall. The space itself is really cute and has a warm atmosphere--just note that it can get a little chilly when the weather's cold, so maybe keep a jacket handy. Perfect for a casual date night or a family dinner. I'd happily come back again!

Our waitress was incredibly friendly and had some great drink recommendations. I went with their take on a gimlet with lavender and it was very well balanced. My sister got some sort of old fashioned and enjoyed it as well! We started with the fried ravioli (good, but nothing incredible) and bread service (meh). I was nervous at this point but I shouldn't have been! Our salads came next and they were incredibly fresh and flavorful, as well as a large portion! I got their cavatappi in cream sauce and my sister went with the pork. Both dishes were fresh, hot, well-balanced and large! I LOVE that they use chicken thigh for their protein add-on - super flavorful and moist. We were stuffed, so no dessert this time, but I will definitely be back next time I'm in town!
