The food is adequate enough for a chain. What use to be a great place for a salad bar now is a little disappointing. Salad bar was messy with items missing at prime dinner traffic time; 6:30pm, without anyone tending to the bar. Service was a little slow, waitress not attentive but pleasant enough. Great place to eat! Definitely one of my favorite chain restaurants. Their salmon is always good! It's rare to find a restaurant that doesn't make their salmon dry...most places I go to tend to have dry salmon but not Ruby Tuesday's! :) read more

Terrible experience! Very slow service, mediocre food. Had the jumbo skewered shrimp. 9 VERY SMALL shrimp. The waitress even laughed when I Commented on the very small size of the jumbo shrimp. 3 others in our party were served lukewarm food. NEVER AGAIN! read more

As a surprise birthday for a family member, me and the family came to Ruby Tuesday on request on the birthday girl. As a party of 6, we came to Ruby Tuesday with high expectations. Many in this table were older folks, with me and another being the young ones. We ordered our drinks when the waitress came around and those were good. Once she came around for the food, we ordered that, and then for ~ 20 minutes, we all chatted about things, etc. The food got their and I was pleased with my meal. However, three of the members at our table were not. The food was undercooked, the steaks cooked to the wrong type, and some other issues were mentioned, to which the waitress promptly brought out the manager. He was friendly, and said that he would get new plates out as soon as possible. It took ~10 - 15 minutes to do so, which was quick enough. The family members were pleased with the new plates. At the end of our meal, the manager came out with the waitress and let us know that the three meals with issues would be taken off of the bill entirely. He also let us know the truth, which was that the ticket went missing and so they sort of forgot what we had asked for. This is something I deeply respect, as they not only told the truth about what happened, but also didn't do what other restaurants have done when they have messed up (just put it aside as no big deal and bring out new plates) and that is really something I have to commend them for. tl;dr Even though my meal was good, the other members had issues which were promptly taken care of, in a fashion that deserves respect. this place sucks, they dunno what they are doing, the food was OK... at best! waiter forgot to ask me for refills in an ASAP matter, failed to bring a side with the food, seemed like they did not care much about anything, with every failure, oh and the place smelled.. old carpet stink, dirty tables, and so on, and what sealed it for me was when the host did not give a nice goodbye at all, they sounded like they hated even being here, if you ask someone to return to you, shouldnt you be happy, polite, upbeat?! The food and service at the Inverness Florida location was very good. However with the "New Garden Bar" (I can't see any difference to the old salad bar) 1000 Island Dressing has been eliminated again. We quit going there several years ago because of the same thing, Last month they had 1000 Island, this month not. The staff said it was a corporate decision to eliminate it. We were a party of 5 and 2 preferred 1000 Island. I noted at least 3 versions of vinaigrette of some sort, 2 types of Ranch, French and Blue Cheese. 1 vinaigrette could be eliminated to make room for 1000 Island. So no more Garden Bar destination for us. read more

We used to live in Chicago and so we feel we are harder to please than most of the locals. Now having said that, this was our first visit to Ruby Tuesday. We were kept away by poor reviews. But we will be back for sure. Here is what we liked. First, the atmosphere is very classy and inviting. The wait staff it terrific. The food is excellent with a fresh and inviting salad bar. We come here often and enjoy the menu. However we were disappointed the last few times. The food was either not seasoned enough or way too salty. We always pay extra for asparagus and it is always way too salty and the ends are fibrous. The fish and salad bar are great. They used to have that amazing raspberry ice tea with fresh raspberries and mint. Best tea I ever had. They replaced it with a cheap syrup version. That is very sweet with no flavor. read more

Oh I have hated this place since it first arrived. I have been 3 times and each time was not just a disappointment, but purely so disgusting that I did not want to finish my meal. I have finally convinced my family to make no more outings here. I mean, how hard is it to make a burger taste good...especially when burgers are your primarily advertised food? And seriously, train your cooks to wash the lettuce, it shouldn't taste like it just came out of the soil. Also, as others, I was not pleased with the wait staff and the atmosphere is always to rushed/crowded. My husband and I go there every Saturday!! They have the best service! The food isn't always good but they always make sure to take care of me when I don't like something! They are the best restaurant in Inverness in my opinion! I would recommend everyone go there to eat! read more

This was my 3rd...and FINAL visit to this location...Inverness. The shrimp was way over fried so I sent it back. I told our server.."See the picture on the menu, this is how it should look if good properly, not dark brown or black." The return order was still no where near right. On the sides list they were out of several items and this was around 5:00 pm on a Monday afternoon. I brought 3 guests and was totally embarrassed for them as well. I see you only respond to positive reviews so I don't expect to see you explain this fiasco away. read more
