Ruby Tuesdays Cambridge Ohio Merits a 3 star, sadly... We have been fans of Ruby Tuesdays and Ruby Tuesdays Cambridge Ohio for decades. Sadly this location and the chain seem bent on self destruction.... Service - 2 stars is a gift. The restaurant had 4 tables and 2 servers. Although my server knew I was present, it required 8 minutes for her to approach. A request for water and napkins had to be repeated 3 times - she offered that she "forgot I was there. Nevertheless, I left a 20% tip. I knew others were complaining, and an older man got his meal computed.... Ruby Tuesdays menu has drastically shrunk, and yet the "cook" cannot prepare an adequate meal. Looks like burger and fries are a good option, however, I wanted something healthier. Server suggested "deconstructed beef skewers." Some healthy veggies rice and "beef." Beef was tough and half of it burned. Simply inedible, and I left most of it. I am looking for a dining option in Cambridge Ohio. read more

We walked in and we seated right away. We had a coupon from their rewards app for a buy one get one free. My husband ordered the chicken Parmesan and it was too huge chicken breast on top of penne pasta with. A basic tomato sauce and was yummy. I ordered the double Hickory bourbon chicken plate with a baked potato and grilled zucchini and it was fabulous. We stopped here during a long trip. We were tired and starving. Courtney K and Bri took great care of us. While they were very busy, the service was not lacking. Our food was amazing and we were able to get in, eat fairly quickly and get back on the road. We will definitely visit on our way back through again! read more

At a local hotel passing through town. Ordered via door dash. Everything (entree and sides were packed as one. Showed up like pig slop. Way over salted. Tried to call restaurant to speak to a manager and nobody answers the phone. For $80... maybe pack thw sides separately and let the customer mix if they want to. Now my potato is drenched in this nasty parmesan sauce and my veggies have been lost to the unedible dish. I can see why Ruby Tuesdays are closing down. This level of attention to detail is on par with garbage pile. Now i need to order from a real restaurant I guess. Management should be ashamed of themselves. The wife and I made the trip to Cambridge, OH, to use a gift certificate we had gotten a couple of years ago. We used to meet part of of family near Christmas time at the Athens Ruby Tuesday's that closed shortly after receiving this gift. So, we made the trip to the closest Ruby Tuesdays in our area, and was very pleased with what we found. The wife and I both got a salad bar with a burger of our choice. The salad bad was amazingly full of items, all in very good condition and very tasty. The burgers with fries were very well prepared and delicious! So, how do I rate our experience at the Cambridge Ruby Tuesday's? We rate the food a 5, the facility a 5, the service a 5 and the value a 5, for a total overall rating of 5! The manager charged $4.99 and $12.99 for the salad bar because we split our dinner even though we placed a to go dinner order for son at home. It just reminds me why we hardly eat there. I always LOVED Ruby Tuesday, but most of them in our area have closed, so we have began making the trip to the Cambridge location quite often. First off, the service is wonderful! The servers are all super kind and attentive and make sure our experience is the best it can be. We LOVE the garden bar at RT, and this one hands down is the best salad bar I've ever had of any Ruby Tuesday location. Everything is super fresh and clean! I've never had a bad meal here. We also love the Hickory Bourbon Chicken and the steak. Their grilled zucchini is delicious. Finally, they do lots of great deals and coupons if you are signed up for their emails! Disgusting! Was passing thru the area on the way to vacation and we stopped here for lunch. The dirty windows should have been a tip off but we went in. Walking to our booth our feel were sticking to the carpet. Yes, to the carpet - not hard floor. How bad does it have to be if the carpet is sticky? We were seated at a booth with a dirty table. After ordering I used the restroom and it smelled like a sewage like ruptured. Both our waitress and hostess smelled like they took a bath in some perfume or something. It was overwhelming. The food wasn't warm or very good at all. Honestly, I have really lost respect for myself for not leaving. I don't know why we stayed other than we were hungry and wanted to get back on the road quickly. And by the way, they had just opened! It wasn't end of day but 1st thing! As for cheese, there was a skimpy thin piece about half the size of the meat patty. So skimpy I couldn't taste when eating burger. My wife ordered a steak medium rare and it came medium. She ordered two sides. One side was never delivered. We needed to get on the road so we left without her receiving it. The server apologized. read more

I ordered a salad with no bacon. It came with bacon but no avocado (which is my favorite & was supposed to be on the salad) the waitress took it back to fix it ... along with my bread. She brought back the salad, with no bacon, no bread , but added EGGS, which wasn't on the menu! I hate eggs and can't have them!! I told her I just wanted the bread and she couldn't ale the entire salad back. She apologized and said I would get a free glass of wine. Got our bill... AND SHE CHARGED ME FOR THE WINE! We eat at this restaurant frequently. The food is always great in fact I tell everyone that RT's has the best ribs in the state. Besides the ribs other favorites include Fresco Chicken, burgers and of course the endless salad bar. We like to ask for our favorite waiter: Clay- he's the best! The meal I had was the worst I have EVER had! i ordered the fish and chips and when it was served, the fish tasted horrible and the tater tots were cold.
