I ordered a salad with no bacon. It came with bacon but no avocado (which is my favorite & was supposed to be on the salad) the waitress took it back to fix it ... along with my bread. She brought back the salad, with no bacon, no bread , but added EGGS, which wasn't on the menu! I hate eggs and can't have them!! I told her I just wanted the bread and she couldn't ale the entire salad back. She apologized and said I would get a free glass of wine. Got our bill... AND SHE CHARGED ME FOR THE WINE! We eat at this restaurant frequently. The food is always great in fact I tell everyone that RT's has the best ribs in the state. Besides the ribs other favorites include Fresco Chicken, burgers and of course the endless salad bar. We like to ask for our favorite waiter: Clay- he's the best! This location is always clean and staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The entrance planters always look beautiful. We will continue coming often! read more

The meal I had was the worst I have EVER had! i ordered the fish and chips and when it was served, the fish tasted horrible and the tater tots were cold. The waitress didn't care about anything that I said and just put the bill on the table and walked away. Don't go here to eat; I'd rather eat a handful of dirt before I'd eat here again!!! read more

Lost the local RT 4 years ago to poor sales, and I've missed it ever since. Drove over to RT in Cambridge for my free birthday burger. Great experience! Food was hot, fresh and tasty (some of the best restaurant french fries ever). Service was friendly, helpful and attentive. I recommend this RT. Will be back. read more

Facility was clean and tidy. The salad bar looked well prepared and the food was fresh. The service was decent. The only negative is I ordered a bacon cheeseburgers and there wasn't any bacon on it. Portions were small and it was a little pricey. You can get more for your buck at one of the other restaurants near by. The water also tasted like it came from a dirty pool. read more

I must say I'm really very disappointed our food when it finally came out was cold my wife's food was slimey with grease which was supposed to be a grilled item my steak was over done and cold our drinks were warm we didn't bother to complain at the restaurant because we didn't want to wait any longer for a refire. Finding decent food at a highway interchange is not very easy. In Cambridge Ruby Tuesday qualifies as the nice place, but RT has its charms. This location is recently updated, and while the menu seems smallish compared to some other locations, I'm hardly a reliable source on that score. What earns them the four-star rating is the salad bar, which I don't believe any other place on this stretch offers. RT does a good job in all of its locations maintaining its bar with good fresh ingredients, some surprises (edamame, spicy broccoli) and variety. When you can't face another bucket of fried food, RT actually sounds pretty good. read more

Went there on a Sunday night not to busy so we got are food quick. The server did a very good job explaining the menu to use his name was Brian. we had the double stack chicken very good. My wife had the Bella ,and we both got the salad bar. The salad bar was so werth giving up one side and paying a 1.99 more for it .we will come back for sure. read more

Caesar Salad is AWFUL .Leave the salad menu experimentation to better chefs, because this catastrophe completely missed the mark. My husband and I stopped at Ruby Tuesday for lunch on June 30, 2019. It was clean, our food was delicious and exactly as we ordered, but the best part was our waiter, Brian! He apologized for the wait, which wasn't long and didn't bother us, and he checked to see if we needed anything several times. He was the best waiter we have had in a long time! We were just passing through on our way to visit family in Nebraska, but I highly recommend this restaurant and if we go the same route again, we will definitely stop there again. I ordered the ribeye steak , it came to me almost cold as if they pre-cooked it then just laid it on the flame for a few seconds , tasteless , green beans were tuff and stiff , my wife ordered half rack of ribs , they were almost luke warm at best and then the kitchen was out of baked potatoes so she had the dinner almost eatin by the time the potatoe came out . First non AC, then had beer poured on us, salad bar plates were all dirty, salad was brown, potato salad looked rancid, we had to wait to get for silverware, then the meals came out at all different times. The steaks were decent but looked as if they had been sitting in a warm cooler. The fish was beyond water and uncooked. After dinner we grabbed another beer only to find a cockroach wing in the beer. Food was ok but the service is better at the BP station on Rt. 40. My drink went unattended for 20 minutes and when the food arrived, I was not checked on until I was finished. We have been ordering online for some time and I have to say this is the was by far the greatest disappointment. We ordered a 6oz Sirloin and a Burger both were horribly overcooked. They were ordered Medium and came very well done. The taters were also fried till they were hard and had barely any toppings. Just overall a failure from the Kitchen. Due to the past service, I couldn't give them a 1 Star, but I hope this is a fluke and not a new trend. read more

It's not the best place to go to dinner or anything. It's a Ruby Tuesday. But the benefit is it's NEVER busy. My service is always excellent. When I order a mixed drink it's always made perfectly. And I've never had a problem with the food, other than the fact it a simple Ruby Tuesday menu. With the local BOGO 1/2 coupons that come around locally all the time, it's usually a bargain. It's not a 5 star restaurant. You know that when you walk through the door. But with the great, fast service, decent food, and it being one of the few restaurants in town, it's the one I pick for last minute nights out when I don't feel like waiting for tables and just having a good meal and a drink. read more

I always eat at a place more than once before leaving a review and all 3 of my trips here were pretty bad. The first was just bad service. Sat at the bar and, even with multiple people at the bar, there didn't appear to be a designated bartender. Most of the time there was nobody even behind the bar. The burger was pretty good though. The second trip, service was SLIGHTLY better, but the food was mediocre at best. I ordered a medium rare steak that was cooked just short of well done and it was a bad cut of meat to begin with. When I pay for a ribeye, I expect at least somewhat of a quality cut of beef. Not a tough, fatty, flavorless piece of meat. Due to lack of options in the area, decided to give it a third shot and try some seafood. The service was pretty good, but when I got my food it wasn't even cooked. I ordered the coastal trio (tilapia, shrimp, and lobster tail) and the tilapia was still cold in the middle. I didn't bother trying the shrimp or lobster. The only reason I even give this place 2 stars is because of how the manager handled my last meal. She comped the whole thing and was very apologetic. I'm not a person to complain about my food. I even offered to pay for my beer after she said she would comp the check, but I will not be going back here. Still hoping I don't get sick from the raw seafood. read more

On 08/06/2016 My boyfriend and I Stopped at this Ruby Tuesday In Cambridge , Ohio. We walked in the lady said 2 people and follow me. She took us to a table and we sat down. Waiting a waitress came by and said she was our waitress, while she help other customer things she ask what drink we wanted. Then we got our drinks and she ask if we were ready to order. We ordered. I told her I wanted my well done, side I wanted fries. When I received my order. The fries looked like they were rolled in salt. and tasted worse. My meet was still a little pink, yet the outside of the meat was burnt. The waitress walked by said I will get you more cokes, she did not stop. Then when she brought our drinks she set them on the edge of the table, and left. Not once did she ask if we needed or wanted anything else. Worse than all of this. A fly kept landing on my food. Of course I did not eat the food. We waited and the waitress finally put the check on the table once again as a walk by. we waited no waitress to pick up check and money. Finally I took the money to the register and waited, finally the woman who seated us came over to take the money, once again I was not ask how our food was. Truly upset over this visit. Yes we paid for both our meals. It is horrible to say when the food and service is so bad. Well no it is worse, My boyfriend ate his food and then was sick. I did give him Benadryl. Which did help him feel better, but made him drowsy. Which sucked because I do not drive and we had to go to a hotel. So we spent $42.00 for your horrible food plus another $79.00 for a hotel room. Let me say no we did not leave a tip. I promise I will never return back to this place again. Said I had to Rate this place to post well I wish I did not have to click on even one star. read more
