First airport bar in 22 years of travel that had a wait with 9 open bar seats, rude hostess staff and a manager who enables the terrible customer service. I've truly seen it all now, no don't sit down in an empty seat in the bar and increase our revenue, no let me be rude and figure out a way to loose business! So I tried to make a to go order after walking at Sandy Springs Park. They put me on hold for about 7 minutes. So we start heading there anyways. All while being on hold again. After being put on hold for another 18 minutes they finally take my order. We were only 2 miles away at this point. She told us it will be 20 minutes. We arrive, he goes to pay. He had to wait another 15 minutes to pay. She then told him she just put it in when he paid, so it will be another 20 to 25 minutes. We called ahead before we left the park to see if we could dine in, they said they were at full capacity. When we arrived, there were 2 couples, and a single dine in. So only 5 people can dine in. Worst experience ever. They were not busy, but instead just laughing and chatting, and playing about. We will not be back. read more

Good food. Ok service at best. At the bar, there were 4 ruby Tuesday Location managers from other locations that were flying out for a business trip. It was embarrassing the way the presented themselves. Bad mouthing customers that have been in their stores, swearing, being crude, talking about associates at the stores in a harassing manner, etc... If they are a representation of how the company views me as a customer, I am out. If this matters to you, beware. read more

The $11 buck cheeseburgers were overpriced but at least they had leaf lettuce. They were pretty average tasting for airport food. Service was OK. Salads feature iceberg lettuce so I avoided those. Did not see any better place at the airport so this may be the best bet if you have to eat before a flight. read more

Food great today but my waiter, Travis, even better! I rarely travel for work on weekends but this Saturday I find myself at the airport heading out. Decided to grab a bite at ruby Tuesdays. I'm thrilled they have posted the calories in the menu; that's a real deterrent from overeating. I went with the Philly cheesesteak pot stickers with a side salad. The pot stickers were excellent and only 310 cal. The salad was pretty good although the salad greens at RT are always average. Travis was the star. He was prompt, courteous, cognizant that he works in a restaurant at an airport, meaning he was efficient and helpful. He wished me safe travels when I left. What a gem! Not sure of his planned longevity at RTs, but the morning weekday staff at RT sure could learn a few things from Travis. read more

The bottom of my beer glass fell out and spilled 20oz of beer in my lap. With my luggage checked, I had to resort to purchasing new clothes before leaving on my flight. Not only did the management/wait insufficiently address the broken glass, they failed to compensate in fashion. Their rude behavior was not aligned with the kind of service I've come to expect for this national chain. As a frequent customer, I can assure you that I will never set foot in a Ruby Tuesday again. A simple acknowledgement or polite response goes a long way. You won't get that here. read more

The waitress said they already had last call so we asked if we could watch the World cup game and the waitress said let me ask my manager, her manager looks at me an my girlfriend with a rude look and says no we're kicking everyone out. I was early for a flight and needed to get something to eat. I did not have extremely high expectations but they failed to meet even my moderate expectations. I had the ribeye which came out looking gray and wet but pink in the middle. It was really gross. read more

Haven't eaten at Ruby Tuesday in years and now I recall why. Ordered a sampler platter with onion rings, chicken bites, a tomato sauce concoction covered with cheese & pita bread. Onion rings & chicken bites both tasted like VERY OLD grease, I could hardly eat either. I did eat the Ragu/cheese dip, it was barely edible. I told the waiter the onion rings & chicken we're super greasy, no response. I only ate 1 onion ring, 3 chicken bites. Some restaurants keep adding oil to used cooking oil instead of changing it daily. HORRIBLE old old old grease taste. I would never recommend eating here. SKIP THIS PLACE read more

Stop in for food and or beverage or both! Make sure to sit in the section where Travis works. This guy is all about service! He is a good guy and knows how a server needs to do the job. Carolina chicken salad is good and fast. One downer is the girl at the bar as she is just not friendly but avoid that stuff by sitting at high tops or bar area near window/charging stations. To start with, let me just say that you may need low standards to eat here. While my family and I waited for our food I couldn't help but notice the rather odd behavior of the staff. Laziness definitely played a big part in this restaurant. It almost seemed that almost the entire serving staff were more interested in their phones than their customers including two in particular that spent more time flirting with eachother rather than taking care of the guests. When we got our food, the chip I received with my queso dip had a stale burnt taste. The macaroni and cheese I ordered for my son had a strong fowl oder and I did not let him eat it. I ordered a parmesan chicken pasta in which the chicken had a rubbery texture. My wife had the tilapia with shrimp that was unflavorful and just a soggy mess on a plate. We left dissatisfied, hungry and with a serious anticipation for the peanuts on the airplane. read more

Just ate here today. I normally love RTs and was happy to see an airport location. The food was average it's the service that earns them 1 star. My dining experience started by being greeted by a very unhappy looking waitress (long light blond hair in a scraggly ponytail...it is nice to see neat and clean looking servers when they're dealing with food but that's a personal preference) who acted rather put out that she had to tell me to take a seat anywhere. I ended up sitting at a table ( not in her section, thankfully!) that was located near the area where servers enter orders. This allowed me to hear ALL of the conversations she had with other wait staff. She tried to con my server into giving up part of his indoor section, which was fuller than hers, but he didn't fall for it. She also spent a good amount of time complaining about other customers. I guess since her section was outside, and out of hearing range, she didn't care who heard. One of her issues was laughing about this "stupid" lady who wanted to order a sandwich with no mayo and no bread..."who ever heard of a sandwich with no bread! Hahahaha!" Well, me for one. I was in the middle of eating my avocado chicken sandwich WITHOUT BREAD. (I find it hard to believe she's never encountered that as a server.) In addition to all this, she mentioned someone having a thyroid issue at one point. To be fair, I'm not sure what the context was but based on every other time I heard what came out of her mouth and the tone of voice being used I'm going to assume it also had a negative connotation. Well, I happen to have thyroid disease and it's not to be taken lightly. What struck me as ironic is that she also talked about needing to make money today - at least $100. When I waited tables in college, I quickly learned that my attitude often reflected what kind of tips I made. All in all a fairly crappy experience.
