We were craving a relaxed patio night and something new on Northshore, and Cazzy's Corner Grill was exactly that kind of spot We sat outside with friends, perfect easy-going atmosphere, friendly staff, and everything came out tasting so fresh and flavorful. The chicken piccata was bright and buttery with just the right amount of lemon, and the chimichurri pork tenderloin had so much flavor. We all shared the feta dip (which was honestly a table favorite), and even the pork chop was cooked perfectly and super juicy. It just felt like one of those slow, happy dinner nights where you get to actually sit, talk, and enjoy every bite. And of course we ended with chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream -- the perfect sweet finish read more

Cazzy's has a nice neighborhood vibe that is also upscale. The outdoor patio is a perfect place to enjoy your meal in the warmer months. Service is always friendly and attentive. The lunch menu has several hidden gems and you really can't go wrong. The blacked chicken sandwich has whipped feta, tomato jam and bacon. Such a flavor bomb! Highly recommend!!! read more

I love Cazzy's. But apparently the new GM decided to take the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl off the menu! Which I don't understand. It was very popular and the best we have found! The tuna nachos to replace it were not good. read more

Second trip in, time for a review! The staff receiving folks in were super nice and helpful. The overall service of the waitress we had was timely and kind. The inside looked great and was clean; the outside (where we sat) looked swept up and chairs/tables organized well. Both times I have ordered lunch plates and remembered to take a picture this time. I have enjoyed the Bison burger both times I've been - my colleague particularly enjoyed the fish sandwich and sweet potato fries. I'm glad this is nearby and looking forward to trying the other location. SYOY! read more

I recently moved nearby and thought my family would give Cazzy's a try and we loved it! We have gotten our food to go every time we have ordered, so I can't speak to a dine in experience. However, pickup is super easy and staff has always been kind. We've enjoyed an array of dishes and all have been great. Portions are good for the price and so is the quality! My favorite meal is the chicken sandwich and my husband's is the poke bowl. We look forward to supporting them over the years! read more

We've tried this place a handful of times and, this last time, we remembered why we never think to go here. Recently, we sat at the bar to have a drink. It was early Friday night and it was busy. Bartender had an abrupt, saccharine manner: polite enough taking our drink order, turned up the colloquial "charm" to invite us to order food, and then visibly annoyed when we declined ...it's a bar, right? Furthermore, the cocktail was not served cold enough because she shook it over ice for all of 2 seconds. Truly, disappointing atmosphere. Every bartender had the same exasperated mannersims, too. I would consider it an off night-- like the entire staff got bad news from a manager-- but the service has been that exact way every time we have dined there: impatient and phony; we *might* laugh it off in the name of great food or drinks but there is none of that here either. Never again. read more

Overall, very nice establishments. very appreciative of the the young lady working in the front desk who was able to get us a inside table even though we didn't have reservations. Atmosphere was wonderful very modern. Food was good ordered the chicken piccata and bison burger. The fried mushrooms were very good as well. Overall worth a trip. read more

We met here to celebrate a friend's birthday. Our friends have ADA mobility issues which were graciously accommodated without a fuss. Way to go! Our server, Devin, was knowledgeable and over-the-top in service. He never made us feel hurried and checked in on us throughout the meal to ensure our needs were met. Between the four of us, three had the chicken piccata which by their accounts was delicious beyond words. I ordered a cup of seafood gumbo for starters. I wasn't a real fan as the flavor profile was on the bland side. BUT the Fish and Chips, served with a side slaw salad were delicious. The cod was moist, delectable and fried with a scrumptious crunch batter, making this the best stateside fish and chips I have ever tasted. read more

Cazzy's is probably the best bar in Northshore, they have it all. The history, location, food, service and libations. I have been several times but felt most inclined to write them up for my most recent trip. My brother and myself had just finished up 18 and had a few o the course and after we went our separate ways, I stumbled into Cazzys for their draft list and a dessert for my wife for date night. It has the ambiance of a speak easy, nice quiet stretched out L shaped bar with a wrap around enclosed patio. Cazzy's is famous for Caz Walker who in the early days ran a grocery store chain and was responsible for discovering a young Dolly and bringing her first to a stage and eventually radio. Moving along, the bar was completely packed and so I just relaxed in front a tv to catch up on a few bowl games. They had the college and pro channels and really hit the spot for a sports aficionado as myself. I was taken by the chocolate ganache cake, but the vanilla panacotta was literally a coin flip on which one would be more delicioius. After much deliberation, Ross the bartender was tasked with his choice. Thus I trust the opinion of those who do this line of work every day and saddled up for the panacotta and out the door I went. The impression from someone who was fairly underdressed for a Friday night at Cazzy's was class all the way through. Kudos and make sure you check out their happy hour wine specials. They are some of the best in Knoxville. read more

Food was alright for brunch, felt middle of the road for the price. Southwest potatoes (sliced) were pretty good. We also had huevos ranchero was okay but overwhelming with the sauce and difficult to eat. Service was good and ambiance felt more upscale, especially for dinner. 5/10 for brunch. New to the area and was looking for something fresh and local before heading to the airport. Cazzy's did not disappoint. Service was excellent, wine by the glass list had many choices. We go to Cazzy's much more than any other place. Every time we go there, the food is great, service is fine and we feel like we've had a great meal for a decent price. I'm not saying it's the best restaurant around-- some others surpass it in elegance and creation--but it's so solid, and it's still a place you can get in without reservations (at the times we go.....not sure about key times like Friday nights). I've tried almost everything on the menu and while I have my own favorites (turmeric chicken being one), I have never been disappointed. I have not had the "heavy" meat dishes like bison burger or steak, simply because we are usually there after having exercised, so not in the mood to immediately get stuffed. Now I am thinking I really must go at some other time and try those dishes, because I can be assured they are great, also. If Cazzy's reads this-- I am looking forward to your new spot in Bearden, and I do hope you will add one DARK beer to your draft lineup. Otherwise-- keep up the VERY GOOD work! read more

The food was great. The jumbo wings appetizer was great. We got the dry rub with all 3 sauces as sides. We definitely think that's the best way to go about it, that way you don't commit to just one sauce. I got the Chimichurri pork tenderloin with corn succotash. My fiancé got the fish and chips. Both were a 10/10. The cooking was perfect for all of the food. We did not get a picture of the wings as they were so good we just ate them read more

I used to like this place. But the food's gone down in quality lately. I had their pork dish two weeks ago and instantly got very ill. No one else in my party got sick so I am assuming it was just my dish. And it tasted strange to begin with. I only had about a third of it. Tried a bite of another dish that was so heavily salted my son's Girlfriend couldn't even get halfway through it. A lot of white yuppies there drinking it up. I'm assuming they don't care much about food quality. read more

Chicken Perfecto--I mean Chicken Piccata--mouthwateringly tender and smothered in a garlicky lemon cream sauce with artichoke hearts, capers and roasted cherry tomatoes over Angel hair pasta. Paired with a chilled glass of Chardonnay, this chicken entree tickled my palate. My spouse ordered pork tenderloin with chimichurri sauce that came with a side of chunky herb-flavored red potato "salad." Succulent to the last bite with enough left over for another meal tomorrow. Excellent service by Alessandra. Temperate almost-fall weather Al fresco made for a delightful dining experience. read more

Great service, but the food was pretty lackluster. Went to Cazzy's with friends with no reservation. We got a table in about 20 minutes. We had a great waiter. For these reasons I started the meal hopeful for great food. We ordered the feta and crostini which arrived promptly and was great. Thinking this is going to be pretty good at this point. Then we ordered, and the entrees took forever to arrive. Being with friends we haven't seen in a while, we waited patiently, but it took far too long in my opinion to be served. I ordered the filet, which comes only with Brussels sprouts and a small salad. I added Mac and cheese as I was pretty hungry, and ordered the filet medium, which was probably a mistake. As I said it felt like an eternity before the food arrived. My steak was way over cooked when it finally arrived. It was probably well done, or at the least on the upper end of medium well. I would have sent it back but I knew by then that it would take forever to get a replacement. The Brussels were incredibly lackluster. The Mac and cheese was nearly flavorless. I was greatly disappointed with the main course given the great appetizer. Not to mention the restaurant started closing around us about 30 min before 9, with smoke from the candles being blown out wafting around and stinking up the place. The only thing keeping this from being a 2 star review was the service, which was great. But I wouldn't recommend Cazzy's. read more

This might be in my top 5 favs so far. First time here and I had the Green Goddess salad, which is by far the best salad I think I have ever had! The wings are great and the pork loin with chimichurri(?) sauce was incredible as well. Service was awesome and the ambiance was very relaxing and calm - great for eating. I can't wait to come back - if these are this good I can't imagine what other items taste like. I am going to dream about that Green Goddess salad. My goodness it was good. (Disclosure: must live Brussels sprouts!) Very very happy and highly recommend checking this place out. **sorry no pics - I was so excited for the salad I forgot everything going on around me.** read more

Let me begin by saying "Thank you Cazzy's". While cruising along Northshore Drive, I had a "hankering" for a salad. Decided to stop in and took a seat at the bar. The place was steady with customers streaming in/out, mid-day Saturday. Our Bartender (Becky ??) greeted us with a warm welcome, presented us with lunch menus and took our drink orders. As more guests arrived, she was able to keep up with everyone's orders, while engaging in delightful conversation (kept to a minimum) , all done with a brilliant smile, which is pretty rare! I must say, She made a pretty damn good Margarita on the rocks too! Go see her, she will hook you up and brighten your day. What a breathe of fresh air and ray of sunshine she is. The spotlight also shines on the kitchen staff. I ordered the Kale caesar salad with grilled chicken. The presentation was lovely, the taste was phenomenal and the portion was huge. Kudos to the "back of the house" they never get the accolades they deserve, especially when a simple meal is so amazing; which shows the staff took pride in the preparation. Again, THANK YOU Cazzy's !!!! read more

In the area visiting granddaughter. This place was a recommendation last time we were here, but it already closed that day. It's clean and nicely appointed. Hostess and server both friendly and professional. I ordered turmeric chicken. It was absolutely delicious. I love everything every time I eat here. From the service, to the food, Cazzy's is awesome

I've been to Cazzy's several times and have enjoyed it every time. I highly recommend it. The atmosphere is comfortable and has a great energy. The staff is friendly, attentive and professional. Jaylene is a rock star bartender. As a bonus, they squeeze the juices for their cocktails per order - can't be any freshest The food is great. If anything sounds good, just order it. I've had the fish tacos, shrimp and grits, fish and chips, and trout. Not at the same time - just working my way through the menu. My current favorite is the trout - I love the succotash as a side. The portions are good size - you won't leave hungry. So if you're in the West Knoxville area, you should give Cazzy's a try. Enjoy! read more

I wish I had pictures however, we all devoured our food. Everything was delicious. Our family had the feta dip yummy yummy ( make sure if your more than 2 get an extra side of bread.) we also had the Mediterranean bowl with blackened chicken, turmeric chicken, pork chop, buffalo chicken sandwich and the kids fish and chips. Everything was spot on and thank goodness for a place that isn't afraid of spices not spicy but spices! The kids fish and chips were not an after thought either it was so incredibly good. Since everything was perfect we couldn't say no to dessert and got the espresso panna cotta and the first to try a bite closed their eyes in delight.
