There was also a stubborn stench that permeated the apartment no matter how many candles I lit. I'll give them this, they made our transfer to another Cortland property smooth and seamless. And they have helpful staff. For potential renters, I recommend inquiring about pest control measures and ensuring this issue has been fully resolved before moving in.
