Hands down the best FFL Dealer in town.

Highs Vache, the owner, is a genuinely good guy and always happy to help. He and his team are patient, safety first, and detailed oriented with beginner to advanced firearms customers. Lows None. Takeaway Vache and team really helped me out during their busiest times during Covid and made sure I was good with all the services I needed. This is my go to FFL period, highly recommended! read more

I stopped going to FFLs in Burbank once I found out that RTBA LA existed. Vache actually cares about his customers, will not look down on you, is kind, not a prick like some other gun store workers and always wants to help his customers. That is rare, out of an FFL. Told my friends and my family about RTBA LA. Thank you. read more

I've used RTBA LA twice and I'm now a loyal customer. First I used Vache for a GunBroker transfer and then when the seller messed something up and the gun had to go back. Vache got me the gun new for about 30 bucks more out the door than I was gonna pay for it used. The second time, I wanted a S&W 637. I found one on sale for the holidays and ran it by RTBA LA. When he couldn't find a better price for me than the one I found he encouraged me to order the gun in, no guilt trips, and his transfer fee is the cheapest I've seen. Very nice guy. Low transfer fees. Good prices. I don't know what else you need - he's got my business. read more

Thank you for handling my shipment of ammunition for which I am grateful. Fast, efficient, friendly service. Thank you for being patriots and supporting the Second Amendment. I recommend RTBA LA without hesitation. read more

Another great experience at RTBA LA. Vache is great at ordering special items that most places don't carry. Just send him an email and he'll take care of you from there. Come here for a flawless experience, no lines, and one-on-one superb customer service. read more

Simply THE BEST! Vache is an absolute pleasure to do business with. He's an honest dude, and as a female, I can really appreciate that. He's honest and reasonable. read more

RTBA LA has been nothing but spectacular in their professionalism and desire for great service. Nothing but respect for their operation and operators. After a number of transactions, I'm looking forward to continue to use them for all my needs without hesitation. read more

I've had multiple purchases at this business and each time, the owner Vache has been genuinely helpful, professional, and respectful. Needed some help with some transfers & was well worth it. Very upfront and transparent on all procedures and costs. Very prompt to reply. Will do business again soon. Highly recommend!!! read more

I truly wish I had found this gem of a place way sooner. I have literally nothing but praise for these guys and how they run their business. The last time I had purchased firearms was about 5 years ago. I had my shotgun and handguns transferred to a pretty "famous" shop (for the wrong reasons) deep in the Valley, "Adam's Armory" in Stevenson Ranch. All six times I went, I was treated as if I was bothering them the moment I walked in and it was very clear that they were not excited to be handing over firearms to a minority . BEFORE YOU THINK TO YOURSELF "NOT THE RACE CARD", = 1. I'm not black or Hispanic. = 2. Three out of the three times I walked in, there was nobody in the store except an elderly Caucasian gentleman working, most likely the head honcho of the family business. Barely gave me eye contact- even with the sparse words that were spoken, no eye contact whatsoever. I brushed it off as he must be tired and kept the good energy up. Time to sign some forms? Hands me the form and walks back into the stockroom without saying a word. Tried to ask a couple of questions about the guns- gives me the most condescending smirk and says "That's something a gun owner should know". Paid the transfer fees on 3x separate occasions- no "thank you", nothing each time. Think I'm still just making up this up? Check their Yelp page- if that "small family owned business" is consistently rude to ALL customers, why wouldn't they act even worse to someone they probably assumed the worst about? ANYWAYS-- Again, I wish I had came here from the get go. I finally ordered my first rifle and was looking for a closer FFL location with fair rates. Chose RTBA LA without looking at their reviews and just told myself go with it in case this how all gun shop owners act towards customers. I owe you guys a sincere apology for assuming I would be treated like anything but a valued customer. Since I only have experience with handguns and shotguns, I had a LOT of questions about the AR I had getting transferred over. BOTH GUYS are by far the most courteous, knowledgeable, and non condescending people I have met in a retail setting. I can immediately tell when someone is trying their hardest to come off as genuine and kind people when they are anything but. *THESE GUYS ARE THE PEOPLE YOU WOULD WANT TO GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO, BECAUSE THEY TRULY CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER*. At NO TIME did I EVER sense even the tiniest bit of frustration, even when I goofed and didn't empty the chamber correctly TWICE while demonstrating. Just calmly, politely tells me to run it again. Like I said, I have NOTHING but good things to say about this place and the two dudes who run this place. These days they only do appointments and I've been getting off work at 5:30 which takes me ~25-30 minutes to get to RTBA; they've stayed open late for me and they also remember my name. This is another sign of an establishment with owners that are in sync with the world. They don't think of themselves as better because they know more; they are eager to SHARE that knowledge to further lift their fellow man. I have NOTHING but respect for them and I have already referred all of my 2nd Amendment exercising friends to only go here. I would highly advise you to do the same, you will not regret it. https://www.rtbala.com read more

I came here to pick up ammo I had purchased online. Vache was extremely helpful. My initial visit I was unable to pick up because my address was not updated from where my firearm was initially registered. Vache took the time to walk me through the process of submitting an update to my personal information on cfars website and I was subsequently able to pick it up the following visit. Great and friendly customer service. read more

I just got a Mossberg 590 from here for a great price. The shop is clean and in a great location. The staff is super knowledgeable about guns and California firearm laws. He helped me pick the right gun for my needs, and didn't try to oversell me on something really expensive. He was a pleasure to work with. I've already recommended the place to a bunch of friends and family, and a few have gone in and had similar experiences. Happy that I found this gem, and will be going back soon. read more

I always see RTBA LA recommended by others, so I figured I would give them a try for an online order. Even knowing these guys were good I was blown away, working with these guys was fantastic and I can't imagine another FFL helping me out the way they did. The staff/owner was great and their prices are very competitive. read more

I was looking to conduct a private party ammo sale and I'd heard a lot of good things about RTBA, so I reached out to see if they offer this service. They were able to take us in at the requested day and time. Let me tell you, I have been to at least 4 other shops in the Burbank area alone and the level of customer service provided by Vache was second to none. He does not speak to you with attitude, nor does he display the kind of superiority complex dealers of other shops too. After the buyer had left, he took the time to answer some other questions I had. Needless to say, I have found my new dealer in Burbank. read more

Great establishment! Clean, well organized. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family. I look forward to doing business with them soon. read more

Really great, helpful guys. Helped me with my first ffl transfer with super fair prices. It's about an hour drive from my place, but totally worth it. read more

Vache the business owner is very professional. Prompt responses and the best rates for transfers. What more do you need?

I purchased my first handgun online and had it shipped to this establishment. The staff was very friendly and was able to answer all my questions. They made the transfer process very simple. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know and will be using them for future gun purchases. read more

The service here is amazing. Vache and Patrick are genuinely great guys and are very efficient and professional as well as great to talk to. The communication is swift and helpful. I look forward to visiting them again very soon! read more

Awesome place and super friendly just like others mentioned here on Yelp! I ordered ammo online and I picked it up from RTBA. The ordering process was painless, as they sent the website their FFL info. When I came in today to pick them up, I was in and out in 15 minutes! Highly recommended! read more

The Owner/Operator Vache is very professional and accommodating. I was supposed to pick up a purchase before the store closed and got stuck in LA traffic. I called to let him know I was running late and he was kind enough to keep his store open just for me. I know if it was any of those "other chain gun stores" I would've just suffered hours of freeway therapy with no reward. Thanks again! read more

RTBA LA - For hunting today's super animals like the flying squirrel and the electric eel. - Guns & Ammo Near Me - Burbank, California

I've been there twice to pick up Ammo that I ordered online, and both times it's been an easy and pleasant experience. They also helped me fix a jam in my rifle. This is my go-to FFL. read more

I've dealt with four different shops in Burbank in the past 12 months for FFLs. Since trying RTBALA I haven't been back to any of the others -- there's no need. Vache is responsive, fair and a class act all the way around. My highest recommendation! read more

I've used RTBA LA for FFL transfers of a Sig handgun, a Benelli shotgun and ammo. All three times they were amazing, fast, friendly and no-BS (unlike some of the other gun shops in Burbank and LA in general). In and out quickly and efficiently... These guys are the real deal. A++++ read more

Small shop but always courteous, professional, and observant of covid guidelines/safety. They are my go-to FFL for online orders. I am not in the stereotypical demographic of "gun person", so I don't feel 100% comfortable in most gun shops. But Vache at RTBA LA has always been friendly and welcoming. Not much more can be said than what has already been said in all of these 5 star reviews, but I like RTBA LA so much that I'll throw in 5 more stars. There are shops closer to where I live a few cities over, but I prefer RTBA LA. read more

I recently bought my first firearm on an onlince auction and I needed a FFL to have it transfer to. I never purchased guns online so I didnt know the process to well. But the guys at RTBA LA took care of it. The guys here are really knowledgeable and nice guys too. For any future purchase that requires an FFL this is my spot. And I also recommend anyone that's new to stick with these guys. read more

I would give 6 starts if there was an option. I was looking for a very specific gun that's pretty much sold out everywhere. Some stores ignored my inquiries, some jacked the price double or so... it was very hard to locate specific gun I wanted. Then I got in contact with Vache, he said he might get it soon and I stayed in touch to check on status. Within couple weeks he had it, he didn't give it away to someone else, he didn't overcharge. Great communication, easy appointment system and customers are treated with all needed attention. Would recommend to anyone ! read more

I felt compelled to write this review because of the awesome experience I just had at this store. Quick and easy transaction, competitive prices and great customer service. I always use the local stores in Glendale but it's worth a quick drive to Burbank to do business here. They'll save you money in the long run. This place rocks, totally recommended. read more

Best service and Great people. This is the only Gun store I go to! Highly recommend them. They are very responsive to my emails, always open for questions and help. 5 stars all day read more

Came across RTBA (Right To Bear Arms) LA while I was browsing for someplace to make my first gun purchase - I've been to many of the other shops in the area but it's usually overwhelming with selection and crowd and has always left me feeling like another transaction. I was quickly greeted upon entering the store, followed with an inquiry on what I was looking for. Not knowing exactly what my preferences were, Vache took the time to discuss my options and test my grip on a variety of hand guns to get a feel of the weight and guns. After narrowing down my selections, Vache explained the pros and cons of each gun, functionality and made me find comfort in asking questions as I searched for my choice. I left feeling confident in my choice, not only in my fire arm but in my choice to visit RTBA, LA - you will too, trust me. read more

Hands down the best experience. Clear and thorough communication with the owner Vache through the entire process. The guy knows what he's talking about and answered all my questions. From experience, the service at RTBA LA is better than any other place around. Plus, his knowledge about his products is always consistent. Great new addition to Burbank and such a convenient location near the freeway. My families go-to place for firearms and ammo. Highly recommend! read more

Honestly a great experience through and through. Friendly people, nice shop and great prices! Wouldn't spend my money elsewhere but here. Lowest transfer prices that I've seen. Even if the prices were higher, I would still choose this as my go-to. read more

Just picked up my AR-15 Riffle from Vache! Very satisfied with the easy online to in person transfer! Check them out if you are in the area!

I'm only coming to RTBA LA from now on for everything. The owner, Vache is so friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questions you may have. The current appointment only system works out great because he is able to give you attention and help you with all of your needs. I came here for a PPT transfer, and everything went smoothly. I ended up purchasing a scope and other accessories as well. Can't wait to come back here for more of my firearm needs. I would definitely recommend this shop, best gun store in the valley! read more

First Off, Let me just say. I've been to many shops. Chain gun stores, private shops, and everything in between. I needed some custom order ammo and decided to give RTBA LA a shot. Covid 19 hit and had to make an appointment. At first glance the shop is very incognito. Inside is pretty nice, very clean and well lit. Vache, greeted me right away. Very humble, knowledgeable and very very patient. He helped me with the ammo background check and pickup. Quick and painless. I've since gone to the shop numerous times. Vache really is a great person running a great shop. Willing to work with you weather you are buying your first Firearm or just stopping in to grab some accessories. Rest assured that you'll get great customer service and feel right at home with this shop. Thanks Again RTBA LA. read more

I message the owner about doing a PPT through this Yelp app and he responded in a timely and respectful manner. Every question I asked, he answered them. When I went to the store, I met the owner Vache and he was a cool dude. Answered any questions I had regarding the gun I was getting and let me play around with it in the store to get use to it. Highly recommend this spot read more

My fiancé and I went to buy our first firearm and we were blown away by the amount of professionalism and knowledge from Vache. He helped us out A-Z and was always there to answer all our questions. He made our purchase effortless and we left each visit feeling more confident in our choice. Thank you RTBA LA!!! read more

If you are interested in buying a gun this is the place to go. Extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable. Since I don't know much about guns, and being a woman, I felt very intimidated going to a gun shop but RTBA made the entire process very comfortable, helped me find a gun that would best suit me, and was very thorough when answering all of my questions. I would highly recommend going to RTBA! read more
