They properly power washed the surface before applying the paint, and the difference is incredible. I can genuinely feel about a 15-degree reduction in heat, just as promised. Our sunroom is now significantly cooler--even to the touch on the underside of the metal roof. We were so impressed that we had them extend the coating to our outdoor patio roof as well, which has also made a noticeable difference in temperature. I really appreciated that Zack was willing to accommodate my request to use a specialized UV reflective coating (commonly used on RVs), instead of pushing standard industrial paint like others had suggested. I'm so glad I stuck with this product--it truly works! I was so happy with their work that I ended up using them again for my business--this time for the undercarriage of the corrugated roof and walls in my sunroom spa. Jim came to our home and was very respectful, we carefully went over the strategy necessary for doing the job right. Jim doesn't do half assed work and he doesn't skimp. Jim also isn't afraid of a big project. He let us know right away the process from replacing all the trim and damaged siding , to sanding everything down , priming , and finally paint and trim. Jim's price was reasonable and worked with our budget. During the job, Jim and crew with polite, non intrusive , and sufficiently cleaned up each day. Jim and crew went above and beyond, even taking care of some work that could of easily amounted to a higher price and change order. There was lots of peeling paint that needed to be scraped off, and many areas that needed lots of extra priming and patching, as well as a board that needed to be replaced. The attention to detail, steady and detailed workmanship, tidiness and professionalism of the crew blew me away. They were friendly, polite and professional when spoken to but otherwise kept to the painting. The two men were at my house for 2 weeks, but were so quiet and respectful of my privacy and space while I worked at home, I almost forgot they were here. They didn't leave a trace when they were finished ... not a speck of paint or trash anywhere, and were careful not to trample the plants around the house! I'm not used to being this impressed. Truly an awesome experience. Manuel, the owner, was great to work with, provided an affordable and fair price, especially for true custom painting. There were no additional charges for small repairs and he provided a port-a-potty for his men at no charge to me. He also helped me with colors, which turned out exactly like I wanted, and stopped by several times throughout the project to see if I had any questions. Not only did they do a wonderful job painting, they also repaired a large amount stucco/etc. issues beforehand, which I feel makes them different from other painting companies I looked at. They were very open to redoing things that I didn't feel were done quite right and came back several times to do touch-ups, which was greatly appreciated. They didn't make me feel like I was bothering them, it seems like a normal part of how they operate. We really enjoyed working with our foreman Ernesto, who was extremely responsive to our questions and concerns and made sure we were 100% happy with the work.
