We recently had our kitchen cabinets painted, and we're very happy with the results. Gen-Pro Painting did an excellent job covering the old orange color with a clean, bright white. It completely transformed the space. The finish is very smooth, with no drips or uneven areas, which really shows their attention to detail. The team was professional, careful, and took the time to do the job right. Overall, a great experience!! read more

John came out and gave us a very resonable estimate. We had the whole exterior of our house painted. Thanks to Orlando, Erick & Mike for the phenomenal job they did. We love the results. read more

The crew was exceptional and very professional. Finished the job ahead of schedule. Highly recommended

We had a great experience with Gen Pro Painting for our full exterior home painting project. The estimate and sales process with John was smooth, clear, and never pushy. He listened to our ideas and made helpful suggestions, and the team ultimately delivered. Noah and Mikey, who worked onsite, were friendly and took their time without ever dragging out the project--they started on the date they committed to and finished right on schedule. They dealt with some of the summer's hottest temperatures and the rare summer rains. The quality of the work shows and the whole process felt easy and stress-free. I'd gladly recommend Gen Pro Painting to anyone looking for reliable, professional painters. read more

John and his crew are amazing and I'd highly recommend them to any of my neighbors. When they painted the house next door, they were very mindful of the car in my driveway, so when I had a painting project of my own, I knew they were the company to call. I'm so glad I did! They were professional, kept my house clean during the project, were mindful of my dogs, and were flexible with my schedule. 10/10 would use them again. read more

We had some water damage from two roof leaks, and decided to paint our whole place while we were at it. We have a large loft (20') and had many "issues" from dented bullnose to some crappy work when the place was originally built (seams showing, nails popping out, all that fun stuff). Even more fun was we had a full house of stuff to work around. We put this off for many years because we knew how difficult it would be. Matt was great about quoting everything- working around furniture, removing and replacing lots of artwork, all of the prep, and being super clear about what was and wasn't included. He was also great about recommendations for sheen and paint types for different areas. Once we were scheduled, he was also great about working around a never ending series of schedule changes as we uncovered more leaks and had to coordinate roof repairs. When the project finally started, we had packed up about 1/2 of our stuff and the crews were able to work with and around what we had left. They did a fantastic job masking and protecting things - and we were able to "live" through the project. Matt has a team of craftsmen that specialize in drywall/plaster work, light carpentry, and painting. We did a LOT of drywall work with the ceiling repairs, plus correcting for some past errors. I joked with the guys that each of them were slightly OCD / perfectionists about different things - which really worked out well for us, as the attention to detail really showed through to the final product. On top of being meticulous, the people Matt hires are genuinely GOOD folks that we enjoyed having in our home for so long! Given all of the leaks and problems that were uncovered during the project, Matt and the crews were always fair about change orders, and we ended up right at the high end of my expectation (+20% over initial budget). I feel really good about the entire experience. This was a massive job that ended up taking about a month start-to-finish, and we couldn't be happier with the results. I've already recommended Matt to our neighbors without hesitation. read more

John and his team were referred to us by our contractor for interior paint work as part of a kitchen remodel, however we took the project a step further and enlisted Gen-Pro for a complete makeover including bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways and French doors. Upon our initial meeting we felt John understood our objective and immediately worked towards solutions as, like many families under construction, we were tasked with moving our contents around in order to facilitate the work. Additionally he discussed the differences in paint types and made recommendations that were spot on. Throughout the process John shared ideas with us that made sense. His crew Mike and Noah were great to work with, always acted in a professional manner and cleaned up as if they were never here. My wife and I are elated with the quality of work we received and feel confident in referring Gen-Pro to anyone in need of professional results at competitive prices. read more

Matt and his crew were able to quickly help me out! I was struggling to get quotes because the job was so small. The HOA gave me a warning about the window middle pane being a different color. Matt was very responsive and was able to send someone out the next day. He and his crew were great to work with, and they also did the job without me being there. This is a rental property and I didn't have time to see it in person, but they got the job done and were mindful with the tenants. I'll be using his services in the future for any painting jobs needed. read more

Gen-Pro painting did a phenomenal job of painting the exterior of our home. We are so happy with how it looks and continually receive compliments. Matt is responsive, friendly and reliable. His quote was very reasonable as well. A special shout out goes to Perry, our on-site supervisor, who did most of the work by himself, with a couple days help from Chris, who is also a hard worker and very reliable. Perry is the nicest, most honest, and reliable person you could meet. He was here early and worked all day with the best attitude. He even let me know the paint store had messed up and given him the wrong paint color-after he'd painted 3/4 of the house! It was a slight difference, but once he showed me, it was obviously off and noticeable. He got the corrected paint color, and ended up re-painting the entire house to be sure everything was correct and blended. So above and beyond! Both he and Chris were super respectful and cleaned up every day before leaving and at the end of the job, which is so appreciated. I can't recommend Gen-Pro Painting enough and won't hesitate to hire them again when we're ready to paint inside! read more

I am so thankful to have come across Gen Pro Painting and it's owner Matt Soares! Matt answered my call and was able to give me a free quote very quickly! He came in very competitively priced and offered many more services than other companies. I was highly impressed with his team and his oversight of my project! Matt and his team completed the job very quickly. They were extremely cautious of my belongings and focused on my satisfaction rather than just "blowing through the job". It was a stress free experience and I would highly recommend them to my family, friends, or anyone looking for quality work! Thanks again Gen Pro Painting! read more

We had the exterior of our home painted by Gen Pro. Matt (owner) is super nice and very professional, as were the two painters (Josh and Eduardo) he had on our job. Matt came out to give us an estimate in a very timely manner and gave us a price quote on the spot. He was the least expensive estimate I got and they did a fantastic job. Good attention to detail, painters were friendly and courteous, Matt is very attentive/responsive to calls and emails...I will not hesitate to call them again! read more

Gen Pro Painting was a great experience from the start! First meeting with their owner Matt, for a fair, detailed estimate. Next, they stuck to their schedule, communicated well, and I could not have been more with the painting (prep, atten. to detail, and cleanliness). BTW, I was a Commercial Construction PM for 30+ years and Don & Travis exceeded my expectations! Mike S read more

Our doorway entry was faded and chipped from many years of direct sunlight. I received three quotes from local painters for this relatively small job. Gen Pro Painting gave us competitive pricing. I spoke with Matt who arranged one of his painters for the job. He was very courteous and professional on the phone. The job was completed in one day and I'm very happy with their work. Thank you! read more

Super impressed with Matt and his crew. We had to unexpectedly move out at the end of a remodel to refinish our floors and decided at the last minute that we needed the walls/ ceilings/ baseboards painted in the rooms that had not been remodeled. Matt was super responsive and fit us in on a tight schedule with a very reasonable quote. They showed up, did the job, and Matt came to inspect the next day. He immediately noticed a few small issues without us even having to point them out and we were waiting on an opening in the schedule. The painter was in the area a few days later and took the initiative to stop by and see if I was home and touched up the areas. It was a very long and very tedious remodel and we dealt with a lot of subpar workmanship. Matt and his crew were an awesome bright spot at the very end. I'm super happy we hired them and would highly recommend them. Professional, courteous, high attention to detail, responsive and they did a great job that exceeded our expectations. read more

We needed to have a huge built-in bookcase (stained wood) painted white. Matt's bid was competitive and on the calendar within a couple weeks. His worker Bobby was awesome - VERY thorough prep (in a room with brand new carpet and other expensive features there were zero problems with overspray, dust, splatters, whatever). And it came out soooo great! Definitely recommend - great with communication, timeliness, and execution. Thanks guys! read more

Very happy with my project! On-time, on-budget, would not hesitate to use this company again!

I used Gen Pro for repair work to the exterior of my house before they also did complete exterior painting. Both services were reasonable priced and the quality was excellent. The gentlemen who did the work, Shawn and Perry, both were skilled, polite and completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up everything before they left. I also had interior painting done which was great also. Matt came to my home and did a detailed estimate and kept me informed of scheduling through the job. Would recommend Gen Pro. read more

If I could give Gen Pro 10 stars, I would. I initially contacted them in December to get painting quotes for our 100+ year old fixer upper. They were flexible and accommodating as our timeline shifted multiple times. When it came time to do the work, Matt came out again to ensure that we were all on the same page. Don and his team were professional and communicative throughout the week-long process. I couldn't be happier with the overall experience and the outcome! read more
