I recently had the pleasure of working with ZPro Painting, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Zack and his team did an excellent job applying a UV reflective coating to our riveted metal patio and sunroom roof--definitely not an easy project. They properly power washed the surface before applying the paint, and the difference is incredible. I can genuinely feel about a 15-degree reduction in heat, just as promised. Our sunroom is now significantly cooler--even to the touch on the underside of the metal roof. We were so impressed that we had them extend the coating to our outdoor patio roof as well, which has also made a noticeable difference in temperature. I really appreciated that Zack was willing to accommodate my request to use a specialized UV reflective coating (commonly used on RVs), instead of pushing standard industrial paint like others had suggested. I'm so glad I stuck with this product--it truly works! I was so happy with their work that I ended up using them again for my business--this time for the undercarriage of the corrugated roof and walls in my sunroom spa. We decided to have both of our front yard retaining walls patched, repaired and painted, prior to our front lawn being replaced on Monday Sep 29th. Zach came out for a quote within a few days of my request on Yelp. He was professional and realistic with the project. I got a quote for redoing a 1400~ sq ft, single story home, the back patio cover, and the shed. The quote was mid-range but average of what other companies were quoting me. I went with Z Pro because they were the most open about their process and provided lots of advice even if we weren't going to go with them. Zach was very generous with his time and knowledge. I want to work with someone like that. They patched some severely damaged flakey stucco and also redid some poorly done patching. Zach was there to kick-off the project and his team did the rest. My husband and I decided it was time to paint our home. We are the original owners and the last time it saw paint was at its birth in 2004. We requested quotes from several Painting companies on Yelp and Facebook Marketplace. During the quote process, Zach visited the property and walked the job with my husband to understand the full details of the job. Zach was professional, friendly and very assuring that he and his team could handle the job. Which consisted of a two story home, fencing that surrounded the yard and pergola. We chose Z Pro Painting and so glad we did!! Zach's team did an amazing job! Zach listened to what we wanted; colors and paint products types. Zach discuss all paint finishes with us prior to purchasing the paint. If he felt a difference application (paint vs. stain) was better than the other he recommended it. Once we finalized the job and set the date to start, it took 1-1/2 weeks +\- due to the weather. Zach was responsive to phone calls and text messages, communicated with us and kept us updated on any schedule changes and the status of our project. Zach's team was on time each morning, friendly, professional, respectful of our property by cleaning up at the end of their shift. If we were home they let us know they were leaving for the day and what time they would arrive the next day and the plan for that day. We did have a few MINOR discrepancies, there were areas in which the painters applied the incorrect color of paint. Due to our HOA it had to be corrected. When it was brought to Zach's attention and/or his team they addressed it immediately without hesitation.
