I recently had the pleasure of working with ZPro Painting, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Zack and his team did an excellent job applying a UV reflective coating to our riveted metal patio and sunroom roof--definitely not an easy project. They properly power washed the surface before applying the paint, and the difference is incredible. I can genuinely feel about a 15-degree reduction in heat, just as promised. Our sunroom is now significantly cooler--even to the touch on the underside of the metal roof. We were so impressed that we had them extend the coating to our outdoor patio roof as well, which has also made a noticeable difference in temperature. I really appreciated that Zack was willing to accommodate my request to use a specialized UV reflective coating (commonly used on RVs), instead of pushing standard industrial paint like others had suggested. I'm so glad I stuck with this product--it truly works! I was so happy with their work that I ended up using them again for my business--this time for the undercarriage of the corrugated roof and walls in my sunroom spa. They painted it mint, and it looks amazing--such a clean, fresh look! His pricing was fair and affordable, and the quality of work speaks for itself. My husband even said, "Why didn't we do this sooner?"--he's just as happy with the outcome as I am. I highly recommend ZPro Painting if you're looking for quality work, honest service, and real results--especially for metal roofing projects! read more

Zach of ZPro Painting is a fair and honest businessman who provided a great price and followed through with awesome service. After receiving 3 quotes, ZPro's bid won my business. His crew arrived on time as promised and painted walls, ceilings, trim and molding. The color was excellent and completely altered the spaces treated. There were a few small details that needed attention after the work was completed. Zach and one of his painters returned the very next day and made it all right! Very pleased with the end result and will continue to use ZPro for further projects in my home. read more

Zach came out and provided a competitive quote. I ended up going with a crew that was already in house working on the plaster finish. While I didn't select him this time, he is a repeat vendor for my neighbor. He seems very pleasant to work with, no awkward conversations because I selected someone else. I look forward to selecting Zach and team for my painting needs in the future. read more

Zach not only came out and learned exactly what we wanted (including a somewhat unusual colored accent wall), he also rescued us with an amazing recommendation for someone to remove our popcorn ceiling when our original contractor ghosted us at the last minute. The work was done fast and perfectly, and they made the experience as clean and non-disruptive as possible, important given that we are a couple who both work from home. Pricing competitive vs. others we talked to. Would definitely recommend! read more

Zach was very quick to respond giving me a free estimate and was also very responsive with all my follow up questions. Chris and JR did an awesome job and were a pleasure to work with. They even cautiously worked around a dove that was nesting on our rain gutter and still got the area painted well without harming the dove or her newborn chick (or whatever you call newborn doves). The guys did great work for a great price. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely be calling Z Pro again on my future projects. Thanks Zach, Chris and JR!! read more

Recently had the exterior of my home painted by Z Pro. It was a competitive estimate but I felt more comfortable & confident with Zack. He spent time with me, answering all my questions and provided me with two separate estimates if I didn't want to include some additional work I needed in one area of my home. Paint samples were delivered to my home and it helped me in my final decision more than paint chips from the local store. Even though I had to reschedule it was not a problem, Zack took it in stride and waited until I was ready. The team worked together well and were very friendly. My house looks amazing and many of my neighbors have commented on how they like it. Would not hesitate to work with them again! read more

Amazing job on the exterior painting of our home. Very happy and satisfied customer with the new look of our home. At the very start, Zach was made time to explain the whole project. He did a great job connecting with a customer. And, it's the reason why we chose Z Pro Painting. He remained responsive to our questions throughout the whole project. Frank and Jessie did a phenomenal job in painting the house. They were very efficient which made them finish the project in 4 days. Really happy with how fast they painted the house. The cost of the project was very reasonable and was well worth it. Will recommend Z Pro Painting to anyone who wants to get their house painted. Thank you Z Pro Painting. read more

Last week, I had my exterior house painted by JR and Chris with Z Pro Painting. They did excellent work in preparing the surfaces by pressure washing, making minor repairs, and painting the stucco and trim work. I was impressed with their work and professionalism. Each day, JR provided me with updates on their progress. The work they performed was clean, with no overspray or spills on unintended surfaces. My house looks like a new home! Thank you, Zack (Company Owner) for you and your great Team, and for the fair and reasonable price for this paint job! read more

We decided to have both of our front yard retaining walls patched, repaired and painted, prior to our front lawn being replaced on Monday Sep 29th. Zach came out, gave a quick estimate, explained his process and what to expect. Price was fair, so we accepted on the spot. His guy Gabriel (just ONE guy) showed up on time, and the job went from 0800 to about 1700. Very excellent service, we are completely satisfied. No spillages, no splatter on either neighbor's yards, just an overall outstanding job. We had a couple of our friends on the block asking for their contact info for their retaining walls, and we do plan on getting Z Pro for our backyard painting as well. read more

I had a great experience working with Zach and his team. I especially appreciated Zach's honest, straight-forward communication, and his responsiveness to our needs. Many Thanks to Zach and his ZPro team for doing an A++++ painting job on our condo. They are very detail-oriented and thorough. When they finished it was exactly what we wanted! The work was pristine and beautiful! In addition, we decided to have three more doors painted a few weeks later. Zach and his team came out on short notice on a rainy Saturday and painted the doors at a very low price! They were very accommodating, personable, and excellent communicators. Zach came out for a quote within a few days of my request on Yelp. He was professional and realistic with the project. I got a quote for redoing a 1400~ sq ft, single story home, the back patio cover, and the shed. The quote was mid-range but average of what other companies were quoting me. I went with Z Pro because they were the most open about their process and provided lots of advice even if we weren't going to go with them. Zach was very generous with his time and knowledge. I want to work with someone like that. They patched some severely damaged flakey stucco and also redid some poorly done patching. Zach was there to kick-off the project and his team did the rest. They were very communicative during the process and wanted made sure to confirm the colors with us multiple times. Overall the process took less than a week during the SD heatwave (sorry!). I have a beautiful house! And new paint does really fix up the place. read more

We found ZPro through Yelp and are so happy with their work on the exterior of our home. Zach's team, shout out to JR and Guillermo, were punctual every day at 7am, and they were extremely friendly and professional. The whole project was completed in 5 days overall (day1 - power wash, days2-5 - exterior paint). Something to keep in mind is that our project was completed by a 2 man team. Overall, ZPro provided fair pricing for quality work. We would definitely count on them for future projects, as well as recommend them to our family and friends. Thank you, ZPro team!! read more

I hired Z Pro Painting for my full interior paint project. The owner, Zach, quickly responded to my request for an estimate. He showed up on time, despite the terrible weather that day. He was very thorough during the walkthrough and asked several questions that other contractors skipped altogether. He took detailed notes about all my preferences. He responded with a bid within a day of taking measurements at my home. His bid beat the competition significantly, and I liked that Z Pro Painting is a smaller independent company. My project was completed on time as promised. Zach made sure every line looks amazing and my whole home feels brand new. Thanks Z Pro! read more

We are very pleased with the results of the house painting by Z Pro Painting. This was a complete exterior (stucco/trim/doors/windows) paint job along with some interior work. The communication with Zach was first rate. We got four bids for the project and Zach was the only one to follow-up to see if there were any questions. The three workers worked very well together to complete the job. They left the property in very good condition when the work was completed. The price was competitive. We recommend them. read more

Z Pro Painting went above and beyond to tend to our needs. Zach, the owner, was extremely responsive. He always got back to me right away and answered texts even during "off-hours". In the end, with his help, we were able to make decisions that were right for us. Z Pro Painting met all of their commitments. My husband and I decided it was time to paint our home. We are the original owners and the last time it saw paint was at its birth in 2004. We requested quotes from several Painting companies on Yelp and Facebook Marketplace. During the quote process, Zach visited the property and walked the job with my husband to understand the full details of the job. Zach was professional, friendly and very assuring that he and his team could handle the job. Which consisted of a two story home, fencing that surrounded the yard and pergola. We chose Z Pro Painting and so glad we did!! Zach's team did an amazing job! Zach listened to what we wanted; colors and paint products types. Zach discuss all paint finishes with us prior to purchasing the paint. If he felt a difference application (paint vs. stain) was better than the other he recommended it. Once we finalized the job and set the date to start, it took 1-1/2 weeks +\- due to the weather. Zach was responsive to phone calls and text messages, communicated with us and kept us updated on any schedule changes and the status of our project. Zach's team was on time each morning, friendly, professional, respectful of our property by cleaning up at the end of their shift. If we were home they let us know they were leaving for the day and what time they would arrive the next day and the plan for that day. We did have a few MINOR discrepancies, there were areas in which the painters applied the incorrect color of paint. Due to our HOA it had to be corrected. When it was brought to Zach's attention and/or his team they addressed it immediately without hesitation. When the job was done Zach walk the project with my husband to insure the job was to our expectations. Zach had his team on site the next business day to complete touch ups needed as a results of the walk through. Our home looks amazing!!! If you are looking for a quality job with a professional, friendly and clean crew this is the company for you. read more
