They asked to use my personal bathroom a few times which i found odd as i have hired several contractors who worked longer hour jobs who never asked to use my bathroom before. I also found them using my kitchen sink to watch their rags, which really peeved me because they did not ask for my permission first. They left my place a mess, left several supplies in my garage without letting me know in advance that someone would not pick it up till the following day. They left for the day without letting me know they were finished, which was an inconvenience as i wasn't sure if i should stick around or wait for them to come back. I only found out later through email that the job was done. Will not be hiring again

Their pricing is very competitive, but what stood out even more was how much they genuinely cared about our satisfaction. When we realized we had overlooked part of the original scope of work, Giovanni graciously adjusted their schedule and materials to accommodate our request.
