Finding a responsive, reliable electrician has been a challenge. I was fortunate to find RRE. They've met and exceeded my expectations. Ron & Travis came out early to my service appointment so I didn't miss a meeting. And they answered all my questions patiently. The interaction as a whole was friendly and genuine. Pricing was fair and accurate based on work provided. Ron also provided recommendations on how best to approach some future electrical work I'm interested in adding. Needless to say, I'll return to RRE in the future. read more

RRE - Electricians Near Me - Roseville, California

2nd time we've had Ron and Juan out to our home. They did a great job, even were able to come early. We had a few light switch issues (due to me replacing them) and a complicated light install. They got it all taken care of for us and we're super happy. I will keep using Roseville Rocklin electric for upcoming project. Thanks again guys! read more

I called RRE on a Monday needing someone to come out as soon as possible to look at and fix an electrical issue we had pop up in the kitchen, leaving us no power to the fridge or stove/oven. The soonest available appointment was Wednesday afternoon, so after checking a few other places, I called back as this was the soonest one I could find. I wasn't at the home when the technician, Ron, came out, but my boyfriend (the owner of the home) was. He had great things to say - Ron was quick, efficient and the problem was fixed pretty quickly! Overall, the price was fair and we were on our merry way. Only reason for 4 stars is that they only accept cash, or, you can pay by CC over the phone, but they charge a fee. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time by the scheduler/dispatcher. We happened to have cash, so it was fine, but I'd suggest letting the customers know this when booking the appointment so they are prepared, as a lot of companies do not charge extra fees for CC processing these days. I'd recommend RRE and will likely call them again with any issues that might come up. Thanks! read more

I was quoted a set price per installation for 4 bathroom fan/light combos by other electricians. Roseville Electric charged an hourly rate and did a great job for half the price! read more

They are great. I've used them twice and both times they were really friendly and professional. Plus they were surprisingly affordable.

Great experience, not only were they able to get out weeks and even months faster then other companies they did a very professional job installing our new Ring floodlight that needed complete wiring to side of the house. read more

They replaced my electric panel, they came on time, did great work and got us back up and running in no time. I'm very thankful for their help and will surely be a repeat customer! read more

The worst service I've ever had. All they do is come in and take their sweet time to do the job while taking a bunch of brakes and if you're not careful and note their time down.. they'll charge you for all of it including the lunch that they take and their excuse is that the truck has a gps so it calculates time from the second the employee gets there not by starting the job.. horrible company! Horrible business model!! Not accommodating at all. I would recommend go anywhere else but with them read more

I used these guys twice in 2020 with super service. Not so much this time. The electrician came totally unprepared to install a light.  I sent photos in my initial email and he should have had some idea of what was needed to install a new light fixture. I was told you can't order anything anymore and have to rely on local supply places. I understand Covid and supply issues but there are things that are pretty basic to a light install. He had no components on the truck to do the install, then said he had to do go Home Depot. Half hour later called and said ok, parts are this and labor is 2 hours so basically over $400 to install 1 pendant light over a kitchen sink. I said that was too much especially when I paid under $200 to have same type of lights installed a year ago. Then I received an invoice because I cancelled! I paid the invoice and then sent an email the next day explaining and requesting a refund-with no response since. I got the feeling while he was here that he didnt really want to do the job because of the attic access.   Last year he had a helper who went up in the attic and did the wiring. I used Roseville Electric twice last year and was very satisfied but this whole thing today was ridiculous and very unprofessional. read more

I was referred to Roseville Rocklin Electric by a neighbor who was pleased with the work these guys did for him. Installed new can lights in living room, and three ceiling fans in bedrooms. Very professional crew. They came on time and went right to work! They gave me the BEST PRICE of the three contractors I got quotes from. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone wanting quick results and quality work. read more

Got an estimate on Dec. 2nd, Ron came on time and he was nice, he said the office will call me back when plan for the permit is submitted to Roseville Building. After 2 weeks, no call, so I called Roseville building permit office to check and they said no permit submitted and that plan for permit should not take that long to make. Called Roseville Rocklin, Darla said they will work on it after Jan. 1st. I called Roseville building permit again on Jan. 10th, no permit submitted. Called Darla again and she said " oh I'm working on it right now." I wanted to call or email the owner but contact info is not provided on their website. It seems like all communications goes thru Darla. For me that is a another sign of a bad costumer support. Got so frustrated so I sent an email afterwards to cancel my project. Wasted $160 of consult fee and more than a month of my time. To think I was willing to pay almost $900 for a 240 volt outlet installation in my garage because I want them also to get permit for it. read more

I had a small job, but it could have been bigger. The technician was honest enough to tell me I didn't need a couple things. He could have easily made more money off me, and I wouldn't have been the wiser, because, what do I know about electricity? I highly recommend these folks! read more

Juan, the tech, replaced a fan in one of our bedrooms. He came on time, well protected, very professional, did a wonderful job, cleaned up and left. The price was very reasonable. read more

The gentleman that showed up did a great job at a reasonable price. Very happy!

Miguel and Danny installed an antique chandelier in my dining room. It was old and fragile and they were so respectful of the piece. They were on time, polite, professional, very tidy and thorough. They used tarps and vacuumed after the job. I really cannot say how pleased I am with the result. The only difficulty was getting a timely quote for the job. read more

It's too bad I couldn't hire Roseville Rocklin Electric to rewire my entire house since I refuse to pay a contractor $145 just to come out and quote the job. We had a Hi/Low voltage issue in our house, and after calling several electricians over the weekend without a response, i found Roseville Rocklin Electric on the internet. I explained my problem over the phone to Pat at approximately 2:30 pm. She stated John would call me back shortly. Within 30 minutes John called back, and after discussing our issue and letting him know that half of our house was without power, he asked for our address. He arrived roughly 25 minutes later, and started working on our electrical box. After checking all voltages, he then flipped all breakers on. After seeing we were experiencing 240 volts through the wall outlets, he immediately started looking for a "loose common" in the box. He located the arced and loose wire, reconnected it, and turned everything back on. He then cleaned all of our breakers and busses, and closed the box. John was not only quick and knowledgeable, but very professional and courteous. He fixed a problem in less than 30 minutes other electricians had no idea where to start. To top it off, he charged for only a service call, which was nearly half of what the others wanted just to come out! Roseville Rocklin Electric and John and Pat Shook will be recommended to all my friends and their number is in my phone for any future electrical issues! read more

Great company. They do quality work, have friendly and professional staff. Have hired them twice and will call them again for electrical work. read more

A circuit breaker blew after dark on Christmas Eve. It extinguished all of the exterior lights and decorations my wife had so lovingly planned and orchestrated. Thank God for John! He came out, replaced the blown circuit breaker and cleaned the buss. He brought life back to what in an instant had become a dreary exterior to our home. Otherwise, we would have waited until the day after Christmas for our decorations to illuminate again. Considering that it was an emergency call during the evening on Christmas Eve, the bill was extremely reasonable. I'm sure that John is a great electrician. He is also a wonderful human being. read more
