I watched the owner of this company throw a tantrum because he could not return damaged equipment. He started throwing the equipment into the warehouse, he then went as far as to continuously insult the woman that was trying to help him and he even shoved one of their employees for no reason. This should tell you alot about his character. 1. He accepted a job and was unable to complete the job 2. Left the job incomplete with damages to my drywall and attic 3. Won't take accountability 4. Does not honor their work. Do not use!!! Installed a unit in 2020. Had to get other contractors to fix the poor joint workmanship and leaks which ultimately cost me ~$2k additional. Guardian Compressor failed under warranty and Aria was of no help. Made me deal with the manufacturer who confirmed the unit is under warranty. Now I need to pay labor for another contractor to deal with the warranty work. Incompetent, unethical, beware! read more

Sold us a brand 'new' system in 2020 which I've now had to repair 3 times. Several technicians have come out and said that the system was not sized or set up properly. See pictures below. I've called them multiple times and they say they won't service my area (San Jose) which is only 2 hours from Sacramento. I had several companies out to try to fix my problematic furnace which has been hacked on over the years. The first few companies couldn't be bothered to try to figure out what was going on and gave me quotes to replace the furnace. Aria spent a bit of time and figured out the modified over the years wiring and figured out a fix. They got my furnace working again after over 2 months without me having it work! Had another company install an AC unit back in March and when it started leaking, they couldn't come out for weeks. I contacted Aria and Arad came the same day and fixed the link. He gave me great advice on what I could do to avoid the leak in the future, so when after the original AC company came out & fixed the damaged drywall, I called Aria back to do the suggested repair. Asked for an estimate on Yelp on Sunday. He responded the same day. Later that day we spoke on the phone and confirmed a 6pm Tuesday estimate at my home. Fast forward to 6:20pm on Tuesday and no one shows up. No call. No message on yelp. I send him a message on yelp to follow up. He says he tried to call me to cancel the appointment but his "call must've not went through." I point out to him that if he wanted to notify me of a cancellation, and his call didn't go through, he could've easily sent me a message on yelp, and that his lack of follow through here was unprofessional. He agreed and apologized. Also, how can someone make a call and not realize that it didn't go through? Because of this excuse, and the lack of a call from him in my records, I have concluded that he lied to me about trying to call me at all. I have now wasted my time leaving work early to meet at an agreed upon time only to find out 20 minutes into the appointment that he was not going to show up at all and failed to notify me of that fact. I just had Arad come out and fix my gas wall furnace. I couldn't be more pleased with his promptness and willingness to come out right away to look at my heater's problem (the heat not kicking in when I turned it on at the thermostat). As soon as I put out the enquiry with Yelp, he got back to me right away, and said he had a job in Fremont, but would come out later in the afternoon to look at my heater. Turns out his Fremont job cancelled, so he came out right away, looked at it, and quickly figured out it was just a wiring issue --- the contacts in the upper part of the heater not firmly connecting. All he charged me was the $80 estimate fee. I also liked how conscientious he was in covering his shoes with booties and wearing mask and gloves. Very polite and friendly, too. Our downstairs heater went out at 4pm on a Friday afternoon, argh! The company who installed our heater couldn't come till Tuesday morning, at the earliest, but it was 58 degrees in my kitchen in the morning and I couldn't wait that long. On Saturday AM, I posted a request on Yelp and heard back from Arad at Aria within an hour. Other companies responded but either couldn't come that day or didn't come to my town (not sure why they responded on Yelp then??). Arad arrived on Saturday afternoon and diagnosed the broken part. He was patient, a clear communicator and respectful of masking & being clean. The part wasn't available till Monday AM, but Arad responded to my texts on Sunday night and Monday AM to confirm that he'd get the part first thing on Monday. He picked-up the part then was back at my house by 10am on Monday - heater was up and running before noon.
