Our experience: We're a small business located in downtown Austin and I decided I wanted to bring someone on-site in two days. Stacey helped me over the phone, emailed me a quote within 5 minutes and even sent me another one when I made some scheduling changes. Two days later, Paula showed up 15 minutes early with all materials and was very professionally dressed-- she wore an "Infinite Massage" T-shirt and I was very pleased with her demeanor towards the employees. She worked out a schedule with me (how many employees, how long each massage should last etc) and the massages were seamless. She took one 10-minute break but other than that she happily relaxed our employees for 3 hours straight. Afterwards, she cleaned up and the room looked better than when she arrived! Another note-- I was unsure the tipping policy because different companies have different views on the stance-- I emailed Stacey and asked and she very graciously stated that the therapists are paid well and in no way expect gratuity and that it was completely up to the company. I appreciated her honesty and no-pressure stance and when we did request to add a tip to our invoice (we were that pleased with Paula!) she was very appreciative and thankful.
