I had actually brought a piece of the fence with me, since the top had a dog-earred cut to it that I was hoping to match. Frank was really nice and patient and explained the choices of wood they had, and what was best for my needs. And then he walked me over and helped me find some galvanized nails that would work for my project as well. I'm planning to replace some pieces in a really old fence that has some pieces rotting away at the bottom and others that are completely broken in half. I'll probably need to go back in and get a couple of top and bottom rails, but I'm much less intimidated to return now. After I purchased my 10 boards, Frank showed me where to go (across the street) to pick up my cut lumber. I had actually just come from the DIY car wash right next door to the lumber yard, and never even realized they were part of the same store. The young man working over there was nice about taking the piece of wood I had in my car and cutting the new pieces to the same angles. And the additional charge for this was really nominal. Their prices were great all around. And the wood was really nice quality. It'll be such a great upgrade; once I learn how to replace the pieces that need to come out and install the new beauties!

As a landlord and property manager- in addition to running a small handyman company, rocky and his team have proven to be a huge asset to our success. From carpet, to laminate, luxury vinyl tile, padding, waterproof luxury vinyl plank etc. They carry it all and can source just about anything. Their prices are not only competitive- but they can usually beat the competition!!! Just recently I had a client who was in love with a product from costco. Which was good material LVP. They liked the price which was already very good but I insisted they check with Rocky at Prosource. Not only did they find a better product, with a longer wear guarantee but it was also much thicker plus water and scratch resistant for the same price... I liked it so much I'm putting it in my own house now When I came back to confirm it was what I wanted for my personal property, Rocky came through AGAIN with a promotional sale that was going on. Then- he worked with my timeline to coordinate the sale prices around my construction schedule, delivery and install timelines. I let him know I needed some time before I could make space to pick it up from his warehouse and he is holding it for me now! Rocky also has tremendously valuable insight asking questions such as: who's house is it going in, is it a rental or a personal property. Do you have pets. Is this a home being flipped and sold. Is this a condo that requires soundproofing, is it being installed on a concrete slab versus raised foundation versus upstairs etc. Things most people never consider. Thanks to his insight my home is now quieter than it's ever been due to the thicker material and pad he reccomended. I hear less squeaks upstairs, less noise, footprints etc. Regardless of who you choose to work with at Prosource- from the sale team back to the warehouse crew they are an amazing team of locals whom I will continue to support and refer. I walked in and stood in front of the sales guy who was on the computer. I stood there for a good two minutes with no acknowledgment from the counter guy. While I'm standing there a yard guy comes in and tells me to move my truck, that I'm in a no parking zone. So I go move my truck. I come back into the office, now behind another guy. After another three minutes I order my four yards of topsoil, go out to the pile and wait a good five minutes while watching the same yard worker that told me to move my truck sitting on a fork lift looking at his phone. By the way, the place I had originally parked had no activity around it. I'll be looking for another place to spend my money.
