Terrible manicure, Went in for a pedi mani, man seemed to be new and did not speak very much English, the pedi seemed to be fine but when he got to my manicure I knew he was lost, it took more time that it should have. The polish was on too thick and didn't seem to dry right. the man working the front counter came by looked at my nails and added another coat of polish. At this point all I wanted to do was go home. So I left hoping it would be better as it dried. Wrong, within an hour the polish seemed to look a lot worse. I had to remove the polish and redo my nails. This is not what I paid for. Horrible. Went here over a year ago and they did a horrible job then. At the time I was getting gel. The nails were inconsistent in length and shape and the gel was put on too thick. They were rushed and impersonal. Flash forward to another year and I tried it again. This time I just wanted a simple manicure with no polish. Once again rushed, impersonal, my nails are not the same length, one side of the nail is higher than the other, they didn't buff it properly and it snags clothing. I should have just done nails myself. I kick myself for paying and for (aghast) tipping. I will never ever ever go here again. read more

I've been to most nail salons in this town before my first visit to Royal Nails, 2 years ago. I haven't gone anywhere else since. Not only have I been happy with the services, I actually enjoy seeing everyone. It's like a big family. I have my regular manicure and pedicure people, but if I've had to go to anyone else in the salon, they're all great too! The owners are so friendly and kind. I came here with a friend to get a pedicure. I decided to get the hydrating pedi for $20 with Moon. When she was done I noticed I had dry skin everywhere as if I didn't even get a pedicure. I was extremely disappointed I told the manager and showed her my feet, they offered me a discount. Stay away from this place! read more

Got my nails done about 5 times here and 2 times I've gotten a man I believe starts with a P if I'm correct and both times I left with nails so thick and sat in the chair for an hr for him to finish my full set. Also he would laugh randomly and talk under his breath through out the session. I had to go back the first time just to get them off even then the lady who fixed them said they were too thick. This second time I just went elsewhere where they had to drill file them thinner and they also kept saying how they were too thick . I'm going to Luxury Nails from now on they saved my nails. read more

I have been getting my nails done at Royal nails since they opened. I started out with Kevin and he is amazing but very busy, Michelle used to do my daughters nails and pedicures and was so good with her. With them getting busier I could never get in when I needed with Kevin. So about a year ago (maybe longer) I started going to Tina and she is amazing too, and even great with my daughters. My older daughter gets her sets and fills done by Tina and my little gets hers painted by her too. She usually takes her time and makes sure yo do exactly what you want, occasionally she is a little rushed and doesn't do the little hand massage at the end but overall she's great. Kevin is always so sweet and greets you as you enter and thanks you when you leave. You do need to make sure to make an appointment unless you catch them on a slow day. read more

I came in for the first time just too check it out . I ended up getting this older Asian guy that works there and he was super ruff ! And rude !! didn't enjoy my pedicure at all !! And then in the end . . I paid with my debit card but I always carry cash to tip everytime I go to a nail salon but he had the nerve too ask me "tip on card?" and I straight told him no after i didn't enjoy my pedicure. And he asked again !! And I said no ! and then he starting talking shit too his other workers as if it's not obvious by the way they were looking at me. It would have been nice to enjoy my pedicure for my birthday. Yet I had one lady ripping my toes apart. I understand that I have some minor Ingrown toenails, nothing they haven't been able to handle before. I made her stop and ask for another lady ,she was doing better I kept asking her to trim the sides of my nails and she kept filing them.. so I said I wanted to stop and leave and I get charged 25 dollars for them not doing what I asked as a paying customer. I Was near this location and figured I'd stop in to revamp my nails. I asked for a full set (take off old acrylics/get new ones). The man doing my nails was very nice/friendly but told me he would put nails on top since my current ones would be hard to take off, I said "Okay" assuming he would just put a new set on top of my current nails (I usually trust the techs since they know a lot more than me about nails). He starts doing them and is putting powder on top, not putting new nails and I ask "Aren't you going to put new nails?" And he said "No you don't need it, we'll just do this." I went along with it since they know best right? My design was pretty but a popular/basic design (pink ombré with some glitter). My manicure took between 30-45 minutes. When I go to pay, he hits me with a $65 total?! I'm like "Why is it $65-you didn't even give me new nails?" I'm not sure his explanation (maybe the powder) but that is the most I've ever been charged for a manicure and he didn't even give me new nails like I asked! I usually don't get fancy designs and manicures typically go from $35-55 so when he rung me up for that total it was very surprising and off putting. Nice enough staff/job on my nails, but NOT worth that price! read more

Must say WORST place! I have been there a couple times and every time it is SO BAD. But I gave it another shot hoping it was just bad day or something. NO I went in to get nail polish on and off NOTHING ELSE. It took them 2 HOURS!!!! They sat me down in a chair and my lady put the nail solution on and walked away (So I literally couldn't leave) and did a ladies HANDS and NAILS for over an HOUR! Then I told her never mind on the nail polish she's said "only takes 20mins...you want?" So I waited 2hrs for a 20min job!!!!! I am beyond mad and upset. DO NOT recommend to anyone. read more

I love this nail salon! It's within walking distance of our apartment. The nail techs are super nice and always take care of us (my fiancé and I). They even wave hi to us when we walk by from going to some of the other businesses. I always love my nails: they are thin but strong, great selection of colors and they always get the shape just how I like it. They are always busy but they go out of their take care of you when it your turn. I've had different people almost every time and everyone of them is very skilled. I have been going to Royal Nails Spa since opening. They are the cleanest and most sanitary of any nail salons I have been to in many years. I get the gel nails, pedicure, eyelash extensions and go every two weeks. Tiffanie does my eyelash extensions and they are beautiful. I get compliments everywhere I go! She is a perfectionist so your eyelashes will be perfectly done and mine last two weeks but I could go longer if I wanted. My nails do not peel and my feet from the pedicure from Michelle are always smooth plus perfect toes! I enjoy it here! They can get busy but it is worth it and everyone is very nice!
