I chose them for 2 major reasons. 1) they were going to deal with the scheduling of the removal and réinstallation of our solar panels. And 2) Shahar was so kind, informative, and honest during our consultation. He was through and kept us updated every step of the way. When our project finally started the crew were so respectful and kind! We found way more damage than we expected which resulted in our quote going up. However, due to Shahar being honest at the consultation we knew this was a possibility so it wasn't super shocking. The crew was great at cleaning up at the end of every day, which we appreciate as we have chickens, ducks, a puppy and cat as well as a child who are outside. When the project was done, there were a few concerns we had, we talk to Shahar and he quickly corrected and had the crew fix the items. Our roof is beautiful and will hopefully last many many years to come. I am thankful we went with Apollo Roofing and Happy Shahar was our project manager.

Most recently at a house in Union City I manage just this last month in April to do roof repairs & a new gutters throughout. Tri-City is a family owned company that's been around for years. They're extremely organized and have really transparent & good communication skills. Their work is clean, and they do a good job for a very fair price. Vendor reliability is tough for consumers or someone in my position professionally as well, you have lots of people counting on you to get quality work done, at a fair price. I've had great experiences working with the team at Tri-City Roofing.

We really appreciated that since I've heard stories of roofers leaving large messes! Beyond the quality of the work, what really stood out to us was their reliability and great communication, which is so hard to find with contractors nowadays. They kept us in the loop every step of the way and always followed through. This was easily one of the best contracting experiences we've ever had. Of the three companies, we met with, he spent the longest time on our roof (the first rep we met didn't even step foot on the roof), and took a ton of photos documenting the original condition of our roof for us to see. It was easy coordinating with Danny, Ivan and the foreman on site throughout the entire process. From the detailed proposal to final touch-ups with painting, I could tell how much they cared about doing a thorough and quality job. Not only was the perimeter of our house very clean (cleaner than before they started), they also helped clean up the debris that ended up in our garage because of the exposed ceiling which I truly appreciate. Lastly, I did not know this at first, but my neighbor saw a crew member tighten the hinges on our gate (very old) because they noticed it was uneven when they used it to access the side of the house.
