The work crew was very respectful. They were punctual, courteous, and clearly took great pride in their craftsmanship. I have a huge avocado tree that hovered over my roof and Adolfo has asked if I wanted them to trim it, which I was more than happy to say yes, as I have no way of doing so myself unless I hire someone, which will cost money. They also removed my satellite dish, which I had 2 but only 1 functional. Adolfo did recommend that I contact my service provider to have them install the satellite once they've completed the work. The crew worked the whole day and each day, they clean up after themselves. They completed the job ahead on schedule and were diligent about protecting my home and yard throughout the process. The final cleanup was so thorough that you'd never know a major construction project had just taken place. They even re-installed my string lights in my backyard. The communication was excellent at every stage. I was always aware of the schedule and any updates. The quality of the work is top-notch, and the new roof has completely transformed the look of my house. I'm the very 1st and only house in the neighborhood that has Stone coated barrel-vault tile metal roof. Everyone that past by stops to look. I did and the company told me I had to contact Lowe's because they were subcontractors. I contacted Lowe's and they said I had to contact the company that actually did the work. I contacted Manada again and I was told to pay $500 for them to come out and see THEIR own work and that fee would be applied to any work they do! Unbelievable, my father became ill and couldn't deal with this and I did contact the Better Business Bureau and they stated that too many years had passed- it was 3 years. How long is a roof supposed to last?? Regardless, poor craftsmanship and material reflects the job quality of Manada Roofing. I just today, completed the repairs for this winter. This is a shameless unethical company that DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK.

But it started leaking again after another rainy season. My husband contacted Jose for an estimate for the leaky roof above our garage. Jose came out, took a look and noted the sealed tiles but explained that the cracked tile is not the source of the leaking. He pointed out that while the cracked tile is part of the problem, the main source is the second story draining water directly into a gap between the tiles. He was very professional, friendly and great at explaining what the root cause of our leak was and his plan to fix it. Total opposite from the previous contractor! They came out next business day and fixed the roof. They were very thorough and clean. My mom would go up stairs and take a look through the window from her room and would tell me how great of a job they were doing. They even cleaned our gutters (which were in much need of cleaning and pleasant surprise). We received photos of his initial assessment and photos of the work that was done (before, during and after). Some photos we received are attached. It was nice to see what was happening during the job. Our roof looks great, and we have peace of mind knowing it was repaired with care and quality workmanship. I'm so thankful my husband found Calisco Roofing and would 1000% hire them again for any of our future roofing needs! If you need any roof work done, I highly recommend Calisco Roofing!
