September 14, 2025: Report delivered to the client and his two agents only based on the business reply. The owner admitted the report was delivered to his two "agents." I do not have "two" agents. One is the seller's agent and the other is the buyer's agent. The owner admitted that the home inspection report was provided to the seller's agent without my explicit permission. In addition, I was present when the home inspector stated that he will provide the home inspection report to the seller's agent. As the business owner, it is important to take accountability for your mistakes and provide a reasonable remedy to resolve the concerns. Nothing more and nothing less. Please consider taking this as a learning lesson and reiterate to your employees to avoid and prevent questionable conduct in future home inspections. September 23, 2026: Please see attached. The letter was sent to the home owner from the HOA warning the "owner" that HOA identified the window bars listed in the picture attached that it was a fire hazard and "must" be removed by October 15, 2026. HOA is not taking responsibility to remove the window bars and the "associated cost" may be charged back to the owner. The owner is implying that they "read" and "understood" the bylaws of my HOA instead of taking accountability for their mistake to address the oversight of their home inspection. Nowhere in the home inspection report, it was noted that the window bars are a fire hazard that will be a problem that will need to be removed prior to the sale of the home. In addition, I attached pictures of two doors that cannot open or close properly that was not noted in the home inspection report. The closet door in the hallway sticks out and cannot open and close properly like a normal functioning door. Also, the bathroom door is a "death trap" that was not properly addressed and the owner sent a worker to "temporarily" alleviate the owner's concern since the worker did not bring the proper tools to fix it. The owner stated to me that during home inspections that they do not typically check doors. My expectations from a home inspection was that the company will find issues and problems that needs to be addressed prior to the buyer signing off all the paperwork. Some of the most basic problems and issues were overlooked and as the first time home buyer, I felt scammed and cheated by the home inspection company with 5 stars. It failed to meet my basic expectations of what a home inspection should find.

The bathroom sinks are indicated "serviceable" but all bathroom sinks have slow draining. Two of the doors throughout the house are somewhat jammed or not easy to open/closed, but it did not get reported at all. There are multiple uneven spots on the floor, with some of the areas are 2 inches lower than others, but also did not get reported by the inspection report. Overall report quality is below average and lacking details compared to other home inspection reports I have seen. I also email this company trying to get some details about the inspection, but never hear back from them. If you are a home buyer and see an inspection report that is done by this company, then please hire your own home inspector.

First off Fabian was really great, chill/easy to talk to, and super responsive; my kid's ceiling…read morewas leaking so I was panicking looking for a roofer so soon after the torrential rainstorms. I got quotes from 4 and found out quickly how much of a pain it is to look for a contractor (one tried to upcharge me and I was pretty distrustful over roofing companies after that). Fabian came super quick for a quote; offered a pretty fair price that included the scope of work; got the job done quickly; and was responsive before, during, and after the process. They finished fixing the roof in about 2 days actually (one day for the roof, one for the gutters) just in time for the nonstop rain this time around. He added vents so that the roof would circulate air a little better, fixed up the shingles, and added gutters so that we addressed all the possible ways the roof could've caused the leak. I will say in between the process since I'm super particular he answered any questions on building requirements needed, difference between materials, and general concerns. For example, the intake vents that initially were replaced looked wonky, or had stickers left over and he got his guys to replace it correctly and clean it/fix it. I noticed one of the gutters wasn't draining during the light rain and he had a guy check it out the same day-- fixed it the next. So the job close to perfect, but of course checking the work helps. So far no leaks (it's only been day 3 of the crazy rain this week) and the new gutters are draining great. They've been in business for years now and are local; if you're looking to deal with a pretty honest roofing company with no hassle, I'd reach out to them for a quote in a heartbeat.
