Shout out to Kyle for taking such good care of his customers. Last time I came through, they messed up my order, but after calling, Kyle agreed to replace it all the next time I came in. He honored that today and assured everything was made correctly. Thank you! read more

By far the best pizza joint in Valley Springs. Always fresh, always what we expect. We prefer to order from here over any other pizza place because We have given local pizza joints numerous chances and the quality just isn't as good and they continuously get orders incorrect or don't cook pizza all the way through! -This excludes the take and bake place in town, they have great pizza and customer service if u have time to cook it! read more

We used to love this Round Table. Don't know what happened. Maybe a management change? Last few times, pizza subpar. Ingredients sparse. Overall quality off. Not sure if the "last honest pizza" is making substitutions for cheaper ingredients, but at the very least they are skimping. We had two pizzas and one was ordered with extra cheese. No extra cheese and even at a normal cheese rate, would consider it sparse. Cheese was missing on about a third of the pizza on the parts that bubbled up. The other pizza had multiple toppings and they were very sparse, as was the cheese. Looks like somebody is trying to improve their bottom line by skimping on ingredients. Won't be back as this has happened every time over the past few months. We realize every place can have an off day--which is why we kept trying. But we are finally giving up on this one We live about half-way between the Valley Springs RT and the one in Jackson with the VS one being a little bit closer. Jackson RT seems to have improved while the one in VS has gone downhill. The VS RT used to be our preferred RT, but no more. Worth the extra minute or two to go the other direction where the pizza is as it should be. Won't be back. Disappointing. read more

Sucks that they don't have employee drivers to deliver anymore. I don't want questionable people delivering my pizza.

Strictly a Kyle review give this guy a raise! He's the man. Always in a good mood and always takes care of me.

Service and management are awful here. Ordered a sandwich and was told 15min at most. 30 min later still not being made. Told 7 minutes more so I come back and still not made. Told another 5 minutes. Still not even started making. I ask for manager he walks to counter and says ya what's going on? I tell story above and he stares at me and says ok. I say not ok and he says we are working on it. I say not acceptable and he is shocked into a blank stare(or just doesn't care?). I asked for refund and left. Never coming back. Customer service is apparently not a thing anymore. read more

Wow , delivery has gone from 8.00 to 10.50 with gas prices go down. Guess I'am done with round table

Ordered a large sausage & cheese pizza last night and noticed almost half the pizza had no sausage on the slices. To much money for what you get, go elsewhere. read more

My husband and I moved to Valley Springs three years ago. This is our go to pizza spot. We typically do take out. Service is super kind and friendly. Orders we make are ready within 15 mins. And if course, pizza is always a hit! read more

We've ordered from this round table and have always received amazing service! We continue to come back and always receive the same great service. The pizza always tastes great. We always leave happy with a full tummy! There are a few arcade games inside to play, ranch to buy and overalls seems clean! read more

We enjoyed round table pizza today. Every table in the restaurant was clean that didn't have someone sitting at it. We ordered 3 pizzas, 2 salads, and 5 drinks. The pizza was served so fast. I think the first pizza took about 10 min. The salad bar was amazing. Fresh everything. All the help we interacted with had a freak attitude, and a nice smile. The business has a good energy feeling too. It's reflected by all the positive staff. Great time! read more

Love the salad bar! Pizza is pretty tasty. Better than going to pizza plus, or pizza factory.

I usually love round table , this store is inconsistent in quality and prices are higher that the national price . Current pizza special is 19.99 large and they are $27.99 . Is the rent higher in Valley Springs ? Don't patronize . read more

Has always been our to-go pizza place. Very consistent & they have a great salad bar. Round table never disappoints. Always a favorite of ours. read more

Thanks for being open. To me this restaurant is a staple when we need awesome pizza. Staff was friendly and very thoughtful making sure the pizza was hot and made on time for me to pick it up. Great pizza and thanks!!!!! read more

They serve less cheese on their pizza in Valley Springs, CA 95252 and charge you 10.00 something for a chicken garlic gourmet pizza with extra cheese, due to their skimping on it initially. We don't have a lot of choices of restaurants and this is a pick up order which tax is included, but we are talking about a PERSONAL pizza ONLY, very small for one person, only!!!. Someone is profiting from this amount during the pandemic!!!!! read more

We decided to stop by after running our errands. We ordered the veggie delight pizza and it didn't disappoint! Loaded with veggies, fresh and hot. Service was prompt and the restaurant was clean. We will definitely be back. read more

I'm so happy and pleased with their ability to deliver timely delicious food in such a spread out community! This seems to the the best managed one I've lived near in many years. Round table pizza is always the same wherever you go, but the management here is at least as good as the pizza! Thanks read more

Was making a evening drive back to our camp ground and saw Round Table was still open so we stopped in for a salad and a pizza! The young man behind the counter was so nice and helped us right away. Everyone working were so nice and exchanged pleasantries with us. Sometimes when you stop in smaller towns as an outsider you can get treated a certain way but not here!! Thank you for great service and delicious food, totally made our weekend. read more

Nice counter staff. That's where it ended. Pizza was tasteless, veggies not cooked. Not enough sauce. Bland as heck. Train your workers how to make a REAL round Table pizza. Never had one like this before read more

Shame on you owner of Round Table VS. I asked for a water with my dinner and was given a glass to fill at the fountain. Only to find out you included $3 in my bill to cover usage of your glass (plastic glass). You should tell customers up front they will be charged for the pleasure of using your worn out fixture. Put a sign at the register....better yet put it on the menu. Also, we order an alcoholic beverage with our meal. Staff came over and said we had to pick it up at the counter because they are underage and could not serve ue. Kudos to staff for being honest - I appreciate that. read more

I like round table pizza. They are a great brand. They offer delivery at this location and for now, curbside pickup. This location is decent. They make great food and follow customizations to a T. They are friendly but don't have a great customer service attitude. If they make a mistake which happens they don't apologize or offer to fix it. You have to ask them too and even then they act like it isn't a big deal. Also their timetable is horrible. If you order online or over the phone, they always say 15 min. But in reality it's better if you wait 25 min or risk waiting around for 10 min. Overall a decent experience and I make this a constant stop. read more

Round Table Pizza - Burnt pizza hardly any sauce or flavor - Pizza Near Me - Valley Springs, California

I've eaten here before as me and my family are from the area. The pizza quality is pretty good. But they are very pricey and some of the staff are not very nice. I think they just need to try their best and show their best. Because there's been plenty of times where it's been the opposite of that. Like I said, the pizza is good, salad bar is great! But they are expensive and the customer service could be a bit better. We are having my daughters first birthday party here in a couple of weeks and I am nervous that it will be a bad experience. We've had lots of good experiences here before with family get togethers, but the gentlemen I spoke to did not seem happy that we were booking the "party room" on a Saturday. Or maybe I mis read him, giving him the benefit of the doubt. At any rate, we are going to try and make it a special day for her and hope Round Table pizza will also work with us. read more

Yay Round Table! I was so happy when Round Table came to town. Round Table is by far one of my favorite pizzerias ever. They have such yummy pizza. Plus they have a really good lunch time buffet special. Salad bar and pizza. Mmmm read more

Came during 30 min work lunch. When we walked in, only cheese and chicken barbeque were ready. The cashier said fresh pizzas would be out soon. Took more than half hour for them to put out fresh pizza. There was a whole chicken barbeque that sat under the lights the entire time. Maybe there is a rule that in order for them to put out the regular pizza we have to eat the nasty one first. Like when you were a kid and had to eat your vegetables before your parents let you get seconds. After sitting for half an hour, they finally brought out combination and pepperoni. The two pizzas were picked up by patrons in less than a minute. Chicken bbq still sat uneaten. The whole point of coming to lunch buffet is the food is supposed to be ready so you don't have to WAIT. Staff was somewhat responsive, not rude but not friendly. They need a lesson on the definition of "soon" in restaurant terms. Don't come unless you have an hour for lunch and are a bbq chicken pizza fanatic. read more

Thank you to the manager Charles for restoring our faith in this Round Table location. He reached out to us after our bad experience and regained us as customers. He gave us a complimentary pizza that was the best we've ever had, made to perfection and ready in exactly how long he said it would be. He was professional and his customer service was beyond our expectations. The fact that he wanted us to give them a second chance goes to show he cares about what his customers think. Thank you so much for putting the customer first! We will definitely be back! read more

Round Table in Valley Springs DELIVERS! Sometimes, you just don't have time to go pick up a pizza, or maybe you and the guys are working on something in the shop and don't want to stop to go grab a pizza. Well, the Valley Springs Round Table does deliver. Huzzah! The delivery driver was clean, and friendly. The pizza was too hot to eat upon arrival (I mean that as a compliment!). The little delivery car looks to be in good shape. Radio dispatched, I see, Good thinking! Maybe that's why he showed up almost exactly when they said he would. We tipped the kid, he deserved it. My goodness, Round Table pizza got awfully expensive. Prior to ordering- We went online and printed a coupon (thank goodness for coupons!). If not for easily obtainable coupons, we wouldn't be ordering from Round Table. Ouch! However, our pizza was fantastic. Thankfully, we requested extra cheese, otherwise there might not have been enough. You can't beat the freshness of their tomatoes and peppers. Didn't order any meats on mine, so cannot comment on them. One of our pizzas did have meat, and the guy who ordered that one said it was good. The crust is great as long as you make sure to ask for "lightly cooked". Otherwise, they tend to overcook them. Valley Springs' Pizza Factory is still our first choice when it is just the wife and me, but when the gang is over, one of them insists upon Round Table just because he doesn't like to try anything new. Glad the Valley Springs Round Table delivers! Mike D.'s review mentioned he was upset that there was a customer with no shirt on when he visited the Valley Springs Round Table. Reminder: This is Valley Springs, not the city. We are surrounded by recreational lakes! A dude with no shirt drinking a beer in the corner while waiting for his order is not cause for alarm. There are NO "health codes" that say you cannot be shirtless. If you think that's bad, check out the grocery store on a busy holiday weekend. I have been in there with no shoes before. So what? Welcome to the country! read more

I do eat here occasionally but do not recommend them. Although I like their Pizza they have made many chang s lately limiting choices in crust, while at the same time they keep raising the prices. Lunch is over $15 for one person (and they do not offer the buffet). The pizza is good but there are other places good that cost less and are not always changing what they offer. read more

I ordered a pizza from RT to be delivered. They told me 45 minutes to an hour. Well about 20 minutes later my pizza arrived piping hot and actually had the extra cheese I asked for! I forgot to ask for ranch but it didn't matter. The driver had a bag with my pizza that had two plates (it was a small pizza only for me but could feed two) 3 ranches and napkins! I just moved here from the trip-valley area and I usually go pick my pizza up so I get it hot and right. What pleasant surprise to have a delivery that was on point! You have my loyalty now! 5 stars read more

Round Table Pizza - Soooo goood - Pizza Near Me - Valley Springs, California

The pizza is okay, the service is okay, the drinks are okay, but you need to take out a bank loan if you take a family of four and you order more than just a pizza. So I get that there are not a ton of food choices in Valley Springs. But what is absolutely horrible is the deliberate high prices they charge ONLY because they can. I bought 2 large pizza and 2 salads to go. I paid $77.00. I did order extra cheese but the cheese was skimpy at best and definitely not extra!! The salad bar was not stocked and dirty. Seriously I am not making this up the kid behind the counter shared that the owner is constantly raising prices because he can! He told us that people have even walked out when they see the prices. I love food and pizza for 77.00 this was more a skimpy attempt! Go to Marvels and buy a tombstone pizza. It's about the same only much cheaper! Sad when the staff is embarrassed by the poor quality and high prices just because they can! This round table should be ashamed!! read more

Getting dinner late after a long Monday at work, pizza was the ticket. A great place to unwind. Beer was cold, combo pizza was fantastic and the best salad bar around! !! The service, awesome! Never felt rushed, even though approuching closing time......just what I needed...a great dining out experience after a long day...I will be back! Thank you Round Table Pizza! read more
