To the owner of the Missouri Flat location...you need to schedule more help. On 11/9/23 you had three people running the whole place and a massive crowd of customers, plus on line orders stacked up. The poor girl at the front was working her butt off trying to keep everyone happy. My online order said to pick up at 6PM, I arrived at 6:05 and waited until 6:40 for the order. There were tables full of people waiting for food. One employee mentioned to the other that he needed to take his 30 minute break, and was told "well that is not going to happen" in front of many customers. I feel awful for the three employees that were working. If you are going to be open for business, you need to staff accordingly. The employee mentioned out loud that you have other employees willing to work, but management is unwilling to schedule. Not fair at all to the staff or customers. Do better if you want to keep your employees and customers coming back. **P.S. The pizza was very good once I finally received it.** read more

When I come in to town this is one of my MUST HAVE places. Seeing I now live in Texas and we don't have Round table pizza. OK let me tell you when you move away from your favor pizza chain it sucks so when you find it when your on Vacation it can be like finding the HOLY GRAIL... OK maybe I am being over dramatic but Round table pizza is in a league of its own and I have yet to find a pizza chain that makes me say other wise. I fluctuate back and fourth from regular Pepperoni pizza , too all meat marvel to combination or just pepperoni, artichoke hearts, mushrooms and olives This pizza, this location so far has never let me down on my expectation and always living up to my expectation of a delicious pizza that is worth its price! I cant wait till my next visit.... read more

March 2022 everyone has a salad bar open that has one. That is the one reason I loved Round Table was the salad bar. I go here for the first time since Covid and nope! Pick "6" items from the salad bar you want and I will make you a salad. We don't do pizza buffet either. You can have a 6" one topping pizza. Wait, we don't have ice so here is a bottle of soda so no refills. Let's just say I am not paying full price for this refund my money. I went to Pizza Plus and had my salad bar and picked four toppings at no extra charge for my personal pizza for $2 cheaper. Won't be going back read more

I don't leave many reviews, but with today's experience I couldn't help but to leave one. The pizza was ready on time and perfectly made and I was greeted and served with exceptional service from a gal named Lizzie! Thank you so much! We will be back! read more

10/30-31/2018: Feeding construction crews at my house is direly imperative due to all construction crews are operating dangerous tools such as saws, drills, hammers, etc. which if handled improperly, will sever digits or limbs; therefore, feeding crews will insure no digits or limbs will be severed while upgrading, improving my house and property-EVER. I called Round Table not once but, twice ordering pizza for feeding two separate construction crews x per four crew members . . . Both construction crews were smiling like Cheshire Cats fully satiated from devouring four orders of combination pizzas x two days! Nobody was dizzy from hunger pangs; most assuredly, there were a lot of burps and farts emitted x two days . . . I was relieved both crews were working outside BOTH DAYS alleviating, relieving their odiferous air quality outside rather than, ruining the pristine, air quality cleanliness inside my house! OOOOF~It would be disastrous succumbing to ALL EIGHT, BIG MEN farting inside my house-absolutely intolerable, an unfathomable nightmare experience for Halloween 2018! More importantly, Round Table gave me a 25% discount due to the initial order was two extra-large pizzas but disappointedly, delivered two LARGE pizzas instead; I freaked out immediately calling Round Table informing the construction crews were still hungry! So, next day's order delivered were two extra-large pizzas minus 25% discount: YAY~The construction crews were well-fed, happy, and continued safely working with dangerous tools! read more

Came here for lunch to get away from the office and tired of sandwiches. They still offer the pizza, salad, twists lunch buffet.....and this is hands down the cleanest salad bat I have ever seen, AND the lettuce and veggies are crisp and fresh. I'll be back. read more

I hate to be the first to review and gives such bad feedback... but it has to be done. We stopped by here on the way back from Tahoe because we had heard about their all you can eat pizza lunch special and had been craving it for several days now. The special is $7 for all you can eat pizza, bread-sticks, cinnamon buns and salad. The pizza was the weakest selection I've ever seen. Half the time they were simply out of pizza so you were just waiting. All of the time they were out of bread-sticks. When the pizza did come out it was usually random combinations. Not enough vegetarian, not enough good meats, absolutely no plain cheese. We had to beg for the plain cheese. I have to say that the people who worked there all seemed nice and tried to accommodate, but the both the selection and quality was just a big disappointment. read more

Our favorite pizza chain! The veggie, Maui, or classic pepperoni are our go-tos. I also enjoy eating there and getting a side salad from their salad bar which always has fresh ingredients. read more

Always good pizza. Club chooses round tables as a meeting place because they have a nice spacious room that we can gather in the evenings. They are always most helpful and they bring our orders promptly. read more

The pizza came out fast, the salad bar was very fresh and it was nice and quiet in the restaurant. We love eating lunch here. The personal pizza either cheese or pepperoni and the salad bar. Highly recommend. read more

I called to find out why my delivery order was late and was told that I'd have to take it up with Door Dash. Round Table apparently subcontracts delivery to Door Dash without saying so on the order site. When I said that I had bought a pizza from Round Table and not Door Dash, I was told that it wasn't their problem if the pizza didn't show up and I'd have to dispute it with my credit card company. Wow, fantastic customer service. Instead of saying sorry, here's a coupon for X% off your next order, they lost a lifetime of pizza orders from my household. Not very smart. read more

Made a pizza stop for my toddler here since she's a picky eater, really good and tasty pizza both cheese and combination and the girl with blonde hair who brings your food very friendly (: 10/10, the place looks a bit old but they have at least 3 arcades so it's fun ! read more

We stopped here on the way home from the snow and it was by far the best round table pizza location we've ever eaten at . There was quite a few of us that dined in. We ended up ordering X-Large cheese pizza , X-Large half meat lovers half combination pizza , large order of bone in wings , large order of the garlic twists , 7 sodas and a salad bar (half) . We spent a total of $128 , which I found extra reasonable for a sit down meal for 7 people . The pizza was perfection. The wings and the garlic twists were hot and fresh . The half salad bar plate I got was huge . I really liked the paper they give you to select your toppings for it . We ended up getting a box for the left over pizza . The woman at the front who took our large order was super friendly . While we waited for the food the kids got to play the arcade games. The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean and when people left someone came to wipe everything down. Wish this location was closer but we will be back next time we're out that way . read more

I came for the lunch buffet and was pleasantly greeted at the counter! Good first impression. The salad bar was running low on a few items but looked like all ingredients were fresh! I was quickly told they would refresh it for me, even though there was plenty for me. The pizza had a few choices, was hot and tasted very good. They brought out more pizza within 5 minutes and announced that more was available. The room was clean and bussed as soon as people left. Overall great experience! read more

I haven't been here in a couple years, mainly because the service was alway so bad. But recently I been there 3 or 4 times in the last two months and was pleasantly surprised. Service was great! I'd like to recognize Nick. He made us aware of the specials and came by the table to make sure everything was right . Great customer service! read more

Jenelle shift manager at this round table saves the day! Tried several restaurants. One refused to change even one Tv from the World Series, several didn't have working TVs, came into Round Table and they Put the Sharks game one one of the big ones! They need to fire Janelle. She is very unsanitary and violates Covid rules. When handing me a cup she stuck her dirty hand in it after she handled the register. She didn't want to be bothered looking at me while doing so and was very rude. She is the shift manager. She does not represent good customer service and I will be reporting her to corporate. In the height of the pandemic she needs to be extra careful. Her crew is also very unsanitary and do not look clean coming out of the kitchen. I will make sure this place is cited if I continue to see her break the rules. read more

Ordered a pizza medium and I got a small anywhere else for $25 it was a half pepperoni and chicken. The reason why I was so shocked was because he never on the phone gave me the price of the pizza and I was expecting something a little bigger. Round Table Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Placerville, California

Last week 7 members of our family joined together at round table for pizza. Several things were disappointing. My daughter wanted to get two quarters out of her half dollar coin and the cashier said they would have to ask their manager if it was ok to take... i thought that was very odd. then after the manager said "yes" she said loudly stated "well my mom doesn't like these coins" i felt that was very unprofessional. Another issue took place after my brother had paid for his pizza the cashier (different worker) asked for his ID for his credit card after they had charged the card and gave it back. our thought was.. what if it wasn't my brothers card?? what would the cashier have done its already been charged. I also had mentioned that the soda machine was out and they never fixed it for me to refill my particular soda. two out of the 4 games were out of order as well so the kids entertainment wasnt to its full potential... who doesn't like games out at a pizza place??.. At last while we were leaving another customer had said out loud " I can see that this is inconvenient for you" and had walked out before ordering. This whole experience was unpleasant! which was too bad because the food is good and the company all around usually has a good reputation. read more

The staff was too busy with a birthday party that one of their employees was having that they forget I was sitting there waiting for my pizza for over 45 mins .. then I heard one of them say they were glad they were closing for the night and looked over at me and asked if I had a phone order I said No I ordered it there and I gave her my name and she pulls the pizza out from underneath the counter which it had been sitting for who knows how long she said she called my name and I must not have heard her..ok no I was the only one sitting there not in the birthday party (who they seemed to know very well )and I was sitting alone facing the counter she didn't yell or say anyone's name ..get pizza home cold hardly any toppings on it it was awful..not going there again..waist of money and it's not cheap read more

3.5. Best part is all of the cute names they have for their pizzas. Wait wait wait... thats a lie the best part is their tasty delicious crust, garlic twists and exemplary customer service. (two truths and a lie, you gotta figure it out!!!) I loved this place a lot when I was younger, now recently my brothers always order the maui zaui which I use to love, but I think my pallet has slowly moved away from sweet to salty so the Maui Zaui... not for me. I very much love the garlic twists and any red/white sauce pizza. For some reason I thought this was the greatest pizza place ever but upon my recent return I realized this place is just your everyday pizza joint. If it werent for the garlic breadsticks this place would be a three so... congratulations? THE VERDICT: This is a very good pizza chain, the keyword being chain. Try it out to see how it goes for you, if you like it keep going over and over again... if you dont like well... i owe you 18 dollars... dont worry I'll get you next time i see you... (i forgot to say that it is kind of expensive). PS im not paying you back, thats how you know were friends read more

Nice local pizza joint. Used our yelp coupon to get $5 off for checking in. This was our first trip and the staff was helpful. We ordered the King Arthur And hot wings. I work in Placerville on Saturdays and this is my lunch spot. It might sound crazy, but I love this place. It's always clean, professional customer service, awesome salad bar that's well taken care of. There's multiple TVs on the wall with sports and news and it's not loud. If there's a party or gathering going on, they have their own room. The owner and management maintain high standards. If you're wanting a salad and/or some really tasty pizza in a reasonable amount of time, you should consider this place. read more

Love love Round Table! Every time we come here, the wait is never long, pizzas are always hot and fresh. Salad bar is always stocked and looking sharp. I always see her hustling and keeping the employees working hard!! With a smile of course!! Hold on to her, she's a keeper!! read more

Really good pizza and my take out order is always completed on time.

Round Table definitely has the best pizza out of all the places in the area. They're always consistent on everything they make. The pizza never disappoints, from the Maui Zaui to the BBQ Chicken. I've never gotten a pizza with a soggy crust in the center as I have with other places. A large seems to always be more than enough for two people. The wings are pretty good here as well. Spicy buffalo is actually pretty hot, and the mild have the perfect amount of spice. Another flavor worth trying is the Polynesian, I love getting those in the boneless style. Their salad bar is always stocked up and the lettuce has always been fresh and crisp. There's plenty of toppings to make a delicious salad and their ranch is super good. I love that they have 805 and Blue Moon on draft, it's always nice to get a beer while you wait for your pizza, since it can take around 20-30 minutes when they're busy. The staff has always been nice. I haven't come across anyone that seem like they don't want to be there. Online ordering always seems to be a breeze here as well. This location recently remodeled the inside and it turned out great! The new paint pops and the wood accent walls the put in are pretty stunning. This is a great Round Table with great food! read more

Never disappoint. My online order is pretty difficult as well and somehow they never mess it up!

Had a great experience at this Round Table location today. I attended a birthday party and was more than impressed with the service that the manager, Richard gave us. We had a lot of moving parts involved with our party, ice cream that needed to be stored in the freezer while the guests ate pizza, a cake that needed to be sliced and served, plenty of forks for the guests, individual pizzas for each guest (each guest ordered their own pizzas) and Richard was on top of all of it. Constantly making sure that we had everything we needed, delivering pizza, manning the cash register, cleaning the tables ... and always displaying a positive, friendly, enthusiastic attitude. And the pizza was delicious! For anyone wanting to throw a party, I can't recommend this Round Table highly enough. Especially if Richard is taking care of you. read more

Redeemed after fatal fail! So ya drop one to go pizza, don't fess up and when you get caught ya don't offer to discount or make good? But I need pizza! Foods always been good, the dining room is clean but the service is terrible. 5 people on staff to make buffalo wings with no one else in the place and it takes 30 minutes. The one in Cameron Park takes 10. Used to be a quick lunch stop but now it's out of the question. read more

Until today, we had not received very good service at this round table. Mostly because of the younger staff taking orders wrong and poor customer service. Today they redeemed themselves! Excellent Service AND food. Starting with a great phone order, great communication on delivery, coupon, upgrade on twist. All while delivery was fast and food was fresh and hot! Well Done Eric! Way to give great service. 5 Stars .....BECAUSE I CAN. ;) read more

Best salad bar in town, always fresh & well stocked!! Round Table used to be best & most expensive pizza you could get, now it's just the most expensive. Not sure what has changed, but the pizzas just aren't what they used to be. read more

I love round table & this review has nothing to do with food. We called in our order so it wouldn't be that long of a wait. On the phone they said 25 min. We showed up about 5 min later. We received our pizza 40 min after that. When we mentioned the wait to the staff-they turned and walked away without saying anything. We have a family of 5 and they brought us 4 plates - when she dropped off the pizza she said she'd bring another plate. She never came back. With how crappy their service is I wouldn't be surprised to find disarray and filth in the kitchen - those 2 things do tend to go together - general lack of caring about your business. Yeah I can get good pizza elsewhere from now on. read more

Mostly go here for the lunch specials, either Pizza & Salad buffet or just the salad buffet. Not an amazing selection but what is there is decent quality and at a pretty good price. The place is usually always clean and the staff is friendly. read more

Not bad, I read some other reviews and it seems like the all you can eat isn't cool, but I was outside those hours so it doesn't apply to me. The service was nice and fast, and the food was good. The employees kept everything clean and it was nice to see that for once. For some reason dine-in pizza typically means at least 50% of the tables covered in pizza left overs from the previous people. PLENTY of parking and decent cooking time frame. read more

Its a Round Table.. get the deep dish (thick crust) and as for it to be cooked 'extra crispy' - best pizza available!
