OK let me tell you when you move away from your favor pizza chain it sucks so when you find it when your on Vacation it can be like finding the HOLY GRAIL... OK maybe I am being over dramatic but Round table pizza is in a league of its own and I have yet to find a pizza chain that makes me say other wise. March 2022 everyone has a salad bar open that has one. That is the one reason I loved Round Table was the salad bar. I go here for the first time since Covid and nope! Pick "6" items from the salad bar you want and I will make you a salad. We don't do pizza buffet either. You can have a 6" one topping pizza. Wait, we don't have ice so here is a bottle of soda so no refills. Let's just say I am not paying full price for this refund my money. 10/30-31/2018: Feeding construction crews at my house is direly imperative due to all construction crews are operating dangerous tools such as saws, drills, hammers, etc. which if handled improperly, will sever digits or limbs; therefore, feeding crews will insure no digits or limbs will be severed while upgrading, improving my house and property-EVER. I called Round Table not once but, twice ordering pizza for feeding two separate construction crews x per four crew members . . . Both construction crews were smiling like Cheshire Cats fully satiated from devouring four orders of combination pizzas x two days! Nobody was dizzy from hunger pangs; most assuredly, there were a lot of burps and farts emitted x two days . . . I was relieved both crews were working outside BOTH DAYS alleviating, relieving their odiferous air quality outside rather than, ruining the pristine, air quality cleanliness inside my house! OOOOF~It would be disastrous succumbing to ALL EIGHT, BIG MEN farting inside my house-absolutely intolerable, an unfathomable nightmare experience for Halloween 2018! More importantly, Round Table gave me a 25% discount due to the initial order was two extra-large pizzas but disappointedly, delivered two LARGE pizzas instead; I freaked out immediately calling Round Table informing the construction crews were still hungry! Came here for lunch to get away from the office and tired of sandwiches. They still offer the pizza, salad, twists lunch buffet.....and this is hands down the cleanest salad bat I have ever seen, AND the lettuce and veggies are crisp and fresh. I'll be back. read more

Round Table apparently subcontracts delivery to Door Dash without saying so on the order site. When I said that I had bought a pizza from Round Table and not Door Dash, I was told that it wasn't their problem if the pizza didn't show up and I'd have to dispute it with my credit card company. We stopped by here on the way back from Tahoe because we had heard about their all you can eat pizza lunch special and had been craving it for several days now. The special is $7 for all you can eat pizza, bread-sticks, cinnamon buns and salad. The pizza was the weakest selection I've ever seen. Half the time they were simply out of pizza so you were just waiting. All of the time they were out of bread-sticks. When the pizza did come out it was usually random combinations. Not enough vegetarian, not enough good meats, absolutely no plain cheese. We had to beg for the plain cheese. I have to say that the people who worked there all seemed nice and tried to accommodate, but the both the selection and quality was just a big disappointment. read more

We stopped here on the way home from the snow and it was by far the best round table pizza location we've ever eaten at . There was quite a few of us that dined in. We ended up ordering X-Large cheese pizza , X-Large half meat lovers half combination pizza , large order of bone in wings , large order of the garlic twists , 7 sodas and a salad bar (half) . We spent a total of $128 , which I found extra reasonable for a sit down meal for 7 people . The pizza was perfection. The wings and the garlic twists were hot and fresh . The half salad bar plate I got was huge . I really liked the paper they give you to select your toppings for it . We ended up getting a box for the left over pizza . The woman at the front who took our large order was super friendly . While we waited for the food the kids got to play the arcade games. The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean and when people left someone came to wipe everything down. Wish this location was closer but we will be back next time we're out that way . read more

I came for the lunch buffet and was pleasantly greeted at the counter! Good first impression. The salad bar was running low on a few items but looked like all ingredients were fresh! I was quickly told they would refresh it for me, even though there was plenty for me. The pizza had a few choices, was hot and tasted very good. They need to fire Janelle. She is very unsanitary and violates Covid rules. When handing me a cup she stuck her dirty hand in it after she handled the register. She didn't want to be bothered looking at me while doing so and was very rude. She is the shift manager. She does not represent good customer service and I will be reporting her to corporate. In the height of the pandemic she needs to be extra careful. Her crew is also very unsanitary and do not look clean coming out of the kitchen. I work in Placerville on Saturdays and this is my lunch spot. It might sound crazy, but I love this place. It's always clean, professional customer service, awesome salad bar that's well taken care of. There's multiple TVs on the wall with sports and news and it's not loud. If there's a party or gathering going on, they have their own room. The owner and management maintain high standards. If you're wanting a salad and/or some really tasty pizza in a reasonable amount of time, you should consider this place. read more

Last week 7 members of our family joined together at round table for pizza. Several things were disappointing. My daughter wanted to get two quarters out of her half dollar coin and the cashier said they would have to ask their manager if it was ok to take... i thought that was very odd. then after the manager said "yes" she said loudly stated "well my mom doesn't like these coins" i felt that was very unprofessional. Another issue took place after my brother had paid for his pizza the cashier (different worker) asked for his ID for his credit card after they had charged the card and gave it back. our thought was.. what if it wasn't my brothers card?? what would the cashier have done its already been charged. I also had mentioned that the soda machine was out and they never fixed it for me to refill my particular soda. two out of the 4 games were out of order as well so the kids entertainment wasnt to its full potential... who doesn't like games out at a pizza place??.. At last while we were leaving another customer had said out loud " I can see that this is inconvenient for you" and had walked out before ordering. Round Table definitely has the best pizza out of all the places in the area. They're always consistent on everything they make. The pizza never disappoints, from the Maui Zaui to the BBQ Chicken. I've never gotten a pizza with a soggy crust in the center as I have with other places. A large seems to always be more than enough for two people. The wings are pretty good here as well. Spicy buffalo is actually pretty hot, and the mild have the perfect amount of spice. Another flavor worth trying is the Polynesian, I love getting those in the boneless style. Their salad bar is always stocked up and the lettuce has always been fresh and crisp. There's plenty of toppings to make a delicious salad and their ranch is super good. I love that they have 805 and Blue Moon on draft, it's always nice to get a beer while you wait for your pizza, since it can take around 20-30 minutes when they're busy. The staff has always been nice. I haven't come across anyone that seem like they don't want to be there. Online ordering always seems to be a breeze here as well. This location recently remodeled the inside and it turned out great! The new paint pops and the wood accent walls the put in are pretty stunning. Had a great experience at this Round Table location today. I attended a birthday party and was more than impressed with the service that the manager, Richard gave us. We had a lot of moving parts involved with our party, ice cream that needed to be stored in the freezer while the guests ate pizza, a cake that needed to be sliced and served, plenty of forks for the guests, individual pizzas for each guest (each guest ordered their own pizzas) and Richard was on top of all of it. Constantly making sure that we had everything we needed, delivering pizza, manning the cash register, cleaning the tables ... and always displaying a positive, friendly, enthusiastic attitude. And the pizza was delicious! For anyone wanting to throw a party, I can't recommend this Round Table highly enough. Especially if Richard is taking care of you. read more

I love round table & this review has nothing to do with food. We called in our order so it wouldn't be that long of a wait. On the phone they said 25 min. We showed up about 5 min later. We received our pizza 40 min after that. When we mentioned the wait to the staff-they turned and walked away without saying anything. We have a family of 5 and they brought us 4 plates - when she dropped off the pizza she said she'd bring another plate. She never came back. With how crappy their service is I wouldn't be surprised to find disarray and filth in the kitchen - those 2 things do tend to go together - general lack of caring about your business. Not bad, I read some other reviews and it seems like the all you can eat isn't cool, but I was outside those hours so it doesn't apply to me. The service was nice and fast, and the food was good. The employees kept everything clean and it was nice to see that for once.
