Big shout out to store manager Marco. After having a difficult visit a couple I days ago he contacted me this morning and after a brief conversation offered to make it right !!! He followed thru with everything he said he would and we are very happy !!! read more

Round table is right across the street from Mountain Mikes. You can usually see both lunch buffet signs on the opposite sides of the street. I usually end up going to Mountain Mikes bc it's a dollar cheaper but today I had a coupon. I will never go to Mountain Mikes agains. Round tables salad bar toppings selection far exceeds Mountain Mikes and the pizza isn't skimpy on the toppings either. Pay the extra dollar and eat at round table. read more

Round Table Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Oakley, California

This is the worst pizza we have ever had!! 1 large pepperoni over baked couldn't even taste the red sausage, 1 medium mushroom and olive also over baked no red square flavor at all!! The worst part 51.00 with delivery!! Do not recommend this Round table !! Winco pizza for quarter the cost is by far better pizza!! read more

Christopher was super rude had attitude when taking my order. Made me feel like I was an inconvenience after I placed my order they called me to let me know that they did not have The bone in wings 10 minutes later they called me again to let me know they had no wings that they only had chicken nuggets or a refund with a attitude ... they need to get it together there I will definitely not be coming back....now my order is going to be delayed a extra 20 minutes....:. Definitely not feel like a valued customer this is really sad because I love this place ... read more

Called to place an order was told there would be a 1 1/2-2 hour wait . That's ridiculous! Then asked if I could use my coupon was told no . I asked if they had any specials they said no . Like really your gonna make me wait two hours for pizza and no discount what so ever ??? Really ? The man on the phone was condescending and acted like I was bothering him . Get it together round table ! read more

I like my Pizza a certain way and I have tried about everywhere and still no luck... until Oakley Roundtable .. light red sauce, cheese , double pepperoni, and crust the top before removing.. absolutely beautiful.. pure perfection.. and then the deliver driver.. she a grandma like me.. I love that she used the children's app I recommend and remember to thank me when she came again with my perfect pizza.. lastly, my nice delivery driver got a dead battery on route to my house and was stuck somewhere on a dark road waiting on AAA .. so I called about my pizza is how I learned the fate of my pizza. It had been an hour and a half.. well the manager said that she would take her own car after she makes me a new pizza, and deliver it to me herself.. then the manager was very apologetic about the tardiness.. I said." FORGET ABOUT ME,, heck, I'm worried about that nice grandma sitting in the dark somewhere.. this is a great place to go! read more

The quality of the pizza just doesn't impress me at this location. They cannot make a pan crust to save their lives. And the pizza tastes like cardboard. Little ceasers deep dish actually beats them. So sad to say read more

Been going here for a while and had a really bad pizza that's going to keep me away. Went with the family after a lazy night where there was no way my Wife or I was going to cook. Pizza was bland and the dough was ridiculously flat. We ordered a regular pizza and it came out extremely thin. Complained to the clerk and the manager who both claimed that was how the pizza is made. We have been going there for over a year and it was quite a different pizza than we were used to. Not a bad pizza, just not what we were used to. read more

So apparently, this Round Table Pizza has a problem with giving out paper plates with take out orders. Was told once that it's a corporate thing, but I have never had this issue with deliveries at other locations. They also seem to have a problem keeping cheese and pepper packets available as well, so either they are too cheap to make these items available, or they need to order adequate supplies. This is not a one-off issue... it happens all the time...might have to try out the Brentwood location to see if it's any different there. read more

Will never order from there again!!!!! ever time I give them a chance it's messed up. I order 3 pizzas for pick up once I got home one of the pizza boxes there was no pizza . I had to drive back there and was told that that they would have never given me just an empty pizza box had to show picture. I tried them once again only because the store manager made it right then once again another problem ordered tonight and did delivery this time ordered at 6:30 pizza should have been delivered at 7:30 had to call at 8pm to see where my pizza was then then said well it's going to be another 40 mins+ after waiting on hold for 10 min to talk to someone.talked to the manager and he said after talking to him do you want your pizza or a refund if you want your pizza then keeping me on the phone was only delaying the order more. i said maybe you should call your customers to advise that the pizza will be over 1.5 hours late he then stated we are busy and can't call. the worst pizza place around just order from Sabrina's pizza instead better pizza and better service!!!!! will never order from round table pizza Oakley again!!!!!!!! read more

Round table must of run out of cheese today, because I asked for extra. They showed it to me and it looked like it had extra cheese until I bit into it. The only place there was actually cheese was near the crust. There wasn't any by the time I got to the middle of the pizza. I'm to far away to take it back, but think it is time to change where I get pizza from now I haven't been here for a long time, so I thought I would give them another try. I was pleasantly surprised that they made the pizza exactly like I ordered, and not skimping on anything. The only downfall today was that nobody was up front to help me. read more

This has become one of my two go-to pizza places. My first experience wasn't great. But I have become a fan since then. My pizza usually comes super fast when I order delivery. Today the delivery took an hour but the pie was still pretty damn good. read more

I've been to this location many times and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always professional and polite. The buffet is a great deal for quality pizza. The salad bar is always clean and well stocked. It would be nice to have a bigger selection for the buffet but I understand you can't have ten pizzas out with only six customers. Oh, the TV volume can be a tad high at times, guess that's all I can really complain about and that's not too much. read more

Always fresh and great service with a smile! Buffet is the way to go. read more

Round Table Pizza - Buffet - Pizza Near Me - Oakley, California

To start off first I just want to explain that my husband is one of the nicest people in the world and hates when people are treated badly so to have him come home and tell me the story was extremely upsetting. He came home letting us know that he asked for some ranch that came with our cheesy sticks and when asking the worker in charge she laughed in his face with extreme attitude walked away and never came back. My husband was so flustered that he just walked away because he felt uncomfortable and almost dropped his pizza because of how uncomfortable he felt. When we called to inquire about why he was treated this way and why order was not complete the individual on the phone stated she was the acting supervisor in charge and also was the individual that dealt with him. She stated that she did not laugh at him and that she walked away to get the ranch but when she came back he was gone. I explain to her that if she possibly communicated with him and said I'll be right back with that without an attitude or laughing at him he may have known that she was getting it for him and could've waited. He also expressed that she had air pods in and so he was not sure if she was even talking to him. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years and so I understand when things are frustrating and a lot is going on but when customers come in and they are nice like my husband the disrespect was not OK. She also expressed that five people asked before him for the same thing so that's why she was annoyed which doesn't excuse the way she talk to him because he had no idea. We were very upset with how she came about everything and we are not OK with how she handled it. read more

We like going to Round Table for the lunch special...Iam in love with their new Flatbread Pizzas, they all are sooo delicious!!! My only gripe is the salad bar...Wilted, brown lettuce is not appealing nor fresh...Have to dig for decent ones, but overall good food and always friendly workers that greet us everytime!!! read more

The customer service here is amazing. They are very nice people and they are willing to attend you quickly and nicely. They are polite. They are fast. I am surprised because I've been to different locations with different types of employees. But this place is great. And they make the food fast and perfect. read more

Ordered to go pizza and wings.it took an hour and 20 minutes and when it finally got here....IT WAS COLD!I love Round Table usually, but this time it was sub-par.and I might add that they are arguably the most expensive delivery out there..... Now it's May 13th and I have ordered again from this round table in Oakley ca. If I could give them a NEGATIVE 1STAR I would.pizza, again took an hour and a half and was cold,UNDER COOKED,DOUGHY,even though I ordered it well done, and asked for ranch and didn't receive it.this is THE WORST ROUND TABLE I'VE EVER pHAD PIZZA FROM!!!.I used to think it was great pizza, but after my last 3 experiences,I may not pick them again.DOMINOS IS MUCH CHEAPER AND AT LEAST THE PIZZA IS COOKED WELL. SOOO SAD.NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!! read more

I wanted to take a second to say that this establishment has a great group of workers. They have great customer service. I ordered a pizza with the intention of using a coupon and when I got there realized that it was my mistake and I had read the coupon wrong. Instead of charging me the full price they honored the coupon. Customer for life. Pizza is great and so is the service read more

The service at this resturant is not up to standard. They can not get my online order correct no matter how many times I order. It is not a complicated order either. Substitute garlic sauce for the red pizza sauce. Does not take a rocket scientist. read more

I was visiting from out of town and tried Round Table Pizza for the very first time. I had a wonderful experience. The restaurant was clean, service was friendly, and food was delicious. I will be coming back next time I'm in town! read more

Super good pizza...but it when they tell you it's going to be 45 minutes and then take an hour and a half is pretty frustrating‍ it's happened numerous times read more

First time in this location. I had an issue last time I went to the lone tree way location with using a coupon from entertainment. I ordered the exact same thing here and used the same coupon for this location and Wyatt was wonderful. Rang it up with no problem and had no issue with using the coupon. And strangely enough the price was cheaper. Very impressed with Wyatt. He was friendly and helpful. Lots better experience! read more

Very disappointed in this Round Table Pizza. The customer service is very unwelcoming. Plus, they do not get our order correct every time. We will not be ordering here again. read more

Super annoying to call and then get left on hold!!! I called on my way home, and got put on hold. I decided to just go there since I was still ok hold by the time I got close. Of course I walk in and NOBODY's inside. So they weren't even busy. What a joke. I let the girl behind the counter know that some guy just left me on hold. She says 'people have been saying that'. Well then, something should be done. Not cool. read more

Good pizza most of the time however their online ordering is not good. Says 1 hour delivery then pizza is a no show. I called at an hour and twenty minutes it was in the oven. Actual delivery time was 1:30-1:40 minutes as only 1 delivery person. I explained time provided at ordering and was told that internet ordering can't predict what's happening in the store. So I cancelled the delivery and picked it up. I explained to cashier that a call would have been nice so I could have been given the option to plan on picking up or keep an extremely delayed delivery. She said - Oh you didn't get a call? Well no, why would I suggest it if I had received a call? In addition restaurant was empty other than a small party in party room. . Very poor customer service. Customer service is one of the most important things when running a business. read more

This location is mediocre at best. About 50% of the orders we get look like bread with a few toppings. I have to always remember to check the pies before leaving. One x-large King Arthur Supreme had about 2 peppers and 5 olives and all the non pepperoni toppings were only on one side of the pizza. 30 bucks for a crappy made pizza does not a happy customer make. One flaw about this location is that when ordering, they never ask what crust you want. Every other Round Table my wife and I have used always asks us what crust. Kind of annoying to get a thin crust when pan Is supposed to be the default. Still, the crust and cheese is the normal great Round Table flavor, just check your pie before leaving if its takeout. read more

Came in at 132pm. Was told buffet over, I understand we missed it by 2mins. But if it's still full and you have an empty restaurant, you could still offer it. Instead of joking with the boys in the back how it's all for you and the staff. Very rude! However your restaurant is destroyed, had 1 table without plates that we had to wipe down ourselves. Disgusting looking at all the leftover food on tables while waiting for our food, we changed it to go. Empty salad bar, no guest service, when another guest walks behind the counter for his own box because you can get off your phone by the bathroom! Haven't been to a round table in quite some time, this is not the experience to make me return. If the boys could actually work and run a store then it may be decent to come back, but this deserves 0 stars. read more

Good pizza, but delivery is slow.... when I ordered they said 45 minutes to an hour.... I called at one hour and they said will be right there.... 15 minutes later still no pizza, called to complain and got brushed off..... again good pizza, but delivery and customer service isn't the best.... pizza wasn't very hot read more

I stopped going to this location a few years ago, even though I live very near to it. I switched to the Sandcreek location for better service, better pizza. This past order, I gave the Oakley location another try. Same awful service, same awful pizza....different day....2 years later. A 25 minute wait time always turns into over an hour. read more

I am giving 1 star because there is no "No Star" option! I order pizza from this Round Table often. Lately their service has been rolling downhill. Tonight I called and ordered my usual pepperoni pizza the young man on the phone informed me it would be approximately 45 minutes, this was at 6:20 pm... We called the store twice asking about the status. The first time they hung up on me, the second time the girl on the phone was very rude saying there was nothing to be done since it was already on the car out for delivery and it would take another 20 minutes. Did not offer any compensation. 8:10 PM, 1 hour and 50 minutes later, pizza arrives. The delivery man only apologized after being confronted about the delay. Dominos guarantees free if over 30 minutes for delivery, I guess I will be ordering their pizza from now on. read more

After moving to Oakley we gave this place a try and we were pleasantly surprised. I know... its just a Round Table but the staff was very nice and actually seemed to appreciate the business. We've been back several times and have been treated the same way each time. The pizza is always tasty and prepared relatively quick considering the time it takes to bake a pizza. It was a little on the pricy side but I've paid more for poor service or a pizza that was either burnt, raw or just tasted like crap. So I felt they deserved a positive review and kudos for a job well done. read more

This new location (opened in 2009) is spacious and comfortable - unlike Mountain Mike's across the road. They have a GREAT family night on Tuesdays from about 6-9 p.m. with all-you-can-eat buffet and lots of games and activities for the kids. One night they hat an inflatable jump tent; another night was Rockband on Wii; and they always have face painting and crafts. It's the place for Tuesday nights! read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I ordered a pizza online, didn't show up for over 2 hours, they say they didn't have my address. On my email receipt copy shows CUSTOMER ADDRESS but they had my phone number? makes no sense at all didn't bring my sodas and still charged me the full amount. After calling and asking to not be charged for this meal the guy was very rude and told me to bring the pizza's back in. They have lost my large family as a customer. read more
