I called to plan a birthday party for a few people (10) and they went above and beyond. When I arrived in the morning to drop off the cake, they were actually waiting for me. In the afternoon when we returned to have lunch, they had sectioned off an area for us. It was very special and nice. The pizza and salad bar were excellent. Had a post soccer season pizza party here. They did a fantastic job and treated us like celebrities. Attentive and friendly staff. The food is good enough for a group of 11 yr old boys. I use to love this place, but I have to agree with everyone that wrote a review. The pizza is a lot more greaser then normal and it doesn't taste the same. I do miss the old owners especially "Gus" and the way the pizza use to taste. the customer service is great and very friendly, but I don't think that I will be coming back here for a good pizza. I love Roundtable but this one is a must skip. After trying to order delivery and the employee repeatedly showing to be incapable of getting my order straight, my son and I drove over. I was rudely instructed to wait while the person that failed to take my order laughed it up with the counter person. He then served himself a salad while she took the order from a customer that came in three minutes later than us. BTW, the pizza was burned and the extra cheese I paid for no where to be found. This place used to be the best round table. Now their ingredients taste cheap the cheese is not the same. I ordered what I always have for years and was so disgusted by all the tomato sauce they put on my pizza and with so little cheese I feel like if I pay $30 for a pizza I should be getting best ingredients on my pizza. I was left on hold for 20 minutes to order a pizza and had to hang up and call again and then was still put on hold. I give up!

After 3 years of doing business with Round Table of Morgan Hill. I called in my order to take out. I have to repeat my number 5 times. I place my order for 2 pizzas and was told 25 mins. (She didn't repeat my order.) I send my kid in to pick up the order and the lady at the counter is asking my child to talk nice on the phone. Humm ok. We get home and 1 pizza is correct the 2nd pizza was supposed to be a meat lovers but was given a garden delight. I look at the receipt and the lady wrote up my order wrong. So I called and asked for the manager. I stated this wasn't what I ordered. She argued with me. I asked if they can deliver the pizza that was wrong. She stated a hour and twenty mins. By this time time I am pissed. She is still arguing and talking over me. I get in the car and drive the pizza back to the store. I walk in and return the pizza and receive a refund. I asked for the owners name and she said she was the owner. If the real owner acts like this you should know how to treat a customer. I will be contacting corporate to share my experience! read more

My husband and I love their pizza! Italian Garlic Supreme...YUMMY! Bread sticks for the kids, and I make a salad at home. We always pick it up, so never a problem with the temp. We've eaten there a few times with the kids. Seems fairly clean and "normal" as far as a pizza establishment. To my memory, the salad bar was decent...the beer was cold and good! Well, off to go get our pizza! Oh, they're always busy...REAL BUSY...so they must be doing something right! read more

Very sad to see the quality of the food going down at this place on regular basis. They keep cutting the corner on the food by putting less meat on the pizza. I decided to do a last minute pizza and bowling party(Morgan Hill Bowl) for my son. I went in and asked the employee if I can reserve the back room. She said there was no problem I got it for 2 hours. I had never ate inside and to my surprise it was buffet hour. I was so happy with the staff they made it so easy, they kept a tab for me as my guests arrived. They even asked us what type of pizzas we wanted so they can keep making them. I was so happy and the pizza was great! All the kids and adults were happy and satisfied, we even got to try a new pizza I had never had, chicken and jalapeño! Delicious! Our family loves Round Table Pizza and we are frequent customers. Unfortunately, the last three times we have patronized the Morgan Hill location, they made a mistake with the order - wrong sauce, wrong toppings, wrong pizza, etc. Twice we had to wait for them to make replacements. The last time it happened, we couldn't wait and had to leave pizza-less. This store needs to focus on getting the order correct. We'll always be Round Table fans, but we won't order from this location again. read more

Round Table Pizza in Morgan Hill, CA has great food. The pricing is a bit too high but it's okay for the occasional outing. I like to dine inside a restaurant some times. Here the staff is awesome but the decor leaves a lot to be desired, even for a pizza place. The benches are cracked and uncomfortable. This is as good as pizza gets! I have been coming here for years, the staff has always been amazing. Courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful. They always supply you with plates, never forget the condiments, always double check your order when ordering and when you pick up. the taste is consistent and always the best. They have a lunch special which is awesome. Different types of pizza, all you can eat pizza and salad. They always have coupons you can use and try to save you money. It has taken me a while to decide to write this review but I think everyone should know how bad the management and service is at this round table.... :( I was born and raised in Morgan Hill my whole life and been to many parties and dinners here but I have never been so disrespected... Feb 7th was my husbands and I anniversary and he ordered me a heart shape pizza and when I went to go pick it up it was round and not heart shape didn't notice till I was driving home. I called immediately and told the lady who answered and of course she apologies and says we can remake it. I told her no it will just go to waste I already got a pizza.. she said she will take my name and number and I will have a pizza credit for a future dinner. I agreed and we hung up.Feb. 14th I called at opening 10:00am and asked if I can get that pizza I was owed for that night we augured a bit about how they messed up my last order and I was told I can get a credit .. she finally agreed and then said yes so then we hung up.. on my way home from work I just wanted to verify and confirm my order for pick up at 6 pm so I called back and she again told me NO.. I told her I will be there for my pizza .I showed up and pizza wasn't ready.I asked to talk to manger not knowing it was her husband and I was denied that option I told her I NEED to speak to him and he finally came out and that was NO GOOD he was a total JERK and DISRESPECTFUL Asking me "what you don't have 20$ " yes I do and plenty more but that's was beside the point they screwed up my order..and he's the owner..I fought and argued with him too.. come to find out they never even put my order in... long story short :) I didn't leave until I got my pizza.... I had the worst customer service I've ever experience at this Round Table with the manager specifically. He was inconsiderate, rude and didn't help solve a very basic problem of a misplaced pizza order. All I wanted to was get a pizza to my house as soon as possible given the fact I was given an initial time of 30 minutes till selievery and called 1hr 10 min later. I spoke with two other employees that worked under this manager that had better communication and customer service skills then he had. Ordered via phone the large Wombo Combo with black olives. I was absolutely happy with this pizza. I had it delivered to my motel I was staying at. This pizza so delicious. The overflow of ingredients on this thing was extremely generous, the crust was cooked thoroughly, it was golden brown and crispy perfect around the crust border. I normally I have zero issues with this round table, food is decent and they always deliver to my home no questions asked, always friendly delivery men. One time I had ordered and delivery a woman had came to drop off our order when I was not home, I paid with a credit card and had ran out to take our dog to the emergency vet. My husband didn't know that I did not tip on the card since I always tip in cash. The delivery woman rudely said "no tip, this is far" (we live in coyote valley - they are the closest pizza place to us and like I said I've never had an issue in the past they always deliver. Today was different. I believe I had the same lady on the phone who had made the comment to my husband. She was immediately rude when she realized the address and said she had to check the map. I told her we order from there all the time. She proceeded to take my order with attitude and then told me my card would not go through. Then when I asked her to try a different zip code for that particular card she said "the owner will not let me go" so I said okay I will not be ordering from you ever again. I'm sure the owner speaks $$ and I've never been turned down for a delivery to my house from them before and literally order a pizza just about every Sunday or once a week. Pizza is very good... been going there for 20 years... But the service has become terrible as the price has gone up and up. Today they screwed up my order for the last time... Paid for a 1/2 Premium Italian Garlic Supreme, but got home and found out they gave me a 1/2 Sausage and Cheese... Absolutely the worst. At one time a good store. Customer Service SUCKS! Ordered a pizza for delivery. Told one hour. Okay. 90 minutes later a nice lady delivers the pizza. Luke warm to cold. Called the store to request the charge be reduced - manager tried to blame it on the delivery person.
