Have been coming to this apparently family owned and operated Round Table franchise in Morgan Hill for many years and the pizza and bread twists have been amazingly consistent in their quality over time. Personally I'm a fan of the Maui Zaui or what I had this time the 1/2 King Arthur's Supreme and the other 1/2 Chicken & Garlic Gourmet (for the wife). They never skimp on toppings and the flavor is very good. The family and other folks working there are friendly and nice and another plus is they've remodeled in the last couple of years so the interior seating is really nice as there's booths vs the bench seating they had for the previous 15+ years. read more

I went here with a lot of caution and worry after reading the reviews from other customers. I was pleasantly surprised and shocked of the quality of cleanliness and how the buffet was stacked with full bowls given it was only an hour to closing. Called for pick up and the employee who answered the phone was courteous and asked me how my day was, we exchanged greetings and then he took my order. He gave great customer service. Ordered a medium half combination half pepperoni and some spicy chicken wings. The wing were good and the level of spice was perfect and complemented the pizza well. Wings temp was hot while the pizza was a bit on the cold side, bummer. read more

I love a great like pizza like anyone else. Went to get a personal cheese pizza and some hot wings to lighten up my Friday nite, I was going to take it home to eat but I decided to dine in but I was so hungry. Wish I would have taken a pic of the wing's because tonight I decided to order a couple of personal pizzas another order of hot wings since they were so good on Friday. But poorly I was disappointed, the wings were half the size of what I got on Friday night hardly any sauce on it. I asked the lady I gave you my food why are they so small and unfortunate I couldn't understand what she was saying under her mask. I should've rejected them, like one bite per wing. There's no excuse of serving a teeny weenie wings at the full price of $8.99 (6). She should've offered me a discount, but she rambled off some excuse and I just left. Another successful round table lunch I don't know why they don't have better reviews but they are the ONLYYYY pizza joint around my house that never gets my order wrong ! & I appreciate it so much. I even forgot to order twists & called to add it, no problems & they weren't missing when they delivered. They promised it by 358pm I got it around 330pm. Definitely appreciate them & their service. Fairly surprised by the reviews since the service I received was fast and friendly. I've gone to other Round Table locations that have either been a hit or miss. I'd say that this location is consistent and doesn't disappoint. Check your snail mail for coupons and if you're in a hurry, they also have some decent deals online on their website. I definitely plan to come back here for my future pizza needs and cravings. Make sure to sign up for their app to get reward points for your purchases. I absolutely love pizza. Round table in general is a go to pizza for me. Each location will very on its hospitality. This location has great pizza and service. I couldn't by pass the drunk passed out guy at the table as you walk into the establishment. The lady didn't seem too bothered about his over all health or condition. I should have called the city, but we were also trying to enjoy pizza night as a family. Sometimes I need to leave my Karen hat at home :D. But safety of my children is super important and it being a family location they could have resolved the uncomfortable situation at the table in front of their door. read more

Last week, ordered a medium Italian garlic supreme for pick over the phone, had my order repeated back to me, and was told 15-20 minutes. When I got there, I was told it was $40 and some change. I said no, I just got ordered a medium not a large. The lady said, yes, that's how much it costs now. I was in sticker shock and still am. I looked around to try to find prices and sure enough $39 for a medium pizza, $41 for a large. She could tell I was in shock because as I was looking around, she said, "yeah, prices went up". I ask her why didn't she tell me the price over the phone? I tell her I'm a AAA member and show her my card and she states they don't do the AAA discount anymore. At this point, I tell her, I'm sorry, but I can't justify paying $40 for a medium pizza" and I walk out. These prices are justifiable! Round Table Pizzas are franchise. If the owner is going to price gouge and not accept the AAA discount, then I'm staying away for good and holding tight onto my money. Two weeks ago my family and I went to a different Round Table in a neighboring county and the same pizza only cost $22 after the $2 AAA discount. I am NOT paying a whole hours' worth of pay for a medium pizza. This is literally just price gouging at this point. Yelp has a check in offer for $25. You get 1 large 1 topping pizza with 6 wings and 6 garlic twists, all for $25.... Good deal, right? INCORRECT!! I tried using this check in offer and obviously Trini, the employee (not sure if misspelled her name as she was not wearing her name badge) did not offer this deal to us. I know her name since I asked for her name. I asked Trini if she knew anything about Yelp and she did not understand how Yelp works. I explained how it worked and asked if she can get another staff to help her accommodate the Yelp check in offer. She flat out says, no. No shame on her for saying no multiple times and she did not want to help or offer the Yelp deal. I'm not happy about the service she provided and and me and husband will not be coming back to this entity. In fact, I CANNOT recommend this location for any new visitors in this town. I hope management speaks to Trini about her attitude and customer service. Hopefully she or the cooks did not do anything to our foods. POOR SERVICE ENTIRELY from Trini. Management should also remove or take down their Yelp offer deal for this location as they do not want to honor this deal. This is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Husband and I were going to go the the BBQ place down the street (Trail Dust BBQ), but we decided to come here instead.... What a mistake coming here!! Website is terrible to navigate. It also seems that this location often does not participate in a lot of the promotions that are offered at other locations. This wouldn't be SO bad, but the worst part is that we get coupons mailed to us (within 5 minute drive of this location) and the website wont honor those coupons EVER. Sometimes when you call in, they will honor the coupons, but what is the point of an online ordering system with rewards if you cannot even use it? We have tried this on a few occasions and been so frustrated by the process that we simply give up and order from the other pizza place nearby instead. read more

Round Tables can be hit and miss but this is a good one! Pizza was perfect, the flavors they are known for, and generously loaded with toppings. It's really disappointing that this Round Table is so poorly managed. They do not take COVID-19 protocols seriously. Wearing masks (by staff or patrons) seems to be optional. Most restaurants have figured out a way to limit the number of people in doors picking up orders, but not Round Table. No social distancing and too many people waiting inside to pick up their order. Oh and ontop of their filthy practices, their food can't possibly meet health and safety standards (even if there was no covid). My salad came with a side of mold. Yes, there was mold in my salad. I'm never eating here again, and neither should anyone else. This place needs to be shut down. read more

Not everyone inside wears a mask. Even the owner doesn't wear it properly, half the time it wasn't covering his nose. I saw a number of delivery guys walking around without their masks on. No one was wearing gloves and when I told them to wear masks properly, they acted clueless. Their COVID protocol is awful and should be shut down until they clean it all up. On top of all of it, there was mold and absolutely disgusting spoiled veggies in our salad. Round Table is by far the most superior pizza IMO. And with that quality Round table commands a higher price than the rest. But lately it seems that this location is slacking on quality quite a bit. I don't expect much but when im paying close to $30 for a 1 topping large pepperoni pizza you at the very least I would expect there to at least be cheese all the way around and not big patches missing. Now I thought this might be a one off but the last 4 times consistently this has been the case. Just finished picking up my 3rd company-wide order from these guys! I always feel so bad because I place an order for 80+ personal pizzas, and I know it's gotta be a pain to make them all in my timeframe! I needed them by 11:15 (15 minutes after they open) so I went in the day before to place this order. Justin was SUPER helpful, and it was very easy to communicate my needs to him and the team he was with. I got all 80 pizzas to my work with time to spare, and they were delicious as always! I hadn't had RT for a while, so set out to order online for delivery. Insider tip: if you like thin crust, like I do, you cannot order it online. So I picked up the phone and asked why. The very nice guy (maybe the owner or a manager?) explained they weren't allowed to have it on there, per corporate I guess. But he happily took my order over the phone and I sat back to await my dinner. Guess who shows up on time? The same nice gentleman I spoke to on the phone. My thin-crust pizza was hot, prepared correctly (heavy on the red sauce!) and totally delicious. So it's not the cheapest pizza but I didn't want cheap - I wanted good or even great, and RT totally delivered. This location has absolutely earned my five stars. Don't forget to tip! read more

My go to spot! it's close to me. They offer deals/coupons. Great customer service. A Buffett and a variety of toppings. The Maui-Zaui for me is a must have once a month.
