I decided to give the Morgan Hill Round Table another try last night after several years due to bad experiences in the past. I phoned in my order and was told it would be about 45 minutes to pick it up. Although I arrived nearly 1 hour later, I was told my pizza was not ready yet. The lady behind the counter seemed confused why I questioned it was taking so long and would not give me a valid reason. This same lady (I was told her name as Fabiola) was arguing with other customers about their orders. She also refused to scan my gift card even though other Round Table locations can do it without an issue. I've also been told by two other people who are regular customers here and found out they have the same issues. I spoke with Round Table corporate office about this store and their practices and they were a bit surprised with my experience. They told me they would relay my concerns to the owner. I will never return to the Morgan Hill store again until that lady is no longer working there, I'll drive to Gilroy or San Jose instead. read more

Tonight it was so crazy busy at our local Round Table. No parking and a line out the door. Who would have thought that pizza on Valentine's Day was such a big hit. I ordered and payed online. Super easy. Same as always when we have RT Pizza. I went to the front of the line assuming our pizza would be ready. It was not. The place was jammed packed with people that it became clear they were a little behind with orders. BUT the man who helped me, and had to tell me my order wasn't ready and it was going to be quite awhile longer, was so friendly and apologetic and did his best to be helpful that it made all the difference. Looking behind the counter, there were so many people really hard at work trying to get it all done. So I waited for our pizza and when I went back to the counter, the same guy apologized again. And he never stopped smiling! His friendly attitude and all the employees hard at work definitely deserved 5 stars. I guess this RT was the happening place to celebrate Valentines Day. Lol. My husband and I denjoyed the heart-shaped pizza too. Nice touch. I have since found out the nice and helpful man behind the counter's name is Luis. He just delivered our pizza tonight in the midst of the covid shut-down. And of course, he was smiling again. Truly a pleasure doing business with this local business in Morgan Hill. read more

Trash service delivery person kicked in my door bell instead of using his hand and broke it called to report it to the manage/owner Maria who immediately went on the defensive mood. With attitude and saying someone else broke it when I told how could that be I just spoke with your delivery person she then stated she would need photographic evidence today. I proceeded to ask her where I could send the photo's upon receiving the photo's she still insisted it wasn't her drive and need video evidence of him doing it. Long story short I used to order there once a week I no longer will be giving them my business and I encourage you to do the same. read more

Eew!!!! MAJOR bug infestation at Round Table in Morgan Hill! Maybe I just caught them on a bad evening, but GROSS. I went to Round Table to grab pizza with some coworkers, and it was impossible not to breathe and/or consume some of the many tiny fruit fly type bugs that were hovering all around the restaurant (especially in the salad bar area). It was funny, actually -- I was frantically waving the bugs away from our faces and heads, and one of my coworkers informed me that some guy walking past us waved at me because he thought I was waving at him! :) The pizza, from what I could tell, was definitely nothing great. If you want good pizza in Morgan Hill, definitely go to My Pizza! They have the best pizza EVER, in my opinion. read more

Overpriced salad bar; sign says one needs new plate for each visit. Charged $8 and manager said one time salad and that they changed their policy 4 years ago but didn't get around to change their sign. Won't be back. read more

Our first time since we moved here . We ordered delivery . It is exactly and maybe even better than where we moved from . Prices are about the same as Mountain Mikes and Parktown pizza , yet this is generous with toppings and crust is perfect . Our New fave for order out read more

I don't see how they stay in business. No where on their website can you find pricing. I won't order unless I see the prices. Some stupid marketing trick I guess. read more

This place brings me back to my childhood and how good Round Tables used to be. We had the best service - friendly staff and everything was amazing! We ordered a large pizza with pan crust and usually we like our garlic twists cooked lightly (they're usually over cooked) and everything was cooked to perfection. Will return and highly recommend this location if you want OG Round Table! read more

The lunch buffet is the best better than mountain mikes lunch buffet. There were various types of pizzas and breadsticks and the salad bar had mac salad and potato salad. The best thing is they keep bringing in more pizzas as they get done. They had supreme, mushroom with pepperoni, pepperoni, chicken, and artichoke. For 10$ it's the best pizza deal out there read more

I've been sitting for over 20 minutes now waiting for them to bring out a pizza for the lunch buffet. Anyways I'm going to break this review down in three catagories. Service: The service here usually sucks and they are rude. Mainly the young girl that works here who always wears the nor-cal sweatshirts. She is rude and when you approach the register to order she comes off with this pompous attitude that you are bothering her by asking her to do her job. If not that she is too busy going out to her car to help you. Product: The pizza is cheaply made. Lack of sauce and cheese. They short hand their product. Furniture: The inside is dirty and gross. The seats are cracked and worn. Marks on the walls and dirty floors. Overall this is one of the worst RTP's I've been too. I will usually drive to San Jose to avoid this place unless I'm time restricted. read more

1) Entertainment Book mobile coupons! 2) All You Can Eat Buffet 3) Two TVs in the dining area 4) Online coupons 5) Wombo Combo Be grateful for your local RTP. I'm visiting from Phoenix, where there aren't any RTP locations. On a friend's recommendation, we had a small Wombo Combo ($16.99), and I used the 15% off coupon. It was the perfect size for two adults (six total slices), so that you can save room for dessert later! For the gourmet combination of Primo pepperoni, Italian sausage, linguica, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and green onions on zesty red sauce for about $8 per person, I'd say that's a pretty good deal! And the pizza was delicious. Try it next time! read more

We ordered the All Meat Marvel the other day. Quite disappointing, half as much meat as the commercial shows, very little sauce, and the size of a medium. I guess they are trying to save money. read more

Usually I order online for delivery. Today, I went in to order. I almost threw up from the pee smell coming up from the carpet. That place needs to be torn and replaced. I will NEVER order pizza from there again. Disgusting! read more

I ordered 1 large with pineapple and 6 twist. Had a coupon for it being $27.99. They charged me $35. When I questioned it he said it's correct. I told him $7 for tax doesn't seem right. He said he verified it was correct. When I saw the reiept, he took off $6.99 from the $30 large pizza ($23). He then charged me $8.99 for the twists. When I asked him about it he explained that I had 2 toppings because cheese is considered a topping. It was busy so for the sake of everyone else's sanity I left it as is and didn't make it a big deal. Hope no one else got scammed tonight, those guys were clearly way over their heads. read more

I ordered doordash on Sunday aug 28th around 715pm and whoever made my pizza I hope both sides of your pillow are cold. I hope your phone charger doesn't ever break so you'll never have to charge it at a weird angle. I hope you never step on a lego. I appreciate whoever made the pizza because it turned an off day around. Thank you. Idk what I did to deserve such a great amount of cheese. I ordered a personal mini cheese pizza & 3 bread sticks. read more

It seems Round Table has changed the crust to a hard, cardboard like material. We have always loved the Maui Zaui pizza but with the new crust the pizza is awful. The crust is hard and crunchy not soft, chewy and flavorful like it used to be. Hope they go back to the old pizza dough soon. read more

So sad. Called in for 1 pizza for delivery at 6:44 and pizza just arrived at 8:05. 1 mile away and came warm at best. I asked for no onions, and guy repeats no onions and sure enough we get onions. I hate leaving a poor review, but this was completely deserved. Won't be making this call again. read more

Lady who is in the restaurant was very accommodating and help full had gift card that didn't work she tried to get it to work 3 times it wasn't scanned correctly when it was bought we got it as a gift don't have the receipt O WELL stuff happens the pizza was so so not great have had better over cooked. read more

This is the worst round table I've ever been to. Pizza lunch buffet had no fresh pizzas. They don't even start to make them fresh until after you order. By the time fresh pizza gets there you are finished. Place also needs to be decluttered. It looks like someone tried to convert a garage inside the place, not like a restaurant. read more

I ordered a pizza online, and walked in to pick it up. The girl with the nose piercing goes "it'll be a few minutes" no problem. Then she goes off in the back and complains to her co-workers that she hates dealing with customers. Keep in mind the place is full and there is also other people waiting to pick up their food. Another couple came in to pick up their order and she got sour really quick. Not sure what happened, but she gave them attitude. To the girl with the nose piercing and shitty attitude, if customer service isn't your strong suit, start washing dishes in the back, or do something where you're not seen. Round table pizza shouldn't have to lose business because of you. Won't be coming back here anytime soon. read more

LUIS IS THE SHIT ! Thanks for everything awesome service to make up for my shitty service at mountain mikes !

Pricier than some other places but quality, good customer service and reliable. Been coming here for years, tried to switch to mountain mikes because it's cheaper but the customer service is terrible. Customer treatment goes a long way. read more

Do not order pizza from here, go somewhere else! I placed an order online said about 60 minutes for delivery. 60 minutes go by nothing. Call and follow up, I am told it's on the way. 2 hours go by I call again I'm told the pizza was delivered. They didn't even knock on my door, they left the pizza on the floor slightly opened. I asked for a refund. They refused to give me a refund. They said they could not since they had provided a service. read more

We moved to Morgan Hill 12 years ago and the first dinner in our new home, with just a cardboard box, sleeping bags and our 2 dogs, was the tried and true Round Table Pizza. We knew it wasn't the best but we were new to town and after eating Round Table Pizzas in so many different places you knew you could expect consistency. Kind of like McDonald's, it's certainly by no means the best hamburger you can get but you know it will be the same in South Dakota as Louisiana. So it was with Round Table Pizza. Growing up with them I always returned to the combination and it was a comfort food. It was just good memories. We have ordered many Round Table Pizzas from the Morgan Hill restaurant since but one day a fews years back they became the place that will constantly mess up your order, deliver cold pizzas, deliver cold burned pizzas, deliver pizzas with the wrong toppings and then explain that they ran out of ingredients (after specifically asking if they could make that pizza because we had problems), pizzas that have slid and were smashed in the box, poor attitudes from immature sounding staff, just the sad general sense that they just don't care... What happened to our sentimental favorite? It's a shame. Round Table's corporate offices ought to take a look at this one... read more

Hahaha this is something I'll never forget!!! I get a buy one get one large pizza free coupon in the mail and decided why not get a pizza. I call and order a veggi pizza and a pepperoni for the free one, I planned on picking it up myself so I ask the total and it came out to $40!!!!!Whaaaat?! I said did you charge me for two? No that's how much it is for a Lg pizza, we'll never mind that's rediculous! Well mam what do u want to pay? Uhhh really are we negotiating on a $40 pizza, sir I'll just call Via Mia pizza and get 2 Lg pizzas for $25 tops and that's WITH delivery. Well,,, we have top of the line ingredients, sorry sir it's pizza cancel my order. Yikes read more

Wow I ordered the Italian Garlic Supreme a special for $19.99 It was loaded and delicious!! This pizza normally comes with creamy garlic sauce which I subbed Zesty Red sauce instead and it's Fabulicioso my friends. read more

This is bad pizza that you sometimes cannot help but crave. I don't think they really have a right calling this pizza. Then again, I am a pizza snob who has spent many years living in NYC, the mecca of pizza. Honestly, I would never waste a dime on this junk, but my wife always gets a hankering for it. So, I indulge her like any good husband would do. In a weird way, I get why she craves this junk. There is something about it that despite it not being too good, is good enough in a simple not so good way that's easy down the hatch. Yeah, that didn't make any sense. But what do you expect, eating here doesn't either. read more

Great quality and fantastic flavor every time. A little pricey but doesn't stop me from going back again and again for the fresh ingredients! My favorite is the stuffed crust pepperoni and bacon pizza! A must have!! It should also be noted that I have had nothing but great experiences with customer service every time! Not sure where all the negativity is coming from, great pizza and great employees in my opinion! read more

I had the best experience with Round Table today!! They were awesome!! I called ahead of time to order a pizza a specific way and they totally did it for me!! Heart-shaped to be exact!! . We had previously talked to Fabiola, which is such a sweet person, and she let us know to talk to Jessica today about this to get my order in. Nobody else wanted to do this for me! Like how hard is it to make it right?? Anyways, I called Jessica today and she got my order in right away and had it ready by the time I went in to pick it up. She was very pleasant to talk to when I called and helped me make a choice on other things I wanted to order. The pizza was very good and their hot wings were awesome too! . Not only did they get my order exactly how I wanted it and on time, but when I arrived, they were very friendly as well. I will definitely be ordering from them again! Thank you guys!! You're the best! :) read more

We were on a roadtrip in California and found this place. We were looking for a nice inexpensive lunch, and Round Table hit the spot. Staff was welcoming. The salad bar had a decent variety of items. I told them I was a vegetarian and they quick baked a Vegetable Supreme pizza and put it on the buffet. Three of us had lunch there and all three of us gave the place a thumbs up. read more

Roundtable Pizza in general is my favorite. I used to live in San Jose and moved to Morgan Hill. I ordered my same pizza with extra sauce as I always had in San Jose from this Morgan Hill location. The pizza had sparse cheese to the point where you could see the dough/sauce underneath and it barely covered the pizza. Second, even with the extra sauce, it was barely equivalent to any Roundtable pizza I had with regular sauce. The toppings were sparse also. All in all, very disappointed and will not be utilizing this Rountable again. The location and building could use some sprucing up as well. read more

I had a medium half Italian garlic, half King Arthur tonight. The crust was perfect on thickness and weight and 9.8 on their crust cook. Perfectly topped and even. I worked for RT 20+ years in mgt. Great job. Not from around here but if they make a habit of this at this location, well? Keep it up. Service was very good as well. read more

This RT is horrible!! Recently we went for all you can eat. Walked in and half the tables were empty but hadn't been cleaned. After several minutes we had to ask someone to clean a table for us, they eventually got around to it. Then we went to get our food and the salad was gone and they had run out of pizza. After waiting some more they finally brought out some pizza. Last week we decided to order ahead and just pick up a pizza to take home. When we got there we were told we had to wait in the order line to pick up our pizza. There were several people in line and some of them didn't even know what they wanted. Eventually we picked up our pizza from cashier that was just short of rude. Took the pizza home to find it was burnt, cold and dried out. Won't be going back. read more

This is my second review on this business, and I Yelp the good and bad on businesses, but I can't get passed this horrible service here. After stopping my business with this round table since my last review, a few years ago, I decided to go back. First time back, same shit different day. Every time I order from this location they forget paid for sauces, drinks, anything other than the pizza itself. Always willing to drive back and return with it, but that's not the point. Get the delivered order right! I requested a refund in full this time, as it just brought me right back to the lack in service from years ago. Guys, I'm not talking 1or 2 times...we used to order pizza weekly from this place and nearly every time something was missing, and now years later, same problem, same owner. Anyways, when I requested a refund in full as my meal is incomplete, we went back and forth for a discount and I was stern in a full refund this time. Word for word, I was told "fine, I don't need your money". So refund me, and you won't have my money again! And I suggest finding a more efficient business practice in checking orders before they go out the door! read more

This is my favorite place to order pizza in Morgan Hill. The pizza is generally consistently good and we have never had a problem with their delivery service. I do think it is a little expensive. I ordered a pizza, the driver went to the wrong hotel, then tried to tell me that the doors were locked to my hotel. Which it is not ever locked, but the hotel next door does lock their's. I called in a phone order for a large cheese pizza. It cost me $28. When I looked online it was around $24. I asked at the counter why the price was different and told to order online next time. Meanwhile the specialty pizzas cost $20. This makes no sense. If there's a next time I'll just order a specialty pizza online and hold all the toppings I guess? read more

NAAAAAAAAAAAASTY.... 5-27-2013 6PM, After watching our pizza get cold for about 10-15 minutes while they cooked our garlic twists they forgot about, I saw the girl behind the counter knock over sauce cups over the filthy floor and stack em right back up. I almost did not want to eat the pizza, this is the last straw with this place. There are other local pizza places here that do it right. I can't support my favorite chain, because quality means nothing to them. Food 1/10 they overcooked it, & forget to pop those "pizza bubbles" Service they keep the channels on a spanish networks and kept the TV super loud so they cold hear it in the kitchen. read more
