If I could give zero stars I would. This place is way over priced, probably due to the fact that its ran by a stingy old lady. They charge you for just about everything, I am suprised their isn't a door charge like at a nightclub, however that would be impossible unless of course the new nightclubs are subpar rathole looking pizza joints. Pizza was awesome however went with a group including pregnant sister n law and the experience was horrible. Customer service was terrible from the time we got there to the time we left. Waited for over 45 min for pizza, the lady who took our order did not acknowledge us when we got there matter of fact she answered the phone and took a phone order while we stood waiting to place an order. I asked for a to go box and the guy literally tossed it to me like he was dealing a card game. I will travel to the Morgan Hill Round table the next time we want a great pizza with great service! So today I ordered my usual pizza combination along with the barbeque chicken. I've never had the crappy service I've had today after confirming my order with the woman twice she sent a pepperoni pizza instead of my combo. I called her and on my receipt she charged me for pepperoni which I never even mentioned a pepperoni. I called and asked to speak to manager who happened to be the woman who took my order with extreme rudeness she offered I pay the $6 difference and for me to return the pepperoni to driver I said ok. After some thought I decided I was going to call back because of her rudeness and decided to ask to speak to her manager with more attitude she responded that I could speak to her. I wasn't trying to get a free pizza out of her but I do order frequently no apologies or accountability from what so ever the customer service sucked so whoever orders a large pepperoni will more than likely get a second hand pizza read more

Its good, but pricey for Pizza. Service is poor. this last order for delivery, they were 15 minutes late, food was cold and one of the pizzas was not delivered. they had to go back and get a new one which took another 30 minutes. they only gave 10% discount on the order which was not much for poor service. think twice before you order. read more

Very friendly, helpful staff and the pizza is great! We signed up for "Meal Train" for our dear friends who live in Gilroy. I live and work in San Jose. It was a Friday night and my night for Meal Train. I knew I couldn't make it to Gilroy in time to deliver dinner so I called Round Table since they were our friend's favorite pizza place nearby. Luckily the super kind staff was able to take my order and deliver dinner to our friend's house on time. We later received a thank you note, sounds like the pizza was a hit! We've always gone here since we were little but today will be our last time. First off, the cashier didn't have a clue on taking an order. Looked like he was about 16. We also ordered the salad. The eggs tasted funny. The owner walked in as we were eating our salad. Her and another worker started talking about the salad bar and saying stuff, basically talking crap. I heard the 4worker saying how they change the ingredients at least once a week! We mentioned the taste of the eggs to the owner. She got an egg with the tong and it fell back in the container after the egg touched her hand and mouth. The worker said they last about 6 months to a year! Totally disgusted! We asked for a refund and she said no. And she continued to argue with us. The place looks pretty dingy now. Their garbage can next to the salad bar is actually a laundry basket! Really? As expensive as your pizza is you can't afford an actual garbage can? Not good for a business owner and horrible customer service! read more

I have always liked Round Table pizza however the service and managment at this resturant is rude and unhelpful. We came in one time after ordering pizza s there for the last ten years (they track your orders) and my husband had my debit card (same last name) and they wouldn t take our card. Ok that was a little upsetting. But then I ordered a take out order and they wouldn t take my card because we had returned a pizza. They didn t care what long term customers we were. Basically we were banned from oredering pizza because we didn t pick up one pizza because they wouldn t let us pay for it! I called MM afterward and they were so kind and helpful. The pizza is just as good and there is something to be said about customer service. The manager at Round table has always been rude and a ranch Natzi 2$ for ranch come on! If you order there 6$ salad you can t get extra ranch for your pizza. Realy???Whatever they lost our business. Our little 69-100$ a month doesn t matter to them... Yeah, the wait is long for delivery. But, after working a very long awful week and commuting...it is the perfect pizza for a Friday night. Kind of pricey, but my favorite pizza for years. We have been fans of r.t. for years, altho health has made our consumption very seldom. This time, we ordered our favorite - 1/2 each meat marvel and Italian garlic with extra garlic. On the plus side, plenty of cheese meat and veggies. On the negative: crust was not pizza dough - more like white bread. Little or no sauce. No garlic taste at all. My family & I have been coming to this Round Table Pizza for a few years now & we have always been impressed with the quality of the pizzas. Their ingredients are fresh and their pizzas very tasty. We have never had a problem with the service they have given us & we have always gotten our pizzas in a timely manner. Also this establishment is probably the cleanest Round Tables I have been to. I am very particular about cleanliness & how the restrooms look and every time I have gone there I have never been disappointed with how well they keep up their place. read more

Round Table Pizza in general is excellent. Their pizza is always great and they have many varieties and types to chose from. Yes their pizza is more expensive than other chains, but you get what you pay for, pizza hut, little caesars, etc. aren't remotely as good as round table. Currently working in gilroy, it was one of them days you'd rather stay in the hotel cause of the rain.. we decided to order pizza for delivery, so as soon as we got off work we called it in..they told me 45 mins for delivery. It takes us 20 mins from the job site to the hotel. Pizza didn't arrive until 1hr 1/2 later.. I called an hr after placing the order they said it was on it way.. girls said that the driver had left 10 minutes ago.. it's a five minute drive from round table to the hotel... so we wait 10 minutes more and nothing. I called agian and the same girl said he had left 10 mins ago. I told her that she had told me the same story 20 mins ago..then she responded by saying it will get there when it the driver gets arrives.....NO $h!t..OF COURSE IT WILL .Really poor service and communication... 3rd time this happens. Last Wednesday i was craving pizza so I went to Round Table is a small good pizza parlor their salad bar is one of the best as far pizza places go. They have fresh lettuce and produce none of the prepacked salad lettuce you get at other places I went there in my lunch time and ordered their lunch special a little expensive but totally worth it. I was half way eating my salad when the pizza was ready at my table. The personnel is very nice when i was done eating I asked for a box for my left over and the lady manager brought me a box right away She also mentioned I could order my pizza ahead of time so i could be ready for when I came. I went to this Round Table for the first time and should have heeded the warnings of all the negative reviews, what a mistake! The staff and management is so rude and incompetent. On the phone I placed my order with extra cheese, peppers etc. upon arrival I had to hunt somebody down to ring me up. None of the extras were there so I had to ask for them again upon which I was informed one side of peppers would be 50¢ when I agreed then the manager changed her mind and told me it would be $1. Ok. I guess they just make up prices as they go. I was practically interrogated to even be able to place an order, taking endless information and giving me a return call to make sure I was actually legitimate. What a hassle. Finally I was given a hard time about requesting a bag with the manager telling me that the bag would make my food soggy, certainly didn't need the bag for that to occur! i would have to give this place zero effing stars if i could! the staff that answer the phone have horrendous customer service and terrible attitudes, i can see why because i witnessed the owner screaming at a customer!!!!!!? unbelievably unprofessional they are so stingy that you can only visit the salad bar once AND you have to go to the front counter to get a refill!! there are bars on the windows so i can understand why the staff are so miserable and bad at their jobs. never visit inside this store i saw receipts for rat extermination!!! they had the office door open and it was out in the open. their only redeeming quality is that when i had ordered delivery before the restaurant screwed up my order and the delivery driver was very kind, he apologized so many times and was a gentleman, he even called the store for me, unfortunately the manager did not extend the same kindness!!!!!!
