Round Table although more expensive, I'm not seeing them at the top of their game anymore. I like it better than my near by options (Straw Hat, Little Caesars, Pizza Hut) the food is good. It's pizza, can't really mess that up. The staff here is friendly and the service is great. It's a nice place to go watch the game and eat pizza the kids always love it. It was quiet tonight but it's usually average noise. I will always go back, but Pizza My Heart is the better of the two. read more

Shorter review of on I left on Google. I went there tonight and ordered a large pizza with my girlfriend. The pizza was good, but we had half left over. My girlfriend got a to go box and loaded half the leftover in and then she noticed a roach jump out of the box. If you see a roach in the light tha I don't know if the roach crawled on the pizza, but it made me sick and I threw out the rest when I got home. The manager at the time, Michael, came over and actually saw the roach and caught it off the seat. He was apologetic, but what bothered me was that I asked for compensation and I followed him to the register and he pulled out newspaper coupons to offer me (which goes out to everyone) and I refused it. He ultimately offered me 20 percent off my next order which I took, but felt that was pretty weak after finding a roach in my pizza box and throwing away my leftovers read more

We got 3 different kinds for a small gathering and did not check to see what the prices were before ordering, that was our fault. I placed a couple online orders... most of it was free since I had some free codes on the app. The one thing I did pay for the Buffalo wings were burned, over cooked/recooked, dry. I feel like they were cooked for someone else that said no I don't want those and kept them for my order. The pizza I ordered was personal size pretty greesy typical pizza greese I guess not overly bread which is good not soggy, not bad just had the burnt wing taste in mouth. The twisty bread sticks were tasty real garlic maybe like more cheese if there is even cheese. Of course I eat what I order, but probably won't be back here for a long time even if I have a free reward, maybe for the bread twists and a larger size pizza. Cheers read more

Pops and I were cruising down the street looking for a place to eat. I spotted Round table Pizza, sooo why not? The exterior of the building is in need of a big facelift honestly it looks terrible outside. The huge surprise was when we walked in the doors everything was spic and span clean the floors the walls the tables everything! I even went and checked out the restrooms and couldn't believe how clean and tidy they were. Whoever owns this business is definitely Johnny on the spot on cleanliness. The inside also has what looks like new tables floors and decor, 3 big screen TV's kids video games and gumball machines. We ordered a large half combination half chicken garlic supreme. The cashier gave me a number and we sat down, about 15 minutes later our pizza was delivered to her table. The chicken garlic supreme was really good my only complaint is with the combination pizza tomato sauce base NOTE TO ROUND TABLE CORP: you really need to change that recipe and get with the program, that's 1970s crappy tomato sauce you need to kick it up about 10 notches" Moving on, besides the tomato sauce not being good, my Brisk raspberry fountain drink tasted bad "old" I am deducting 1 star for that Otherwise I was pleasantly surprised with everything else I don't understand all the bad reviews and the lack of stars for this location it is definitely a 3 to 4 star location read more

Well, alot has certainly changed since my last post 2014. I went in at 1:00 pm. Only 3 people there and myself. I ordered a small combo & soda to go. The Mgr scoffed at me, I didn't know why? I waited 25-30 minutes. She didn't ask or come from the counter to see me for my pick up. I went up asked if done? She played dumb ( the mgr). As I was leaving, I remember that I didn't leave a tip. Very happy with the service the staff provided the other night. The pizza is great and always full of flavor. The pepperonis are nice and crispy too. One of my favorite to order is the combination with jalapenos. Now round table has the new fire sauce that is very good. I recommend trying it if you like a little spice in your sauce. I don't recommend it for kids btw. Lol. The place is pretty small and the games are lame but they have a pretty big party room area that i enjoyed my time there. It has a tv too. Unfortunately this place really needs a remodel. They layout can be a million times better and if they got better games they would have happier customers. We really wanted to like the Gilroy Round Table. We just moved here from San Jose and love several locations there. We ordered a simple pepperoni last week. It was really sad. Sad looking, sad tasting, sad all around. My family and I were willing to give it another try. We ordered the ulti meat. Online it looks bomb and in San Jose, we had great experiences. This pizza was even sadder than the last. We called and asked for some sort of compensation. They ended up sending us a new pizza and apologizing. We basically got the same pizza... Started calling from the time I get off work in San Jose, usually takes 25 mins away home to Gilroy only but since it is rush hour 515 pm, it is normally traffic so 40+mins tops just to get in town. Called RT a million times, NO ANSWER! Get this we love RT, so ok I'll just walk in and order, fine! But u get there, they tell you oh 40 mins wait! Fine ok, but letting phone ring no ones answering they only answer after I call them out, that hey answer ur phone if u want business! I understand they gotten so busy, but acknowledge the phone call and notify the customers that it'll take longer than usual. Common courtesy and sense, Period! Came here after the kids practice as we thought it would be a great experience. Boy were we wrong. This place is terrible. We ordered 2 pizzas, a cheese and a supreme with 24 wings. I also ordered a pitcher of beer. After taking about 30 minutes to get our pizzas, we were surprised at how cheap the pizzas looked. They were thin and the vegetables weren't cooked all the way through. Thinking good things come in small packages, we again were wrong. These pizzas taste the way cardboard smells. And we felt ripped off, as they're basically $5 pizzas that they sold for $20. Talk about buyers remorse. When our wings came out (20min after the pizzas), they were undercooked, as the skin was as very chewy. This is as extremely disappointing as I asked for wings well done.. basically burnt..and they were still undercooked. How do you mess something like this up??? It was clearly a lack of attention to detail, as our receipt even said "well done" under the wings. Between the food coming to the table, I got the pitcher of blue moon. Disappointed in the food, this was a welcome sight. The first glass was soo refreshing, although it felt like their was something in my glass with every gulp. Blue moon is a little cloudy and frothy, so I thought nothing of it. The second glass, I noticed something floating in the head of my beer, only to look through my glass and find that it their are gnats floating around in my beer. Not only was I pouring gnats into my cup from the pitcher, my pitcher was full of gnats. When I brought this up to the female that seemed to be the manager, she basically said she wouldn't exchange it. This sealed the deal for me. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER PENNY IN THIS PLACE. This place has gone nowhere but straight downhill the past few years. We'd stopped going there because there was better pizza elsewhere, but my son had a good week at school and asked nicely. What we got was the ugliest pizza I'd ever seen. I know they have a "dough docker" on the premises--I've seen it. I'm just not sure if they know how to use it. When you don't perforate the the dough properly, you get big air bubbles that cause the toppings to slide all over. See the picture I posted. It's one ugly pizza. If you want Round Table, do yourself a favor and drive to the next town over. Worst service I've ever had. Walked in and there was a rowdy group of teens waiting for one of the employees to get off of work. Very loud and obnoxious. Instead of asking them to leave or calm down the staff did not address them. I get it, I was a teen once so I just ignored it. I was ignored when I walked in the door to the point I asked the person behind the counter what time they close. He said 10pm and it was 9pm. So even though they had already put up all the chairs, we went ahead and ordered a salad and a pizza. When we went to the salad bar all the utensils and half of the ingredients were gone. Not picked over, but missing. When my wife went to ask for a refund on the salad since we couldn't make it one young man put the utensils in so we went ahead. The topping on this horrible experience was they put the ladle in the wrong dressing causing us to get blue cheese when we wanted ranch. When I say I was disappointed that's an understatement. I came in and bought a small pizza worth $21, then I ended up with two charges on my account. One for $21, & the second for $125. The first one was correct but the second one caught me by surprise. I came into this establishment to support the business but got money taken from me. I talked to the store manager to give me my money back but he said wait 3 business days for the payment processor to refund me.... Soo i came into his establishment to support his business, and I got 5X the money I spent TAKEN from me. He wants me to wait for MY money to be refunded? That's not how you handle business or take care of the most important asset at a business; the customer. I am a manager at INO Burger and over here we would've taken money out of the cash register to refund our most important asset, the customer, because we want to take care of the customer. That's Called going Into value exchange for the soul purpose of creating relationships, which leads to the money. The way this round table is doing business is just viewing customers as dollar signs rather than people that need a problem solved; hunger. In other words, this round table pizza exists only for $. Business actually exist to solve a problem though and take care of the most important asset, the customer. I wouldn't come here again or reccomend this business even to my worst enemy. I'm literally chasing the store manager for MY money that got taken from me for coming in and trying to support his business. The store manager or any other manager in there isn't handling this correctly. The correct thing to do in this scenario would be to refund the customer the full amount that got taken from them, NOW. Not later, not tomorrow, not 3-5 business days, NOW. Then the business deals with the back end of things how they please. That's called taking care of the customer, the most important asset a business has. I wanted to tell people that they took care of me, to come back, recommend it to others, but I can't. I follow actions, not words. This business has demonstrated they aren't mission driven, they don't care about the most important asset which is the customer, & they are only transactional. Not relationship building. Meaning, they view every person they walk in as a dollar sign. Not a human that needs a problem of hunger solved. They went to extract as much as they can, not provide as much value as they can. Would NEVER come here again, or recommend this to o my family or even my worst enemy. I ordered a pizza at 6:30 PM paid by my debit card which included the tip I then received an email saying my pizza will be delivered at 7:32, well my pizza didn't get delivered until 8 PM, and the driver asked me for my credit card and I told him that I had already submitted that transaction and that it had been excepted he then said he needed to make an imprint. I said no. He then asked me to sign a copy of the receipt which have the original amount that included the original tip made online plus an area for an additional tip amount. I said because you're so late I want to retract the online tip altogether. And he said that I could not do this. So I didn't leave any additional tip but ended up paying $42 for a pizza that was delivered an hour and a half after it was ordered. Decent pizza but horrible service and management. Long day at work and the kids hungry. I ordered a pizza for delivery and was told it would be about 45 minutes. After over an hour of waiting I called back to find out the status. I was told the pizza was in transit and would arrive within 10 minutes. I asked if it would still be fresh hot pizza and was assured it would be. After another 20 minutes the pizza came.. hot yes. Because it was in a heated bag. The cheese was rubbery and it obviously was made over an hour before. I refused the pizza and I was so upset I went to the store to complain. I was met by the actual owner "Heidi". Busy day + the husband is out of town + the baby went to bed early = lazy wife/mom is ordering pizza for dinner. Delivery time was 60 minutes after ordering -- A little long but I wanted to work on some projects and not cook something. After 90 minutes I called and was told "it's out for delivery, you'll have it very soon." No apology and no explanation. 20 minutes later, the pizza arrived. No apology and no explanation from the delivery guy either. I asked if it was busy and the response was, "uh, kinda." Seriously, an "I'm sorry for your wait. I hope you enjoy your pizza." would have gone a long way on the phone or at the delivery! I seriously wish I could come here every single day and order the combination pizza because I have never had one like it before. Plus the workers were so nice and hospitable!
