Ordered delivery. It was ok. In the picture advertised through DD, it shows the subs on a toasted sesame seed roll. That was the main reason I ordered it. It's salty and bland. It was disappointing. Also, why would they put mustard on an Italian sub?! At least give me the option to remove it. I like mustard but not on an ITALIAN SUB. Also got the Caesar salad. Was ok. 'Garlic bread' was just buttered toast. Meatball was tasty. Pasta sauce tastes like Ragu or Prego. A little sweet. I wouldn't order any of it in the future. I'd be willing to try their brand of pizza though. Maybe they were having an off day, IDK, but I like to try a place at least twice before I write them off. read more

I have been dining here for a couple years, I would grab a pizza while I wait on my laundry. Today for the first time while I was here the manager/ owner was helping at the register. He laughed and insulted me with his answer. I do not spend my hard earned money at business that have horrible customer service skills. My first experience with Pizza Factory. I was very excited when I received a plastic birthday coupon for 50% off up to $20. In fact, I had never even been to the Pizza Factory in Gilroy and I thought it would be a great adventure! I went online and made the purchase, entered in the coupon code which was applied at checkout. 50% off of my calzone was $9.82, not bad! It asked me for a tip and I said "NO TIP."The transaction process without any difficulty and I immediately headed over to the pizza factory for my birthday calzone. The only reason I'm giving three stars is because the calzone was actually very tasty. I was already thinking about when I wanted to go back for more. Today the hubby & I decided to grab lunch from The Pizza Factory here in Gilroy on 10th street. The hubs & I grew up in Gilroy so, we've seen this location/building house multiple different businesses throughout the years. Walking into the place felt different. It honestly looks the nicest we've ever seen it. Ordering was a breeze & it didn't take long at all to get what we wanted. We ended up ordering the All meat pizza in a size small. It was just enough for the hubs & me plus two pieces left over for lunch the next day. Our favorite thing about the pizza was the crispy crust. It's got a nice crispy snap to the crust w/just the right amount of toppings & sauce. We both finished feeling satisfied but not stuffed. Wish there was some kind of Italian herb seasoning to go on top. It needed something, I just can't put my finger on it. Other than that, it was great! They have two party rooms you can rent that look nice as well. Their menu has a lot to choose from (Pizza, Calzones, Pastas, Sandwiches, a salad bar & Desserts). I can definitely see a kids birthday/pizza party being held here or an event for work. This is the first time I have ever been to a Pizza Factory. The dining room is bright, clean, and spacious. There is an arcade area for kids. The staff greeted me with a smile. Their pizza menu is eclectic. They also make calzones. I ordered their version of a combination pizza. I was told my pizza would be ready in 15 minutes. I did some grocery shopping. When I returned my pizza was ready. When I opened my pizza box I was happy with the presentation. The crust was nice and crisp, not too thick. I was a little disappointed with the sausage, I expected it to have more flavor. I would definitely go back again, especially when it is close enough to walk to. read more

Oh dear. I love the Pizza Factory in Salinas, but this is definitely not the same. The lasagna was a strange chewy consistency with cubed sausages with little to no seasoning and the sauce was an odd pasty layer. Needless the say the ravioli was equally bland. We threw both away. The wings, as you can see, were rubbery and greasy and while I think we ordered "Cajun" it just tasted like am chicken skin and salt. Saving grace was the Hawaiian pizza and super friendly staff. I don't think any GrubHub coupon will bring us back, although I did notice a Mortal Kombat arcade machine in the back, so perhaps post pandemic with enough beer we will attempt it. I have been to many pizza places but dang this pizza is good. Damn good! Our family ordered a large Hawaiian pizza and three sodas. Our total only came out to about $25. I got to say that usually we spend a lot of money on games but we spent half that amount here because the games last long and are really fun. My kids loved it. Especially that Halo game ;) The sauce was excellent. Not too over powering or garlicy and a little sweet but in a good way. My favorite was the mozzarella cheese. Its soo thick and its 100% mozzarella. Its soo yummy. I had went to a pizza factory a long time ago and i was very happy with the combination. So ive been waiting for this pizza factory to open here in Gilroy, seems like to long lol. Welcome to Gilroy pizza Factory. Im pleased with this new pizza joint and they have the best customer service around hands down. They always give some extra time over for the buffet time which includes potatoe wedges and tons of salad toppings. Its quite a seen. Also have soup available with your all you can eat order. The pizza is great and the sodas have free refills. Definitely my family's new spot to eat. No matter what time of day. There are plenty of games too for the kids. They really enjoyed themselves. I really think this place is going to be a big hit so maybe the owner should think about putting in more tables. read more

I based my choice of toppings tonight by the previous reviews and I'm not too disappointed. I must say that the pepperoni was a little too greasy for my liking but the Hawaiian did NOT disappoint. I kinda wish I got a larger pizza (we ordered a medium between two people). The chicken wings were pretty lousy. I'm sure I'm not the only one who looks forward to big chicken wings but they were small and not much meat. The picture will explain it all. Would I go back? Yes! This was our first shot at trying out Pizza Factory and that first shot guaranteed we will be regulars, and often. The toppings on our combo pizza were more than if I had ordered extra elsewhere. It was absolutely loaded to the point that each time we grabbed a slice we did the sausage swoop in the box to pile on the load that rolled off of the pile. This was my first visit. Our team had a banquet and there was plenty of room for our group. The room was spacious and off to the side of the main restaurant with closing doors so we could hear our coach give out awards. The restaurant is VERY clean! Our kids attacked the awesome soft drink machine; ya know one that you can push a button and add flavors to your choice of soda. There were spills and the staff cleaned them up right away. Our pizzas were delicious! So were the chicken wings. The crust was not too thin and not too thick. Generous amount of pizza toppings. The restaurant was very clean, bathrooms also. Update: We decided to order again last night and made sure to repeat our specifications multiple times while ordering (LIGHT sauce). I must say, our pizzas were A LOT better than they have been the last few times we have ordered. My daughter who usually refuses to eat pizza factory actually ate the pizza this time, and I didn't have to scrape off any excess sauce- which I really appreciated. The wings were good too. We didn't end up throwing any food away, which is a win in my mind. I'm not 100% ready to give the fourth and fifth stars back, but they definitely earned their three stars back. We will continue to patronize this establishment and if I see that we continue to get quality food, I will absolutely update my rating as time goes on. This place is small and crowded kids running every where. Great pizza here. We've been going to this chain for the last 20 years when we lived in Northern California. We believe it's the best pizza in Gilroy right now and are happy they opened one here. I think we've been here at least six times since they opened and they may have only been open for about three months. If you sign up online and use their app or texting you can get rewards and coupons which never hurts. Crust is great and so are the toppings. I don't think you can beat the price for the quality that you get. Also the interior is clean and a great place to host parties or get-togethers. Staff has always been nice and friendly when we are there for take out. read more

We noticed they had a Lunch Buffet, so we decided to go with that. $10 for all you can eat pizza (several varieties), salad (lots of toppings), soup, and soda! Today's visit was disappointing we arrived before 2 and were looking forward to the lunch buffet. When we arrived there were pizzas out so we ordered two lunch buffets. There was only one pizza that did not have olives on it so I asked if it was possible to get a pizza without olives and was told no the buffet ended at 2 So why weren't we told that? There is no signage stating it ends at 2PM We wouldn't have ordered it if there was no fresh food that was going to be put up and there was no chance of having a pizza without olives had I know I could have ordered my own pizza. The 1 pizza with no olives was pepperoni and the pepperoni is too spicy for me I learned that from my last visit. The crust which when the pizza is fresh is very good but theses were no longer fresh so 1. if the buffet ends at 2 PM put up signs and let people know it ends at 2 PM and what you see is what you get 2. If the buffet is over remove the food. The food is still a reflection of your business and the longer it the worse it gets. 3 Customer Service & Satisfaction train your employees to care about your customers rather than the it is what it is attitude because what it is, is a bad customer experience 4. Also let them know how business works the less customers the less employees needed the less cash in their pockets. read more
