I grew up in Northern California until moving here to the valley in 2005. I GREW UP on round table and for many years thought I'd only get to enjoy it on my rare visits home. Finding this location 10+ years ago was just AMAZING. Was so have to get the taste and garlic sauce base I loved so much as a kid and was a frequent customer here all these years. I decided to order last week after a few months without, it wasn't perfect but, it was okay, today, ordered again and I have no clue what's happened, but everything's changed, the ranch is terrible, dough of everything is almost sweet tasting? Major sauce skimping on the pizza, garlic twists are subpar. Not sure if they are under new management or what but, such a disappointment especially for the EXPENSIVE price tag. Unfortunately Round Table, after all these years, I think it's time I say goodbye. Adding to this as it's now been eight hours half alive on my bathroom floor with food poisoning, if there was a way to give zero stars I 1000% would be changing it to that. For 45 bucks. It was very underwhelming. Ordered off the website. Where to start? The staff there are very friendly. Thats why they got 2 stars instead of 1. The pie looks delicious. Even so, the dough is unforgettably bland and stale. We ordered red onions and meat balls instead of sweet onion and lagunica. Extra charge to swap it out via website order. Which is kinda weird since we are just substituting one for another. Red onions were burnt. Meatballs dry. Also, these aren't real meat balls they're made of soy and I can not eat soy products. Needless to say we spent well over 40 dollars for a pizza worth at most 15 bucks. Pizza was TERRIBLE. So we decided to take a chance on this place since we've never been here. So as a first time customer. I have to say this will be the last time I eat round table pizza. Unless its something just with this location. AGAIN THE STAFF HERE IS VERY NICE. I ordered an XL Veggie Gourmet Pizza added jalapeños and pepperoni, bruuuuuuh sooooo fire! The pizza was delivered with the quickness, the service from order to in my stomach was incredibly hella coool. The only reason I couldn't give Round Table a perfect score; if I pay $40 + for a pizza I want at least two ranches and a few packets of parm cheese + crushed red peppers. The toppings tasted fresh, and the crust had the perfect crunch. The chicken wings with the mild sauce was also pretty good. The restaurant was nice and clean which a nice touch. It's pretty ridiculous, and the manager on duty at night always sort of runs through the few different lies that they have on hand to explain why they "just had to close early tonight". This was once my all time FAVORITE round table. "Under New management saw to making sure it wasn't" 1st off.. Can't be bothered to clean a bathroom? just close them. problem solved! No more 1-2 star reviews stating we don't clean them. Who cares that everyone is touching things in a public location and thing like Covid are still a thing. With signage on the walls like "eat drink and be merry" but for gods sake don't even thing about washing your hands before getting something from the salad bar. From that alone I'm guessing communicable diseases do not and have never existed in this under new management world view. 2nd Food quality and taste has gone down around 16-20% sense "under new management sign went up" it looks like they cut the staff by 1/3 to 1/2 new management must be one of those double the workload for 1/2 pay types. The individual cooking my food shouldn't be the same person cleaning the tables and taking out the trash that's how the food gets messed up when the cooks isn't there to cook. 3rd if your going for a "sports style theme you shouldn't also be playing Club music 2x as loud as the TV. The shear volume of the music is reminiscent of how loudly some places play music out side to Deter homeless from camping out in-front of the store. Granted I might be just being picky on this one so take that for what it's worth. read more

Horrible service! I had the Round Table App ready to go and they offered me free 6 piece bread twists. I ordered 2 pizzas and the twists. When I presented the coupon to the associate she said that my code wasn't valid because I was a "new user" yet still had a valid QR code that she never tried scanning. The manager never came out once nor was there a resolution for me. They instead took off the twists and kept them.... An establishment should take care of there customers especially when the system on they're end isn't adding up. There was no resolution let alone an apology. Will not be coming back here as I shouldn't be waiting 12 extra min just so a manager sends the cashier to tell me I gotta pay for the twists or leave them. read more

Update: I'll never order again and my previous review was 5 stars. I ordered via Postmates, which I've done a few times with this location. This experience was garbage at best. They forgot all of the sauces for our pizza and garlic twists - keep in mind a very small side of ranch and hot buffalo sauce is $2.00/ea. We ordered 3 so I lost $6 on probably 6 spoonfuls of them. The garlic twists are SMALL. I don't know how to explain it but it was laughable. If you put all 3 together, it would be the size of one normal twist. This location is just a joke. read more

My husband and I like their pizza. They have good quality and fresh tasting toppings, which they are touted for, and the sauce and crust is pretty good too. Their pizza is a little pricey, but I guess you get what you pay for. I will say that they do participate in a rewards system which makes the cost worthwhile when it includes monthly freebies like pizza, wings, etc. I've always liked their lunch buffet for the salad options they provide, and fresh pizzas they put out at a fair price. However, I did remove two stars for cleanliness. The salad bar utensils get greasy, and Owners and Managers, please clean or get a new credit card punch pad. That thing is filthy and leaves a HORRIBLE impression. It makes me CRINGE to think what the goop hiding in your kitchen might look like. YIKES! Also, update your bathroom, or at least make sure it's smelling fresh in there. It's worth paying a professional to make sure the restaurant is CLEAN at all times! My first ever one star review. Pizza arrived with both orders wrong, pizza had no source and wings had bones. We call expecting a quick fix and apology, instead they can't find the receipt (we give them all information including order number) and the guy says they can resend it but it will take 2 hours. No refund, extra food, nothing. Which would be ok even except for the guys rude tone. Ok then. Then my wife says, "Can you speed it up since we were in front of the others" and the guy say, "Well I don't know your order was wrong." So not only can he not find it, he suggests we are lying! So we text this guy the receipt and online order. Only then does he offer to speed it up to only 45 minutes, still no extra food or refund. OK guy was terrible and had a tone, but at least we got free food, even though it's not what we ordered. But no! 10 minutes later this guy then texts asking us to return the food, and that's after I've been picking the cheese off the top of my sauceless pizza so I just know this guys gonna not give us our order now. Just asked for a refund, could not believe this guys tone after it was them who messed up. This is my wife's one day off and now she's super stressed after how this guy talked to her. Went there last night, only ordered a pizza because I needed to use the bathroom. I didn't want to be that person. $25 later for one of the smallest pizzas (small was the personal pan, I got one up). Then it sat, in the warmer for 10mins, they didn't call my name, I had to go up and ask if it was our pizza. It was. I will never go back as much as I love Round Table, maybe that's why it's going away...this location though, is not at all great. Ripoff and not attentive at all. So this was my first time coming here with my family. I spent 30$ for 1 large pizza and 3 toppings plus a soft beverage. The toppings are very expensive. It's like a 1.50 each and I wasn't told that. When the pizza came it was pretty good. I just couldn't believe we spent 30$ for one large pizza and I could've went to dominoes and had 3 toppings for 8.81. lol So I decided to come back for the buffet on Friday at 1:00pm. It was 7.99 for each adult and 5.99 for kids. The buffet was nothing I expected. Pizza was pretty cold and it took a while for them to put the pepperoni pizza which was the most popular. The slices are much smaller so you have to keep going back. I probably wouldn't return here anytime soon. Dominoes pizza is the best with the best deals. Ordered 2 pizzas and "wings" online (over $70) from this location on Saturday. The food was mediocre but my real problem was that despite being charged at the time of order, when my roommate went to pick up the pizzas, he was charged again in store. I called the store a couple days to ask for a refund of one of the cards assuming an honest mistake and was told it would be processed to the card used in store later that day and I would receive a call back. I have had to call every day since and have been rushed off the phone saying that they're investigating and will call back but they never do. Unacceptable customer service. read more
