Terrible service. Waited 40 min just for my order to be forgotten. Staff had no solution. Let alone the place is a mess dirty tables around. Staff warning people off that bat that it's going to be a 30 min wait. Overall terrible. I won't be coming back. I hope ownership sees this. read more

It was just ok. I had three slices of the pizza I ordered and then it just kind of hung around in my refrigerator and I wasn't moved to have more.. It smelled and looked good but something was missing from the mix. Each item has a flavor that sort of reacted badly with every other ingredient and I did not like the crust. I ordered through Uber Eats for my pizza to be delivered. I put special requests on the order for my pizza and wings to be made with extra sauce and well done. Everything was well done but everything was dry. By the time I got my food and reached out to Uber Eats to get it rectified the restaurant was closed so I was unable to call to try to rectify through them because Uber Eats pretty much told me there's nothing they can do. I call today (mind you I work from 6am to 6pm) saying that to say and speak to the manager I think he said his name was Edgar and he basically told me because it's the next day there is nothing he can do because he no longer has access to that order from Uber Eats. I tell him I literally have the receipt I can bring it to you. I don't want my money back I just want a remake. My thing is you're the manager and a customer is unsatisfied and is telling you they see the special instructions on the receipt and they were not followed all I'm asking is for you to remake it to my liking. I hung up in his face and told him I'd be leaving a review and here I am. Also they forgot my jalepenos I paid for as well as my additional ranch. Back in the day this Round Table was huge! Then maybe 20 years ago they built a wall (and Mexico paid for it?) and cut the restaurant in half. The other half became a Subway, which has just closed. Anyway my experience tonight was less than stellar. Took my wife and her mother here to celebrate her birthday (hey she wanted pizza and wings). She really wanted a pizza with bacon, so we ordered a supreme, add bacon to half. The pizza came out and we couldn't determine which half had bacon, since there was none to be seen. My wife went to ask the girl at the counter if she could point out the bacon. She sent a guy from the kitchen, who said that they forgot to put the bacon. He offered us complimentary fountain drinks (I'm drinking a pitcher of Mango Cart) but we declined his generous offer. What he DIDN'T offer was to remake the pizza that I had ordered. Next time we'll stick with Dino's. Or Peeps. Cause Round Table did us wrong. read more

I've been here a few times recently for the excellent lunch special, but I came back this evening for dinner and found it equally enjoyable. The staff are super friendly, the service is quick and the place is clean and comfortable. Good ambiance! And there are enough TVs showing sports and news to satisfy everyone, but without volume so it doesn't bother those who just want to eat and talk. Sometimes a place with a salad bar can tend to look a little neglected and semi-unappealing, but not here. Prices are very reasonable too. I'm not a huge fan of Hawaiian pizza but one of the people in my group ordered the Maui Zaui and it was pretty damn tasty. I would definitely get that one again. read more

On 12/31/24 I placed an order on the website for a small King Arthur's Supreme at 8:23 PM with a 35 minute pickup time. I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order at 8:53PM. When I entered the restaurant the chairs were on top of the tables and the floor was being mopped (I almost fell since a wet floor sign was not present) as the man behind the counter yelled, "We're closed!" The employee told me that they couldn't make anything since they were closed. I told him that I already placed my order online so they wouldn't have to worry. The employee then said that the restaurant ran out of dough and that he tried to "call" me. I checked my phone and showed the employee that he did not try to call me. The employee then said that he asked one of the other associates to call me, but they never did. The employee said he would refund my money and give me a couple of sodas. At this point I was upset since this was my dinner and it wasn't available. "How can you run out of dough? It's a very busy night?" The employee told me that they weren't busy and they had to cancel ten orders since they were out of dough. Both of these statements are contradictory. The restaurant isn't busy yet they run out of dough and cancel ten orders? The employee refunded my payment and gave me two bottles of soda, but I'm still very upset with my experience. How can this location fail to prepare for New Year's Eve? That's hundreds of dollars in sales that were lost due to lack of preparation that could have been used to offset the price of food and labor. I like Round Table Pizza, but they really dropped the ball tonight. read more

Damn, why the negative reviews? Been here a handful of times and it's been good experiences. Usually not so busy during weekday lunch hours. Classic Round Table pies just how I remember them from 10, 20 years ago. Now the pizza isn't as cheap as it used to be but what is these days?? The restaurant is clean and has a decent amount of seating and even a mini arcade. I prefer this location over the Fox Hills one by a lot. Haven't been to the North Hollywood location yet. read more

The chain has an interesting journey since 1959. The place is a cool sports place, perfect for children teams fairer fame with parents, when we were eating a group with 30 arrived for a birthday celebration. They gave games for children trying a little gift. The pizza is delicious! Just the service is little bit slow, we waited 25 minutes. It has been a long time since I have walked into a round table pizza. Honestly I can't even remember just how long. My wife and I often pass by this location either on my way to work or when stopping off next door for boba. I looked them up online and saw that they had an all you can eat buffet with salad bar so we figured why not. Not taking into account the current climate and forgetting that this is still returning to normal. There was no salad bar but we were told that someone could make our salads for us. For me part of the salad bar experience is making my own salad. So I went with an individual Montague's All Meat Marvel. It had a good flavor and chew to it. I enjoyed it and I definitely would get it again. My wife went with the chicken club sandwich. It was good, the crusty bread and a good crunch as well as flavor. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was sad to see the restaurant so empty, I hope as everyone feels safer that they will pick up. I know we will be back, thank you! read more

It's quite sad. I placed a take out order and was told it would take 25 mins. Drove out immediately because I figured it would be ready sooner. I got there 15 mins after ordering, there was only one table of 4 dining in and one other person waiting on a take out order. This was dinner time just before 7pm on Tuesday night! I paid and was told to wait. Ended up waiting another 15 mins and in that time, no one else came in. We'll, maybe they get busy on the weekends... Round Table is my favorite pizza in the area. We've been ordering delivery through Door Dash, but noticed that for some reason, the delivery driver has been coming from the La Cañada location 13 miles away when this location is a few miles away. My guess is this location doesn't partner with Door Dash, so we decided to do a take-out order for fresher pizza. The pizzas we brought home from this take-out trip were delicious, a King Arthur, a Pepperoni Mushroom and Olives, and Garlic Parmesan Twists. My stepdad doesn't really eat pizza, likely because most the other pizza spots are so mediocre. I rarely see him grub down like I do, but he highly enjoyed our order and he surprised me by keep pace with me! I'll definitely be back to support. read more

I have such a Love hate relationship with Round Table Pizza. I Love all the childhood memories this place gave me.The team fundraisers, countless hours in the arcade and the daily buffet. Sadly, It's no more. The game room is a shell of itself.The buffet is gone . The downsizing that took place a few years back,sliced the dining room in half, eliminating the valuable space that is needed to host a large banquet/fundraiser . I can live with all that. I can't live with the inconsistency, though. The pizza can be top tier one visit then a complete letdown the next. There seems to be a high turnover of cooks, possibly causing the quality control problems. Management needs to be on top of the training.Round Table prices are above the norm, which is ok. Have been seeing this place every time we come for Subway. The place is in a small plaza with parking available. Its in line with yoghurt land & Boba time as well. Rarely see anyone in or out from this place. They have ample of sitting area, we did see a game room as well which did not seem to be in use. We just wanted to taste their pizza so came in to order for pick up. The server was a very nice man polite & patient. We ordered their:- Garlic bread with Cheese:- It was ok ok. It had a very distinct layer & taste of cheese. I like the one were the cheese melts into the bread. Small cheese pizza with onions & jalapenos- The preferred choice for the crust was thick/pan pizza. If the pan pizza had this thickness, wonder how extremely thin the thin crust would be. The pizza was good but was underdone inside the crust area. Overall, decent pizza. Very cheesy. Would have liked it more if cheese was not browned this much. Good try. read more

Our one, extra large $40 pizza wasn't what we expected. Extremely disappointed and it was cold when we picked it up. If that's the original crust, I couldn't imagine what the thin crust is. Sadly, we won't be back. The crust and dough was okay. What didn't sell me were the not-so-fresh toppings. I was shocked to see that it seemed like most of the toppings were canned and processed. Even the meatballs. Texture-wise was soy-ish. I heard that this place used to be better and that was the reason we decided to try it - what a let down. It stinks that the pizza wasn't the best thing; however, the customer service was fantastic! They were the sweetest! I just wish the pizza could've been better! read more

Really disappointed in this place. I've been eating Round Table since I was a kid and the franchise has always had a special place in my heart. But after constantly getting the wrong order or, more often, a substandard product, I regretfully have to get my pizza somewhere else. it feels like after Covid lockdown, they decided to start skimping on product. Sometimes there's barely any sauce on the pizza and not a ton of cheese. For the more-than-average price - which I would happily pay for quality - they should be a lot better. It's not worth paying the prices that Round Table asks to take a chance on possibly getting a quality product, which happens maybe one out of 10 times. Round table pizza in Burbank is our new favorite spot for pizza and wings!!! Staff is super attentive and the restaurant is newly remodeled and most important so clean. I ordered the garlic bread twists OMG so delicious comes with a side of ranch or marinara I suggest getting them both the wings are also another favorite, highly recommend the lemon pepper and hot Buffalo!! Pizza is bomb every pizza I have had is unique in its own way so much flavor and fresh ingredients/ veggies! If you like Costco pizza you may like Round Table. Nothing memorable and pricy for a non gourmet pizza. There is also very little cheese and tastes really awful and soggy the next day if you like having cold, leftover pizza like me. At least with Costco you don't feel ripped off cause it's consistently the same. Come on Round Table you can do better than this. read more
