We come here since Bella Vista closed down. Not the same, but it's up there. Pizza... chef's kiss! The grumpy older guy at the front with the ponytail... not so much. I went to pick up 2 pizza's for my parents at about 3:40pm. I went to the register and said I'm here for a pick up for Valerie. It ended up being under my mom's name. He said, "that order was placed like zero seconds ago". (Who says that???) I said the receipt says 20 mins ago. He repeated himself and said, ok, like zero seconds ago. He didn't say let me check on it or even give me an approximate time it would be done. Mind you the receipt said the order was placed at 3:13pm. I said ok sooooo like 20 minutes? He says yea 20 minutes. I'm back and it's 3:59pm... 19 minutes later. My mom went inside to pick it up and she said the same guy said 15 more minutes and that the system was down. This is not the first rude-for-no-reason encounter I've had with this same employee. The first time I thought maybe he was just having a bad day. I told my mom about it and she said she has had the same experience when she picks up. He does not have a very customer service/friendly attitude. He needs a customer service refresher asap. read more

Ever since I moved to Burbank in 2009, my girlfriend and I have long loved Dino's amazing Pizza, their close proximity (a mere walking distance from our house) and their cozy, family-style dining room, where we could have a couple slices (or get a whole pie - Lasanga, our favorite) either with each other or with some friends visiting from out of town. But, in recent years, the ambiance of the dine-in dining room has turned into kind of an obnoxious experience, where scummy, rude people have started inhabiting the place, to the point where I don't even want to eat there anymore. On more than one occasion, I've been eating in their dining room and had multiple people talking loudly on their phones, as if no one else was around. I've been in there with families with annoying, screaming kids making noise and running around like maniacs, and disrupting the whole restaurant. And a number of times the restaurant was playing two separate streaming radio stations at the same time like some aural, sensory torture device. Add to this, there's a few counter employees who have the customer service skills of an undertaker in a plague. They make you feel bad for ordering food from them, put-out and annoyed that you dared to order anything. All this aside, their pizza is still great and hasn't lessened in quality or consistency since I've lived here. But their dining room now has the ambience of a Greyhound bus station. I half expect to see homeless people sleeping in there, it's so shabby and out of control now. I wish their management would do something about the rude people, but I guess they don't care about keeping away loyal customers who have been going there for years. It's sad, because I know it's long been a Burbank favorite of the local denizens around here. I guess from now on I will be ordering my food from them to go. read more

I'm so glad I came back to try this place as an adult! I remember coming here years ago as a teenager on a date, and it had been such a long time since then. Coming back now was such a great experience. The food was incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. Garlic bread was chef's kiss! Everything tasted so good. The atmosphere is very chill, welcoming, and truly family oriented, which made it even more enjoyable. On top of that, we received such friendly and amazing service that made us feel right at home. I enjoy coming to this place whenever I'm in town. The food is great and made fresh. The service is friendly and the ambiance is a little small but it's comfortable at the same time. Brought my brother and his family here and we saw some space in the back where I think it'll be nice to do like karaoke for the visitors, it'll be a fun addition to the ambience. The service can be a little better as I agree with other reviews, you "feel rushed while ordering" nonetheless, I dined in so I could enjoy some nice hot pizza. I went with a medium "the mega meatlovers pizza, and a Stella beer. The mega-meat lovers includes: salami, applewood smoked bacon, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, Italian sausage and meatballs. The pizza presentation was very nice, and the meat balls were definitely visible, so very generous. I enjoyed the pizza, except some of the toppings did slide off, and I feel like the crust gets a little soggy and doesn't support the toppings well enough. My favorite thing to get here is their Lasagna Pizza. The ricotta is simply divine and the pizza is so thick. They have a lot of specialty pizza options, for the adventurous diner. We've only gotten takeout from this place so I wouldn't know what dining in looks like. Service is pretty average, takes maybe 20-30 minutes for a pizza to be ready if you call in. My only issue with this place is how expensive their pizza is, especially since the size is on the smaller side. read more

Drove by this place a few days ago. My cousin said to try it. Today, I walked in and ordered a slice of Pepperoni pizza and a small wedge salad. The salad was THE best wedge salad I have ever had. Generous portions of cherry tomatoes, huge chunks of blue cheese crumbles and what was equal to two slices of bacons cut up in my salad. Top notch!!! Best " homemade wedge salad" I've ever had.
