It had a fun atmosphere with lots of locals. The bright neon in the windows added to the atmosphere of the place. We didn't eat we just had cocktails. The cocktail menu had a lot of options. The steak melded perfectly with the truffle sauce and fois gras. This was all served with potatoes au gratin, and blanched green beans. Everything was perfect. I also ordered two large beers. A Grimbergin blonde and a Kronenbourg ale. I love how both beers were served in their respective brand's glasses. Such a nice touch. From what I could tell, apart from the staff, there wasn't a single French-speaking person in the whole place, a bad sign. For my main, I ordered the duck in honey sauce, which would have been a good plate, served with salad, but for some reason they plated it with cold vegetables: green beans, bell pepper, and eggplant under congealing butter--Tasted like it was made ahead of time and they forgot to reheat it out of the fridge before scooping onto my plate.
