This really didn't occur to me until recently when my favorite bandana went missing; then 2 days later an entire set Boll and branch sheets ( top sheet, bottom sheet and 2 pillow cases ) all went missing......then I realized I bought 4 pillow cases and all are now gone!! To replace them is $400 and no offer is made.

I finally got tired of the hotel's spotty laundry facilities, with broken washers and dryers and people's dirt and fingernails and pet hair! So I decided to start using their send out laundry service, absolute cleaners. My clothes always come back sparkling clean, crisp, well folded--think Marie Kondo. These people fold better than I could ever think to do. They put small papers in between. They wrap the dry cleaning stuff in plastic. They really are meticulous about how they pack the laundry. Thank you so much, absolute cleaners, for making my life easier and making me feel like a VIP, even staying in a three-star Residence Inn!
