They truly are a "miracle," an American small business success story due to the excellence of their work, their customer service in which each client is treated like a star, the expertise with which they address any problems (from inveterate stains to rearranging odd buttons) and their remarkable turn-around that always comes in on time. They are the first and only tailors who could shorten my husband's frayed slacks so that they look brand new. My daughter's torn jeans are so seamlessly patched that you'd never know there was a rip. My son's suits are organically cleaned and pressed. And stains, OMG I have no idea how they they get out grease, rust, wine, sweat, whatever. I went here Thursday and explained to them I needed three shirts taken in and hemmed, by Saturday morning.The tailor was out that day but I was assured my shirts would be ready by my Saturday deadline--I won't lie, I was skeptical. I had a blast with the owner and his family the 10 minutes I was there; we talked about everything from family to icebox-coolers. I show up Saturday and was immediately greeted with smiles and my shirts. Excellent job on the alterations. They are a bit pricey, but not absurd. This place is great. The couple who runs this place are absolute magic. They are super friendly and very knowledgeable about how to tailor clothes to your body. They explain what they are going to do how it will affect the clothes and do it in a friendly way. I came in with my 2 and a half year old, they made him laugh and gave him some sweets. I switched to MC for a trial after working with another local laundromat for weekly pickup/drop off services. My laundry is a little nuanced because I hang dry everything but towels/linens/socks etc. With the prior service, I had to get up around 4:45 am, get my laundry outside, and wouldn't get it back for a full day or two. By the time it got back, at least half of my clothes smelled musty/mildewy. In addition, the service was cash only- which can be a pain if you don't tend to carry cash. On top of all that, although the dried items were always meticulously folded, my hanging clothes would come back inside out on the hangers (not jeans but any/everything else). MC was a totally different experience. They picked everything up around 8am, so I didn't have to get up super early to stumble outside. Then they delivered my items back to me same day, several hours later. Everything was neatly hung and smelled SO clean/fresh. The folding?? Everything was not only folded better than I've ever seen- it was all bundled and banded together! It was like origami class folding. Coordinating everything was super simple- a few text messages and everything was all set up. Upon delivery, the driver even offered to carry all of my laundry all the way up to my place for me- a really nice gesture. Paying was also a breeze - cash or credit, no issues at all. I'm very appreciative of the quality service, very friendly and professional engagements, flexibility, and reliability of this service so far. I live a couple miles away from this place. I was looking for a nearby tailor for a new jacket that I had just purchased. I needed to have the sleeves hemmed and two loops taken off. I went out on a limb and took a risk trying out this place for the first time. I could not be happier with my overall experience here. As soon as I arrived the two young owners were extremely friendly and helpful. They took their time fitting me in the jacket and made sure that their measurements were in line with my needs. I also dropped off a few items that I needed dry cleaned and their prices for the alteration and dry cleaning were very affordable. When I picked up my clothes the two owners remembered me by name and I could tell that they were proud of their work and excited for me to try on my newly altered jacket. The jacket came out PERFECT. I will be a customer for life after this first experience, and I look forward to doing business with these guys in the future! read more

My second time going here and they did a great job again! I brought two dresses: one navy blue gown that needed to be hemmed and a green dress that needed to be taken in because it was way too big. The hemline on the gown was perfect!!! Exactly the length I wanted it to be. I'm very short and don't have to worry about tripping over the dress anymore. The green dress now fits like a glove! When I called the following morning, I was informed that my laundry was an insufficient size to warrant further pick ups from me, with no response or explanation that service was being discontinued. It wasn't until i took my Moncler coat here and wore it about a week later that i realized they had stapled the blue rag to the hood of my coat!!! $1400 jacket and this is how it's treated? Recently, I was helping my son move and we packed all clothes and bedding into about 10- 33 gallon garbage bags since everything needed to be washed and took them to Miracle Cleaners. Everything was washed and neatly folded, clothes that needed to be on hangers were on hangers & delivered back to us free of charge within 24 hours. Out of all those clothes & bedding, nothing was ruined! Everyone was very nice, accommodating, and everyone spoke fluent English! Omg!! The couple who own are sooooo amazing. I'm sitting in my car right outside writing this review. I came for first time today on the strength of the other reviews.......well they exceeded my expectations. I brought two coats to be cleaned and have one sewn on the side. Well the wife said let me check the label first, she informed me that my coats are machine wash so not to dry clean. Other cleaners never did that!! They coulda made money but as she said we like to educate our customers. Then one of my coats had a lot of makeup on the collar the husband treated the collar for me so all I have to do is put in my washing machine!! I mean what a pleasant experience. This place does not use the term "miracle" lightly. I came in from out of town for an interview. I realized a little late that my new suit was not fitted properly, and called the closest dry cleaners. The couple at the counter pinned my pants, advised me not to alter my jacket but instead swap it for a smaller size and had the alterations done and delivered on the same day! I feel they went above and beyond and really cared that I would be happy with the results, as opposed to making as much as they can. If I end up moving to NYC, I have no doubt what cleaners I would use. read more

I meant to write a review a while ago but was so busy. I was devastated when my skirt that I purchased from Zara got stuck on something pointy in my car and ripped a hole in it. The hole was In an area of the skirt that I could not hide with a jacket. It also was partially made of linen so I thought there was no way I can save this skirt. Based on my fellow yelpers review I decided to give this place a try. When they finished it looked brand new and the fit was the same. They live up to their name miracle cleaners.
