Last minute, off of a random walk-in, and brother still treated me like I was a long time regular. I returned to Evergreen hoping for a solution but I was unable to find a common language with the man there to discuss a resolution. It was clear that the sweater care labels had not been consulted, despite them clearly stating what fabric they are. The man even insisted the alpaca sweater was fake and he actually took out a lighter to burn some thread to check! I requested a refund and got a measly $17 after spending over $30 on the sweaters ( I probably should have demanded a replacement cost for the sweaters - alpaca sweater from Peru and Vince sweater worth over $500 - both of which are my most favorite and most worn sweaters). While this seems like a solid business with cleaning done on site, pay attention to what you send to this cleaners, and don't count on being able to discuss directly any concerns with the people who work there.
