Super unorganized, kept changing our delivery date... They have a strange policy to ask for the client's cc's cvv number. We found that to be super sus and informed the lady that we'd be at your store to pay. When we went across town to pay she wasn't available and the lady at the reception couldn't speak a word of English... it was basically super cumbersome for cleaning of one item...We did however appreciate them for trying to resolve the issue with our trouser.
