Their goal is to return your items to you in near-mint condition. I recently spilled some delicious Cabernet Sauvignon red wine on my expensive white linen pants. Other dry cleaners told me simply to replace the pants because "that wine is from grapes that are a natural dye and the red will never come out." The Clothes Doctor asked that I give their specialists a few days. To my shock they did the job and there's not even a trace of the wine.
