I then Immediately called the number posted an older fellow answered stating to write down the machines used and how much money was spent and to insert this index paper in the mailbox And to wait for further notice. After waiting more than two weeks for a response I have yet to get a call back after the numerous amounts of voice messages left. This is a self serve laundromat there are no staff or anyone to assist in the malfunctioning of the machines or redemption of your cash. I would still like to receive a professional response as to why I cannot receive my money back.

Everyone is very professional and friendly. I primarily am in touch with Fernando who has been consistently excellent. He is always punctual, professional, and very friendly at pickup and drop-off. My laundry is handled with care and always comes back clean, fresh, and neatly folded. Fernando's reliability and courteous service make a big difference in my week. It's one less thing I have to worry about, and I really appreciate how easy and convenient he makes the whole process. I highly recommend Fernando from Laundry Train to anyone looking for dependable laundry pickup and delivery

Their pickup/delivery service is so convenient and their drivers are awesome. I work downtown and having their late evening slots available really help. Never had an issue and they always handle my stuff with care (even the pricey items). Highly recommend!

We went in to wash an oversized comforter (which it looks like most of the other customers were doing as well). Judging by the mildew smell, I'm guessing the units aren't cleaned or serviced too often and it was a bit of a concern to see the large capacity washer start leaking the moment the water started filling into the tank. The dryer only went in 7 minute increments and there was a need to swipe the card each time to do so. The staff was nice enough... but not exactly involved. They only responded when approached. I think the following improvements would make this place nice: * Some Customer Service Basics * Less of a fee for a card * Better maintenance/cleaning on the machines

This laundromat is an absolute dream! I have visited three different laundromats in the area over…read morethe last month and done about 6-7 loads of laundry in each and this one is by far the best. Top feature: they take credit cards! Most laundromats are still coin operated but this one has a card reader on every machine. Apparently by paying with credit card, you can get the 10th wash free. They also have a loyalty card for tracking the washes if you don't want to pay with credit. The machines are great. Clean, modern, and efficient. The washers have convenient upgrade features. For $0.25 each, you can add an extra rinse cycle or indicate that your clothes are heavily soiled for extra washing. Drying is $0.25 for 7 minutes. They also have a wash and fold service. I came around 5am on a Monday and there were only two other people there. I imagine it gets quite crowded on the weekends and later in the day. This will be my go-to laundromat going forward!

They have very good prices with regard to bulk sweaters and other items, which is one of the reasons I come here. Since I bargain-scoure for clothes, having to pay more to launder garb than it costs is just way too much for me to get many head around. Also, they have plenty for washers and dryer's for those people who want to do laundry on their own, but also decent prices for wash and fold for those who might be a little time constraint, or otherwise unable to figure it out on their own The lighting is circa 1970s in terms of lumens, and the buzzing fluorescents (that you probably still see in former iron curtain stores) adds to the mystique. The temperature is comfortable. The seating can be a little sparse The one thing I really like about this place is that it is conveniently located next to Dunkin' Donuts, Carvel, a deli, and the supermarket. For those people who like to multitask, it's nice to be able to do your shopping, get your laundry done, enjoy ice cream and then--after feeling pretty guilty about having the ice cream--go buy a coffee to increase your endorphin levels and not so bad about it all.
