Wow- one happy customer here. Recently it has been so hard for us to find time for laundry, so we wanted to outsource it. In the Bronx there are not many good reliable options though. My husband found Laundry train online searching and I was very! skeptical to try even as I am a super clean and organized person- shoeless house etc... but anyway- it was mostly his stuff - besides we had to try to know and I honestly don't have time anymore to do laundry with a newborn in the house. In their Online website they have it super organized- you can choose the detergent they wash, add fabric softener or whether they hang dry the stuff - all other details for laundry. Then you go ahead an schedule a pickup. We had almost 8pounds of laundry and the price is very reasonable (around 20$) for all the hassle we go through ourselves to this laundry with our in-apartment laundry room. Our delivery person came right in the time window that they give to us and picked up the bags. In 24h, our laundry came back - very sturdy bags- inside they were all smelling clean, and folded very well. Being super neat and attentive to detail, I was pleasantly surprised with laundry train's service quality and also customer service snd wanted to take my time to write this review. I definitely recommend their service and will use it for sure again. I am so glad we can get help with our laundry with them and knowing that they will all come back clean and well folded. Amazing service and highly recommended! I have been recovering from a broken ankle over the last few months. Unfortunately, I didn't have anyone to help me with my laundry. I found Laundry Train via Yelp and immediately called them to confirm pick up and delivery services. The staff member was kind and confirmed that it was possible. She also advised me of their service process and mentioned a coupon code of $5 off (SAVE5) for new customers. I'm not sure if you can request service by phone, but I really love their online platform. It was super convenient and straight forward. I simply went to the site, chose my services, and booked my date and time for pick up and delivery. The site organizes based on services offered. If you are washing clothing, pricing for general wash and fold was $1.15/lb. Pricing varies however for more specific items like, blankets/comforters, pillow covers, etc., and even hang drying of items. Dry cleaning and tailoring is also offered and pricing is organized based on the pieces that need service. After choosing the appropriate services, you can then chose whether you would prefer specific products such as Tide or Downy to be used, for an additional charge. I made a request on a Monday for next day pick up, and then Wednesday delivery, with no issues. The service sends you a text message when they are on their way. You can also view a map to see where they are but I did not think it was reliable. The next day, a representative came by. He was kind enough to come in and grab the bags, since I couldn't physically bring it to him myself. My clothes were completed and returned to me as I requested. Everything was clean, fresh, and smelled soooooo wonderful. Whoever folded them, also did a wonderful job. They packed my clothing neatly and labeled my bags accordingly. I can't say how pleased I was! It really took a load off of me during my recovery lol. I returned again a few weeks later and gave them a larger load including bed sheets, and they did a tremendous job. Service and kindness from the staff was also consistent. The total cost was reasonable; its a little more than it would cost me to do it on my own but I expected that. I don't think you can really put a price on convenience though. I used them for the first time this week and I am so thrilled to have found them. The professionalism is stellar. The mobile app was very easy to set up my first laundry pick up and delivery. Customer service is awesome. I had forgotten to use the new customer discount code but I reached out and it was applied. The communication prior, during and after is impeccable. It is increasingly more difficult for me to get to a laundromat and they have become a lifesaver. The clothes were delivered early and they smell so good! I wish them continued success! I've used Laundry Train for wash and fold twice and have been so happy.  They pick up and drop off exactly on time, and even text to tell you they are on the way!  I also like that their website lets you choose your detergent or give any instructions.  Everything looks and smells great!!!  I'm so impressed with how reliable their service is! I only wish they would expand their range of delivery within Riverdale - they deliver to my zip code (10471) but when I recommended them to a friend a few blocks away in 10463, she was disappointed to be out of the delivery range. read more

First time in this place and I'll NEVER go back. Signs saying customers need to wear masks yet ALL EMPLOYEES DID NOT have masks on go figure. Then this very small facility only has 2 folding tables and 2 carts and employees were using them. Where do they expect customers to fold their clothes?????? Maybe they should consider just being a drop off service. Would have given it 0 stars but that is not an option. Several other laundromats in the area so it's not really an issue.... read more

New place to go! They have detergent AND softener free. Quarter machine right inside. Small,Ned, and large washers and med/large dryers! Prices are great and a colors, whites, and 1 med dryer cycle only costs me under $10! The women who runs it is very sweet, and even offered me a candy for the tickle in my throat! Their website is easy to use with detergent choices and options for pick-up/delivery during morning and evening hours. They work seven days a week and welcome additional instructions from you. My clothes were returned neatly folded and smelling great and after the first order they supplied a reusable laundry bag. They notify you via e-mail and text before pick-up and delivery and have always been on time. Their prices are reasonable and they offer rewards for regular customers.
