Once the change in management happened, the customer service has gone down. Though it is a low cost option, it doesn't need to treat its customers in the way they do. When there is issues with the laundry or payment, the store refuses to call they have the driver call with half the information. If you are bold enough to take the customers' money, you should be equally as bold to call the customer if their an issue. This is not how you do business. Especially one who has stood by the business through their transition. The worse if it is the person they have answering the phones doesn't even know how to explain the situation either. They don't do payments and it is someone else who does it. Its very frustrating when the service you are paying your money to complete a task doesn't know how to communicate to their clients. That is bad business practice.

They often call 10 minutes before arriving telling you they are at your door--if they have the correct address at all--which means you have to wait outside. Even if you're forced to take a work-from-home day because of their delays, the first few hours are still highly disruptive. On top of that, they have lost my laundry before and now rarely answer calls or texts. I used to love the convenience of this service, but unfortunately, I won't be using them again. Don't just read the reviews from before, that was when the service was good :(

They leave you alone and their machines don't disappoint but sometimes when I want to not walk as far I've come here and I have to say the short, older, blond woman who wears glasses and runs the place is RUDE and the "mechanic" is even MORE RUDE. One time I was pressed for time before heading to work and I didn't realize that the dryer I was using was not hot enough to dry my work clothes all the way. I presented the problem and how I couldn't wait to re-dry them so I asked them to refund me the money at the very least. The mechanic said he would not and then referred me to the short, older, blond woman who brushed me off and told me to speak to the mechanic. It was this back and forth that was so unnecessary for machines they should be paying more attention to and maintaining. On top of that this issue was for about $1.70 of a refund which was ridiculous to deal with. I took the refund and then asked her if I could have a thin plastic bag to put my wet clothes in so they don't wet my other load of dry clothes and could you believe she wanted to CHARGE ME $1 for the bag?? These people CLEARLY no NOTHING about retaining customers and holding themselves accountable for the overall inconvenience. Yes, they refunded me but they could have been kinder and more courteous about me not ruining my other clothes plus a dollar for that thin ass bag was too much. Will most likely have to go back there since they're close by but I really, really don't want to. Check your dryers and stay away from that lady if you have to wash there.
